5 star hotel for a 4 star price”
The hotel staff were outstanding. No problem was too much trouble. They were very polite and made you feel comfortable. No shortage of staff to help with bags or check in. All staff had a good level of English and had a wide knowledge of services, transport and activities in the area. A wide range of food was available for room service which was quick and presented well. Hotel rooms are a good size with a balcony and were very clean with a picturesque view of the bay. Harborland shopping and restaurant precinct is a short walk away with many choices of Japanese food. A free shuttle from Sannomiya train station is provided. Best hotel I’ve staying in so far and could not find any fault. 10/10

I stayed for 3nights during my birthday, and when I arrived, the hotel gave me a rose! The room has balcony and it's very comfortable just for relax and enjoying the view of Kobe City. The hotel breakfast was amazing! I like the salmon salad! The room service and also the staff were excelent! I'd like to come back again for sure!

Hotel with a View”
Arriving at Sannomiya Station, we proceeded to the hotel shuttle service located at the Mint Building on the ground floor outside the station where all the bus services start from. We were welcome warmly by the service staff at the door who gladly kept our luggage for us as we came in way too early for the 3 pm check-in. When we came back, the hotel upgraded us to a room with a great view of the port, Merikan Park and facing the carousel where a light show comes on when dark. The room on the 14th floor had a balcony and we sat outside to watch the show. The room was large by Japanese standard and very quiet and comfortable. The buffet lunch was also good value for money and off re a senior price which you can take advantage of. The hotel shaped like a ship even had a small cruise ship anchored besides it. I would not hesitate recommending this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Kobe. Walking to various tourist sites is easy and if you need to go further, use the bus shuttle

you got free suttle from sanomiya stasion everyday. and shin kobe every weekend or holiday. you got the view you got the room with a damn good view you got the 5 ztar restaurant you got the free roaming handphone as long as your stay. wow.. free parking and have a vvip for you rollsRoyce.. if you have one..

I managed to get some really good rates at this hotel for 3 nights. One of the best stays I had in Japan. Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms with great views. Would definitely go back if the price was right. 10/10

This hotel has big rooms and every room has a balcony with a view of the surrounding port area. They provide complimentary shuttle bus services from the train station and back. The hotel website has a time table for the shuttle bus services and the location for the pick up points. Do check that if you are arriving by train. There are many landmarks, shopping malls and tourist attractions in the area within walking distance.

Perfect Location”
I went to Kobe for a quick holiday weekend getaway and the location of the hotel was perfect. I was able enjoy the harbor view and had a quiet relaxing day strolling around the area. The hotel also offer regular shuttle services to Sannomiya Station and Shin-Kobe so it was convenient to explore the city while still be away from the hustle and bustle.

Kobe Meriden Park is my Favorite Hotel in Kobe, it is complete and its surrounding itself makes you feel wonderful and relax. This is a great choice if you like walking or jogging in the morning, Restaurant or buffet have large facilities and lots of option to choose.

Right at the port and 100 meters from Kobe Port Tower. Night views are spectacular. Rooms spacious, all with balconies. Loved it!

Great balcony and night view of the Kobe harbor! room is spacious and clean, very comfortable. You may need to walk a little bit to reach the mosaic and other shopping center.

Old but still nice hotel”
Everything is excellent. Room that faces the flyer is a must for young child as it made my daughter excited for the whole night. The buffet dinner is very value for money at 2.8k yen per person which provides exceptional steaks. The parking is rather expensive though.

I would really recommend their corner room where you can enjoy a really spacious balcony with 2 different sea views.
