הוזמן כי חשבנו שהוא לא רחוק מהתחנה המרכזית ,אבל ההליכה לשם לקחה לנו כמעט רבע שעה. הוא קרוב יחסית למקדש Toji , יש קניון Aeon קרוב מאוד למלון, וזאת נקודת האור הכמעט יחידה בו. חוץ מהקניון אין שום קונביני קרוב , שום מסעדה או חנות. אין עם מי לדבר. אין Reception או עובדים. כשהגענו ,היינו צריכות להכנס לבניין עם קוד שקיבלנו. ואז לעשות צ'ק אין ממוחשב לבד. הכניסה לחדר עם קוד. החדר מרווח אבל לא פונקציונלי בשום צורה. שתי מיטות יחיד, רק מעל אחת מהן מנורת לילה. באמצע ביניהן שקע אחד + 2 USB. במקלחת ברז משותף לכיור ולאמבטיה. בחדר עצמו אין שום מקום לפריקת החפצים. יש רק מתלה למעילים ועמדה עם קומקום ומקרר. ניקיון מתבצע פעם ב 3 ימים אבל אפשר להשאיר שקית זבל מחוץ לחדר לפינוי (פשוט ראינו שכולם עשו ככה אז גם אנחנו) . יש מיקרו בקומת הכניסה, יש מכונות כביסה. הכל מרגיש כמו אכסניה.

There is one convenience store on the left side of the hotel, facing north on the main street. It is about a 4-minute walk. Our hotel staff will be happy to assist you with check-in. However, there are times when the front desk is not available due to disinfection and cleaning procedures. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you encounter any difficulties while our staff is away, please use the receiver at the front desk. Rooms are cleaned once every three days, as you have written. We will change towels and amenities and collect garbage free of charge. Please leave them in front of your room and we will collect your garbage. Reasonable and clean”
The hotel is clean and the staffs are friendly. The only downside is that you have to walk a little bit distance from Kyoto station to the hotel. I like how the hotel take the reviews seriously as they added tons of facilities after previous guests gave their feedbacks. Definitely a good place to stay.

Okay for the price, but you could probably get a better place in Kyoto”
It's cheap and okay for the price -- clean enough, has all the expected amenities and laundromat. However it's not that near Kyoto Station. If you're staying multiple nights they only clean once every three days or something. No pyjamas too. The walls are really thin and you can clearly hear people walking in the corridors, drag racers in the nearby streets etc. They also don't provide luggage storage or forwarding to your next destination so you have to factor in the additional cost and hassle to see if it's worth the price. Overall Kyoto has lots of choices for accommodation so I think you're better off picking somewhere else.

Easy recommendation nearby Kyoto station ”
The double room in the third floor was okay enough for couples. The only thing I would complain about is the washroom because it didn’t have the bathtub water controller. So it’s manual filling of the tub. Easy access to train lines and buses. AEON mall is just beside the hotel.

10mins walk from kyoto station. Aeon beside is convenient, you can get cheap strawberry everyday there. Room is quiet and enough space to fully open 2 luggage. Nearby have alot foods. Luggage storage available by 1st come 1st serve.

A great find amongst the many hotels in Kyoto! Great location on the south side of Kyoto Station with many shops and restaurants around. It has Aeon mall just across the hotel. The room size is pretty big for Japanese standard and the bed, pillows and covers were just so good and comfy. And for the price we paid, it was a steal. Highly recommended.!!

Clean hotel located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance from Kyoto Station. Rooms are basic but neat and had everything we needed. Do note that this is a hotel with self check-in and no reception so in case of need of extra assistance with e.g. lost luggage (like in our case), staff cannot help you. They are friendly though and we were kindly able to enter our room 2 hours before official check-in time!

Loved my stay at this hotel as a first time solo traveller. Check in and out was super easy and fast, rooms are quite spacious with nice amenities and very good location, super close to Kyoto station, Aeon mall and restaurants

A fabulous find near Kyoto Station”
We rented 2 rooms for 6 nights & found our rooms relatively spacious, very clean, and perfectly located close to Aeon mall & Kyoto station. While housekeeping cleans the rooms only once every 3 days, they do a very thorough job when they do & in the meantime we just need to try stay neat, tossing our waste into our own plastic bags & wiping up counters & tabletops after ourselves. The young staff are just a call away and they’re helpful & polite. Special shout-out to Ota who tried to help us close to midnight when our laundry got stuck in the washing machine!

I was traveling in Japan…first time and found this place to be quite convenient with public transportation and in a quiet area. Clean and had laundry facilities.
