Excellent hotel in prime location”
I tend to prefer staying in Shinjuku when I visit Tokyo because of the vibrant atmosphere, many excellent restaurants, and proximity to the train station. This hotel is a very short walk from Shinjuku JR, and even with the rain, one could opt to walk underground directly through the tunnel. The front desk was efficient and accurate. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable as were the showers. Service was excellent. I would readily stay here again.

Great hotel for Shinjuku”
We booked an unspecified "Double or Twin" and got a Plaza Superior room. It was big and nicely decorated with a view of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government building and Mt. Fuji. The bathroom, while not new or luxurious, was spacious, well maintained and clean. The staff was polite and nice. Tried the breakfast buffet one day and even though it was quite busy, we got seated without waiting. There was a good choice of food and the quality was fine, the price is a bit high though.

Beautiful hotel near Shinjuku station west exit”
We booked the superior twin room located in the South tower and it was very clean and by Tokyo standards very spacious. We tried the buffet breakfast at Jurin and Glass Court and both were great. Hotel is in a great location and all taxi drivers were familiar with it so it was easy to go home via cab. It’s near the shopping malls and also shopping streets. Overall, a great and lovely stay!

Great location and nice hotel”
Pros: near shinjuku station. There's and automated walkway (covered) that goes to and from the station to the hotel. Around 10 minutes walk from N'ex station to hotel It's near lots of restaurants and bars. It was a great Basecamp for our group of friends. The room are normal size for Occidentals (stayed in a twin room) Convenience store and different restaurants on the ground level of the hotel. A nice skylounge at the top of the hotel with a beautiful view of Tokyo. Smooth check-in and checkout. Staff speak English. Cons: mmmm Will definitely come back here when we'll need to stay in the area.

Access to lounge was a highlight of the trip”
Highly recommended staying at this hotel with complimentary access to lounge. We made good use of it after an exhausting shopping walk. Fresh snacks and drinks were offered. They even provided drawing booklet to my little girl to comfort her. Room was very clean and staffs were helpful. Location is great. We booked shuttle bus to airport. It was very convenient.

Excellent Location and Comfortable Stay”
We stayed in the renovated double room in the main tower. The room with neutral decor is big by Japanese standard. The housekeeping staff has done a great job in keeping it clean daily. We had a really comfortable stay. The staff from the Bell Captain and Reception were all polite, friendly and efficient. Keio Plaza is a designated stop for the airport shuttle bus. Tickets can be bought in the arrival hall of the Haneda Airport and the Bell Captain desk in the Hotel - an absolute hassle free arrangement. The west entrance of the Shinjuku station is about five minute walk from the hotel. We found it very convenient especially we made a couple of day trips outside Tokyo. We took western buffet breakfast in one of their cafes daily. The selection was standard but adequate. We also had a teppanyaki dinner at the hotel. It was certainly very special: high quality of food and attentive service. We felt very pampered. No doubt, we will choose to stay here again in our next visit to a Tokyo

Old room but clean and wide”
It was my husband birthday. We had great time in wide and clean room. Great staff and so helpful. Also, breakfast was so delicious. They have 3 different restaurants to try, but We just try one restaurant and it was so good. I will come again, even just for breakfast.

My son and I have exceeded all our hotel expectations from the moment we arrived and when we left the facility. Staff were so responsive and respectful with no hesitation in meeting our needs. Such a great location and will definitely be back next year for more Tokyo vacation! We had a great city with with the poolside. All great reviews in all categories! Highly recommended to my friends and colleagues! 👍🏻

One of the best hotel around Shinjuku ”
We are impressed since the first guy, Bell Boy, had my name in his hand and leading us to the club floor 45th to check in. The Japanese woman came leading us to sit relax at the sofa with nice view. About the room , Every corner in Premier Room was perfect, the food and service at club floor was very nice.

LOVE Keio Plaza”
When we checked they gave our children (my son and my niece) a little kid's bag with house slippers, tooth brush and hand towel. It was an easy location to get to the train station and was perfect for going to Tokyo Disney. They have a shuttle that takes you to and from Disney. This really helped getting there with small children. The staff was friendly and helpful! Will definitely stay here again.

Accommodating staff & great location. Many restaurants & shops in the complex. Within walking distance to all the sites in Shinjuku. Great place to stay. Convenient & clean. Three of us stayed in one room - no problem.

