State of the Art Castle for a bargain!”
As new as the place is, it has been a serious wonder how it was available at such a cheap price. With complimentary face masks, a complimentary mini-bar, and even free wifi that was speedy, I would definently recommend this place to others, although I was almost asked to pay for breakfast twice due to a misunderstanding. The place has a TV in the bath, and has an automatic toilet that flushes itself!

very beautiful and new hotel. location is rather deserted as the whole place is very new. staffs are very polite. hotel rooms are clean and the facilities are rather new too. beside shinhwa theme park, has shopping arcade, pool, gym, restaurants and casino!

The hotel is quite new and the staff is very friendly with good English standard. Only if there is a reminder that the seats for return shuttle bus has to be reserved in advance, we will give the hotel a 100 marks

Perfect for families with children ”
We can for a 4 day weekend. We arrived late at night and our room was exactly what we paid for. The beds are comfortable! The a/c was not working since it was in between seasons BUT the concierge brought us a fan. The bathtub was HUGE. And it was nice to have the toilet separate from the shower and bath. Everyone was able to handle everything all at once if they wanted. There are English, Chinese and Korean tv channels. COVID measures are in place at every entrance of the hotel. We received 4 tickets to the theme park, which included being able to ride 3 rides. There are multiple restaurants on and off the property. It is about 5 minutes from the Osulloc Tea Garden Museum as well as the Space and Airplane Museum. The concierge is really good about helping order a taxi if you do not know how. We used KakaoTaxi. Lastly, if you have children go to the Pororo and Tayo theme Park - worth the Won!

I was there alone, but it was still one of the best experiences that I have had. This hotel suits all types of travelers, but you might want to rent a car because of the secluded location.

Luxury and comfort but not clean”
I found cup noodles on the room terrace. I've never had such an experience. Even the cheapest hostel. I called the concierge and it was taken care of. But it does not do anything else. I'm too disappointed and not a good experience.

Such a huge mistake booked here ”
The worst experience ever staying hotel. How could you say you are a 5 star hotel?? I booked the room for honeymoon which was supposed to be a happy day but hotel ruined as soon as I went into the room. Spoked to the Staff who was expecting us to request amenities that we had no idea what sorts of amenities they offer. Shouldn’t you guys inform the guest??

코로나시대 중국여행을 한 듯한 최고의 가성비 ”
굉장히 합리적인 비용에, 5성급 호텔의 모든 서비스를 받을 수 있었던 최고의 가성비 호텔이였습니다. 우선 로비에서부터 친절한 벨보이 분께서 짐을 받아 체크인 안내를 해주셨고, 주말이라 사람이 많았지만 시스템의 체계를 느낄 수 있었습니다. 방이 매우 넓었고 신축이라 깨끗하게 관리되고 있었습니다. 욕조에 티비가 있는데 아기가 얼마나 좋아하던지요. 침대 가드를 요청 드렸는데 컨시어지 팀에서 신속하게 대응해 주셨고요! 덕분에 우리 아기 꿀잠 잤습니다. 마주칠 때마다 아기에게 친절하게 인사 해주시던 직원 분들께 감사 인사 드리고 싶어요! 신화월드 수영장 잘 갖춰져 있는 것은, 도민이라면 누구나 아는 사실이고요! 뷔폐를 먹으면 할인률이 컸겠지만, 저희는 르쉬아느 라는 중식당을 이용하였습니다. 코로나 전에, 성수기 때 일부러 중국 호텔들 찾아가서 북경 오리 먹곤 했는데 합리적인 가격에 디너코스 먹으면서 (2인 8만원 아기 무료) . 정말 대접 받는 느낌이였고 훌륭한 요리와 으리으리한 시설물이 마치 중국 여행 온 기분이였습니다. 런치코스도 먹고 싶었는데 다음에 또 가야겠어요 ㅜㅜ 24시간 체크인과 신화월드 이용권을 주셨는데 일정이 있어서 다 누리지 못했지만, 너무 여유있고 호텔 밖의 식당이나 시설들도 잘 되어 있어서 편의성이 매우 높았어요! 재방문 의사 너무 있고요.. 왜 사람들이 신화신화 하는지 알 것 같았습니다. 저렴할 때 많이 이용하세요!!

