A place to stay year around :)”
Great location. Price is fair. Parking is abundant. Buffet breakfast and has public and private onsenx3!!! La Vista Furano is a great stay for couples, friends and families. Location is great for train travelers as it is 5-10 minutes away from JR Furano station and for those coming by car as the hotel owns 5 parking lots (if you park somewhere a bit far, you can ask the staff to go drop you off/pick up). Since it is near by the station, its location is ideal and centered for both winter and summer period. You can also get a wonderful view of the town, especially from the public onsen; which I recommend coming in the winter as the snow covering the town is such a magical view! 3 Private onsens, where you can monitor the availability from you tv screen. Plus a yakult kind drink and ice creams to take during your stay. And on the topic of free food services, La Vista (Dormy Inn chain) isn't themselves without their late night ramen snack that will moderately fill you up before you sleep. Hotel also has a ski locker and winter shuttle to the ski resort as well, but we didn't use them during our stay. Hope you enjoy! (p.s. Staff is friendly too)

Overall wonderfully taken care of facilities and rooms. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is worth it, for sure. The baths are the best part of the deal. Very comfortable and beautiful, and has one of the rare options of being able to enjoy a private soak in an onsen alone or with just your friends and/or family.

Next to popular Yamadori which u have to reserve in advance. Go to the next street for more choice to avoid disappointment. Location is pretty good for people who drive. 5min drive from Ningle Terrace. 3 private onsens available. Awesome view and rooms to rest in while waiting for your turn to use the onsens up to 60min. Room is clean. Free ramen.

Excellent place with private room for hot spring”
Never had a private room before for a hot spring. its amazing and well thought of for privacy as a couple. you can shower and dry in the room as well. Place is very new and room sizes were acceptable where we got a bigger room. Hotel service is excellent. Had my gear shipped by Komato transport when i arrived at airport in southern japan. (Remember to take your wax out of your ski bag*its mandatory). You need a car to go to the ski ground. But this place is one of the best I had in most Japan ski areas.

Brilliant Furano Hotel”
Good hotel near the bus station and Furano train station. (5 min walk and visible from station so cant miss it). The hotel provides free shuttle to the ski resort and can also arrange discounted ski passes. It has an extremely nice hot spring on the rooftop with three private ones you can get on a first-come-first-serve basis. There is free use of laundry machine and free coffee at the hotel lobby. A very affordable hotel and you can spend your money on the fun stuff like skiing and sight-seeing.

I wish I can record every impressive moment I have with this hotel, but there’s so much of it. I will just list down the ones came to my mind. 1. Free flow coffee& tea at lobby (although we had coffee machine in the room) 2. 3 private onsen room comes at first come first basis. Basically, you just need to line up and wait. Please allow yourself to wait, if you have the time, as the private onsen has a great view of the snowy mountains especially during the winter 3. Public bath is a gem too. The outdoor bath was different from those hotel in town. Please go and see by own self. We were impressed with the item provided in the hot bath, with quality shampoo/bathing items provided, moreover, the hotel is providing Dyson Hair dryer to the onsen user (believe me, it dries faster than any Panasonic high end dryer) 4. Free flow probiotic fermented drink and ice stick at onsen resting area. 5. Free massage chair and full range of comic book at the interactive room at onsen level. Imagine that you are sitting in the massaging chair and overlooking the snowy view of the mountain. It was such as relaxing moment 6. The hotel provide a full viewing panel towards the mountains at every level. Good for instagram able photo taking There’s so much more I would like to share. Anyhow, I strongly Recomend this hotel. Choose high floor room

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Facilities, services and staff were all perfect. Location is also very close to the station and also comes with free parking. The rooftop onsen is amazing and also has private onsen.

New and clean hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We really loved the free private onsen ( good option for people with tattoos) , the massage chair and the free ramen they served at night. We’ll definitely recommend this place to other people.

Great, clean rooms including an amazing breakfast offer in the morning. The most wonderful thing after an exhausting day on the slopes, is the spa/Onsen area on the top floor. Such a relaxing vacation!

Amazing stay”
+ Convenient location, good sound insulation, and great staff. + Very nice public and private onsen. + Free popsicle, ramen, and coffee. + Breakfast was also quite good. - Because of COVID, there was no shuttle bus service for skiing, but the local bus at 8:10 worked well for us. Besides, you can actually walk there within 40 minutes.

Ski trip: Fantastic Onsen, Central Location, Shuttle Bus”
My husband and I came for a skiing vacation to Furano for 1 week. This hotel is located in the town of Furano instead of slopeside. They have 2 free shuttles, at 9 and 10, that drive to the ski hill, and return journey is 170 yen with about hourly departures 2 and 5 pm. There are also 100 yen ski lockers and 300-500 yen boot lockers on the slope if you would like to leave your gear overnight (we walked there in the morning to get there at 830 for first turns). The onsen is amazing - there are private 2 and 3 person onsen (3 of them) on a first come first serve basis, and then gender separated onsen with indoor and outdoor pools and an indoor sauna Staff were very helpful with excellent English There is a free half sized soba soup at 10 pm. We only did this 1 night because we were generally going to bed pretty early. Being in town was helpful for getting better restaurant variety, more shopping options, but it was a bit of logistics each day to find our way to ski.

Nice view from the room and free ramen for supper ”
We had a room with 4 beds so the kids could sleep by themselves. There are private and public hot spring at the top floor. We used the private bath, and it was awesome! After the hot bath, we enjoyed the free ramen (10-11pm) provided by the hotel. Definitely will come back here.

New hotel, very clean although rooms were abit small. Onsen facilities were amazing. They have 3 private onsen but no longer take bookings for the use of the onsen. All on a first come first serve basis which makes using of the onsen messy as there is a large crowd waiting outside for their turn. Love the many freebies included with your stay such as free use of coffee machine in the lobby, free milk drink after onsen, free ramen at night in the restaurant. Will stay again if in the area :)

Surprisingly luxury hotel”
I found it with a good discount and it ended up being one of the best hotel stays I have ever had in Japan. I have lived in Japan over 10 years and stayed at many hotels. The onsen, food, room and service were all great. I plan to stay there again if I can. It is close to the train station, walking distance to good restaurants and it is the kind of place you can enjoy without leaving the hotel.

Value for money”
There is public and private onsen. The hairdryer used was Dyson! Hotel is a bit small, but location is okay, facilities are pretty good. There is laundry (except you need to pay for dryer use).

Convenient and ideal for solo travellers”
One of the best hotels I've stayed at anywhere. Beautiful and clean rooms. Located 3 minutes walk from bus and train station. Natural springs and reserved baths are wonderful way to start or end the day.

Worth the stay just to enjoy the hot springs on the top floor!”
Breakfast is great, reserve it in advance with your room. Free massage chairs near the hot spring/onsen, free ice cream treat and yogurt drink. English speaking, very professional and friendly staff. I think there is free soba in the late evening too, but I did not try it. It is about a ten minute walk to a convenience store, so if you are driving, pickup what you need before you check in.