Family Trip! ”
Wonderful location, just approx 5 mins away from the JR Shinjuku Station! There's also just another subway station just highly accessible from outside of the hotel. Very accessible. Also, at the bottom of the hotel there are restaurants and convenience store available. Renovated rooms were great as well! Spacious with a lot of space, definitely not your typical tiny rooms in Japan. Very well worth the price and will always consider going back here!

Our family of 5 (hubby and I, plus our 3 children in their 20s) enjoyed our stay here. It is located in a quiet area of Shinjuku but is a mere 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Shinjuku Station is 10-15 minutes away but you wouldn't mind the walking as you'd be busy looking into shops and checking out restaurants along the way. On the other side of the huge Shinjuku Stn are more shops and restaurants. Our rooms were a good size and came with smart phones which proved to be very useful (esp. for families whose older children tend to wander off). The bathroom, as in most bathrooms in Japan, have high-tech water closets and L'Occitane hygiene and skin care products. Breakfast is a choice of 3 restaurants but Glass Court was the popular choice as it offers a mix of Western and Japanese cuisine. That being the case, expect to spend 10-15 minutes of queuing if you come down at 8 a.m. As Keio is a popular hotel, expect some amount of queuing, too, at check-in. Foreign exchange ATM machines are available at one end of the lobby. Overall, our family enjoyed our stay at Keio Plaza Hotel.

This is the third time I have stayed in Keio Plaza Hotel. It was always a pleasant experience.”
Front desk staff personnel were pleasant. Response to requests was quick. Quality of amenities (shampoo, bath gel etc) was excellent. Buffet selection was great. Location/proximity to interesting places was excellent.

Front Desk had offered a free room upgrade as I did not like smoking room. KEIO PLAZA TOKYO HOTEL is always the best choice hotel whenever I go to Tokyo. Now each room has air purifiers inside very well working.

Strategic 5 stars hotel in shinjuku”
I and my 6 y.o son stayed in this hotel from 3-9 May 2019. On shinjuku station, take EXIT 7 then once you go out from the stairs (facing yodobashi building) turn right, walk straight until you see starbuck and walk straight again until you see the hotel (it is located exactly 5 minutes walk from shinjuku station as long as you take exit 7). We stayed at main building room 2625 facing metro tokyo government building (highly reccomended to ask the room facing it as the view is spectacular and you can even see Mt. Fuji from your window if you are lucky, we saw it on our last day, loved it).We didn't take breakfast, and the price of breakfast on 3 restaurants offered is quiet pricey (3500 yen/person and mostly japanese style). Lots of places nearby shinjuku station to have breakfast anyway. The staffs are ok, not having warm touch as common in big hotel but very efficient. We booked free shuttle to disneysea upon arrival and took limousine bus to haneda airport from lobby. We'll be back !

Good hotel for family with kids”
Stayed there for 7 days and it was homely and comfortable. Within walking distance from food areas at Nishishinjuku. Nearest station was Tochomae and it was very convenient for us as a family to move about from one place to another. They have a minimart at the hotel which was great for us with kids who are forever hungry. Hotel is away from the of the Tokyo city crowd, very quiet and peaceful at night yet safe enough to move about. Overall, pleasant stay and would stay here again if we ever get to Tokyo.

Really love love this hotel! Worth every single cent I spent. It is at a strategic and accessible location that brings you to various destinations easily. A short 5-min walk to Shinjuku station and Tochomae station. If you are too tired to walk to Shinjuku area, you can take the bus service 45 right in front of the hotel. Getting from the airport to the hotel is as easy as ABC. The airport limousine brings you from the Haneda Airport to the entrance of the hotel. It is really convenient. You can purchase the return tickets from the hotel counter easily. The ride was less than 45 min. Got the newly renovated room. Everything was in good condition. It was well-equipped with iron, iron board, humidifier and etc. They also provide us with ample essentials such as l'occitane shower gel and shampoo. The only thing I would love to have in the room is a safe box. Other than this, I will give 5/5 for this stay!

We love the spacious room in the South Tower. Very good accommodating staff. It’s very near the tourist attractions, food spots, near the stations, too! Will definitely come back this January and book it for our family!