모든게 완벽한 숙소였습니다 메리어트 계열은 두번째인데 최고네요ㅠ.. 가격대비 이렇게 큰 서비스를 누릴수있다니 ㅎㅎ 일단 직원들이 엄청 친절합니다. 로비에서 길을 못찾고 잇으면 다가와서 먼저 여쭤봐주시고 퇴실 후 차에 짐 넣을때도 도와주시더군요! 직원분들 서비스에 감동했습니다!! 룸은 침대도 넓고 단단하지만 푹신하게 받쳐주는 그런느낌입니다. 베개는 좀 잘 꺼지는 느낌이었지만 괜찮았습니다. 먼지한톨없이 깨끗했고 화장실도 매우 넓고 청결했습니다. 수건도 넉넉했구요. 커텐과 조명을 침대얖에서 조절할수있어서 좋았고 변기가 자동으로 열려서 놀랐습니당 ㅎㅎ 구지 아쉬운점을 뽑자면 ... 현관에서 나는 소음은 꽤 잘 들립니다. 특성상 아이들이 많이 묵기때뭉에 저희 방이 맨 끝에 있었음에도 조금 시끌시끌 하더라구여ㅠ 부대시설는 엄청 잘되어있습니다. 헬스장은 작지만 있을건 다 잇었고 사우나가 있어서 신기했습니다. 수영장은 현재 실내만 운영하는데 깊이도 온도도 적당! 넓고 좋았어요. 다만 락커룸이 굉장히 작아요 ㅋㅋㅋ 부딫히명서 갈아입어야해요... ㅠㅠ 여행 루트상 하루밖에 머물지못한것이 굉장히 아쉽네요ㅠ 다음에는 힐링하러 길게 와야겠습니다:)

디럭스객실 깔끔하고 생각보다 작지 않아 좋았어요 규모 큰 제주호텔중엔 나름 최근에 지어져서 그런지 변기도어나 커튼 자동개폐기능처럼 스마트한 시스템이 잘 되어있어 만족감 상승ㅎㅎ 수영장은 다 좋은데 낮시간엔 그늘이 없어서 살이 탔더라구요ㅠ이쁜수영복 입고 사진찍고 놀기엔 살짝 아쉬운 시설이니까 그냥 편한수영복에 물안경 챙기고 신나게 노시는걸 추천합니다^^ 그래서 가족단위숙소로 더 좋은것같아요 부대시설도 애들 데리고 다니기 좋아보였어요 무엇보다 호텔안에 스타벅스가 있는게 최대 장점입니다 리저브매장인데다가 꽤 넓어요! 여행일정중에 스벅 갈 일이 없어서 제주음료 못 먹으니 아쉬웠는데 호텔에 딱 있어서 먹어볼 수 있었어요 ㅎㅎ 직원분들 친절함은 두말하면 입 아픕니당 큰 기대 없이 왔는데 너무 만족했던 숙소에요

위치도 찾아가기쉽고 일단 호텔건물이 엄청 커서 숙소는 어떻게 찾아가지 주차는 어떻게하지 걱정도 엄청많았는데 직원분들이 너무 친절하시고 짐까지 직접 내려주시고 주차장 위치도 설명해줘서 너무 감사했어요 방배정 받을때도 직원분이 한개한개 전부 설명해주시고 왜 신화월드에 사람들이 많이 가는지도 이번에 가보니까 알게되었습니다 비싼가격에 직원분들의 친절함과 숙소의 편안함 덕분에 제주도 여행시 또 머물고 싶은곳인거 같아요 너무 좋았습니다

29개월 아이와 만삭여행으로 신화월드를 선택했어요! 들어서자마자 발열체크와 소독제권장으로 안심하고 체크인 했습니다. 처음 방문하는 곳이라 우왕좌왕 하고 있으니 그런 저희가족늘 보고 직원분이 먼저 오셔서 친절하게 안내해주시는 덕에 완전 감동했습니다♥️ 룸컨디션은 정말 최상이였고 매우 청결했어요. 침대가 너무 편해서 잠이 너무 잘오더라구요.. 매트리스 어디껀지 너무 궁금했어요ㅎㅎ 미니바도 잘 챙겨주시고 묵는 도중에 아이가 실수로 이불에 쥬스를 쏟아서 컨시어지에 도움요청하니 너무 친절하게 바로 이불 교체해주셨네요¨̮ 모실수영장도 온도 너무 좋아서 아이랑 놀기 너무 좋았고 시간마다 수질체크하시고 가드분이 계속 돌아다니시면서 물 닦는 모습보면서 정말 안전하게 놀 수 있겠다 안심했습니다! 3박4일동안 호텔 주변에 식당도 많고 볼거리도 많았는데 제주도가 아무래도 관광지다보니 호텔을 많이 즐기지 못해서 조금 아쉬웠네요ㅠ 그래서 둘째 태어나서 제주도에 또 오게되면 숙소는 꼭 신화월드로 와서 호캉스를 즐기자고 신랑과 얘기했어요^^ 모든 직원분들의 친절함과 좋은 룸 컨디션 정말 감사합니다¨̮
