I thank you all the staff and strongly recommend!”
During my stay, I got a minor problem and asked staff to deal with it. They were trying to solve my problem as quickly as they could and I was very impressed with their help. The room is very clean, comfortable as well. I am more than happy to be at the hotel throughout my stay. If I have another travel plan, Lotte City Hotel will be on top of my list.

Very nice lobby”
The lobby was simple but it has so many things. Nice clean toilets, charging point for electronic devices, free WiFi, vending machines at the coin laundry room. Staff were friendly and ever ready to assist. Lobby is at 6th floor by the way.

The Best Hotel In Jeju”
This is one of the best among the best hotel in downtown jeju. Surely u never regret on what u have paid. Everything is good. And sure will come again and stay here for sure. 5 stars to this best facility...

Nice hotel with excellent service”
Booked a double bed and the front desk saw we traveled with 2 kids (one at 4, one at 2) and free upgrade us to a bigger room with one double bed and one single bed. Appreciate their kindness and the front desk able to speak good English. The hotel provided free parking and their front desk is at level 6. My kids super in love with their Disney Channel although it is in Korean language. There is water dispenser along the passageway. Hot water, cold water and ice are applicable.

Very satisfying”
Excellent location. Staff was helpful. We arrived early in the morning and they are willing to offer accomodation asap. I wish the hotel can be more environmentally friendly. Eg. Changing toothbrush cup every day is not necessary.

Easy Access”
Good location for visiting Jeju. Close to many shops and public transport. Also near the airport. Great view from the upper floors.

Nice and clean”
The property was well managed and clean, rooftop pool was heated and had a nice view. Room was not big but ok for a night. Close to city center and nice staff.

Very clean and quiet room; convenient location with free parking”
Lotte City is located in the heart of Jeju City, only 15 mins away (taxi ride) from Jeju International Airport. We drove and enjoyed the free underground parking. Room was very clean and well-equipped. Staff was friendly and efficient and speaks fluent English. We needed to head to airport at 5 a.m. and there was 24-hour concierge service; so they managed to arrange a cab to airport for us within 10 mins as we returned the car the night before.

Great Facilities”
The pool and hottub were fantastic. I wanted to find time to go to the gym but didnt have time. The room was lovely, with a floor to ceiling L shaped window spanning an entire wall.

Excellent”
Excellent service from staff who helped with delivery of packages and flight inquiries due to pproaching typhoon. Didn't appreciate the quality until, due to a delayed flight caused by said typhoon, i booked into Howard Johnson hotel - the cleanliness of rooms and staff attitudes were like chalk and cheese. I highly recommend lotte. I do not recommend Howard Johnson.

good located hotel near the airport”
The main reason why I decided to stay here was the swimming pool . It was a bit smaller than I expected but it was ok since there're not many people. It was rainy day so I was hoping that they have indoor swimming pool but there's not. Still the water was warm to swim. I asked to get a taxi but the staff said just go out and get a taxi which was unexpected. Window wasn't that clean so couldn't really see the ocean view but if the weather was good, there must be a beautiful ocean view from this hotel. There's a little noise from next door and outside. I was wearing earplugs. :( But overall it's nice.

Great stay near the airport with great facilities and accommodations. Clean and comfy room. Bed was not too soft, not too firm (just right).

Hotel with excellent location”
Overall is good. However, we have booked with 3 adults, but breakfast only provided for 2 pax. Probably some misunderstanding during Agoda booking.

Very good location ”
The hotel is located in Jeju city and is very convenient. There is free parking for hotel guests and many facilities in the hotel. Was looking forward to the pool but eventually did not get to try it as the pool closes at 8.30pm

Not recommend to get ocean view”
i stayed for delux ocean view. The view was nice but not the sound of the plane. I understand that the location of hotel is very close to the airport, but it was a bit unpleasant to hear the noise from the airport. The only thing that i recommend from this hotel is to get the mountain view if you have to stay here. Regardlessly, all workers were very polite and kind. Best service ever
