Good value for money, great location, staff speak English and very nice”
Great location easy to access to MRT about 700m ( 10-15 min) walk to Taipei Main Station Y21 or Beimen or Zhongshan. Restaurant, PX mart or family mart near by. 5 min walk to Ningxia Night Market. Big room, clean, good hot water, bath tub have good jet water. Fresh towel and toiletries daily, when you give the room key before 4pm. Good breakfast: bread, straw berry, peanut jam, soy milk, good coffee, salad, rice soup, steam bun or dumpling or saute vegie, steam bun, omelette. Free bottle water in the room. All over all good hotel, worth the money, great location, clean. Great stay and will be back.

The King Plaza Hotel took care of us for 8 days. They provided a clean room to sleep in, with very cool aircon, huge beds, daily supply of toiletries, fresh slippers, toothbrush etc everyday. There were unlimited shampoo and body wash which were replenished daily. The breakfast provided was good enough to start our days with unlimited wintermelon tea, juice, coffee etc. The place is very near the Ningxia Market and other food places 24/7, so getting hungry is not a problem. It is near the MRT to bring you to places. The coin operated laundry machines were nice too. As a whole, the hotel provided us with things any other budget hotel we have been to has not provided. We travel to different countries/ places quite often so I know.

It was affordable and convenient hotel. Breakfast was good it has variety.”
Staffs are friendly and accommodating. They won’t bother you and will help you whenever you have problem. There is a washing machine and dryer inside the hotel so you wouldn’t be bother with your laundry. We slept fine and it was how we say in Filipino “sulit”. Hopefully they can also add conditioner in the bathroom.

The best & affordable hotel”
We book the 6 pax room for 3 days & 2 nights. We were glad that although we arrived at 10:30am in the hotel from the airort since we arrived at 2am, even if we weren’t able to check in yet, they were able to provide us a good spot for us to sleep for a while since we didn’t had sleep yet. And they were able to let us check-in at 1pm instead of 5pm. We didn’t expect the room to be very comfortable for us since it was big and enough for us 6 to stay there. Thank you for making our experience in Taiwan more awesome! Will definitely go back there! Highly recommended!

Great place for its price”
Don’t judge the hotel by the building. The building is not appealing, but the hotel is great for its value. You get everything the you need. They have free drinking water (unli water) and shower (hot & cold). We had free breakfast, but not pinoy style. So don’t expect to have rice everyday. They clean your room everyday and gives you the complimentary bottled water and amenities everyday. The staffs were also helpful. They even offered help in printing our vouchers and they also offer north coast day tour for only around 900 ntd per head. However, the location of this hotel is not really near the mrt station so you have to walk about 10 mins to Zhongshan Station. But the place is very near to Ningxia Night Market.

It was totally a value for money”
Everything was amazing except for the breakfast. Didn’t even get any breakfast for our 5 days of stay because there’s not much to food. But overall i enjoyed my stay because of the price, cleanliness, location and the amenities.

Discounted room rate at agoda, about 8 mins walk from Taipei Main station, 5 mins to Zhongshan station, near bus stop, great staff, approachable and knowledgeable, will stay here again if I get to go back at Taipei, good breakfast but be early, seats are not that many, and as they served delicious food, can’t help to go for a second serving.

Manager of the hotel at night is very accomodating. He speaks in emglish so well. The hotel provides drinking fountain for you to refill your bottled drinks. They also allow to leave your luggage before and after you check in. Overall, we’re happy in our experience.

GREAT STAY”
We had a great stay here. Walking distance to Train Station, there is a nearby convenience store and a very safe surrounding. We’ll definitely book a stay here again in the future. 🙂🙂

The hotel was located minutes away from the central station. While you had to go into a commercial complex to get to the hotel, the rooms were clean and were a real value for money. They had all basic ammeneties including breakfast, though it isn’t something to expect from. All in all service included, our stay in King Plaza was great.

We booked 3 days and 2nights at King Plaza Hotel a triple room but got a free upgrade to a quadruple room👍 Pro: near Ningxia night market, Taipei circle and 10 minutes walk to Taipei main station and Kuo Kuang Bus station. You can also borrow umbrella. They have laundry services at 30TWD. They clean your room just leave your key in the reception area. The bath tub is great. Nice way to relax after the long walks. Had water heater and blower. 24/7 free mineral water. Cons: very weak to zero wifi in the room; 2 tv stations with english movies, out of the 4 beds, 2 beds were hard. Husband had back pains:( had to take the stairs (10 steps or less) before you can reach the elevator not really that convenient for guests with baggages. Overall I would say my daughter and I had a great stay. The breakfast is limited but tastes good and even had instructions how to eat lard on rice. I am recommending this hotel to my friends and family. Thanks King Plaza hotel.

What I liked the most about this hotel is that it is just 3 mins away from the Ningxia Night Market. It got restaurants around and there is a grocery store nearby. The downside to this hotel is that the train station is 10-15 mins walk and it is not good for us because we have a member who has difficulty in walking. The rooms are spacious for its price but cleanliness is not well maintained. They will clean your room upon request but if you'll not tell them your room needs cleaning, they will not touch it. The people at the front desk are easy to approach and they assisted us in getting our transportation from the hotel to the airport. They made our stay in Taiwan really hassle free. Overall, we enjoyed staying in this hotel and would definitely would recommend for families who are on a tight budget.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at King Plaza Hotel. This is the cheapest but value for money hotel posted in Agoda. Value for money for the following reasons: 1. Buffet breakfast - made our stomach full enough before strolling the city 2. Enough room space - the room provided was spacious 3. Bath tub - Loved it :) 4. MASSAGE CHAIR - where can you find a hotel like this with a MASSAGE CHAIR inside? Absolute comfort after a long tiring day...

Value for money and Good location”
Hotel location is good. Walking distance to MRT, Taipei main station nearby shopping mall and also next to night market and eating places. The room is spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast is ok and coffee is strong. Staff at the front desk is very helpful. This is a budget friendly hotel and highly recommended when u stay in taipei. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
