Very good customer service!”
We stayed at this hotel on the first day of its opening and everything were clean and new. The location is very good, it situates in a safe district with 24/7 convenient stores nearby. The nearest metro station is just 1 min walk from the hotel (literally 2-3 blocks away)! Extremely good customer service! I forgot my bag in the hotel room and called them when I was at the airport. They were really kind and helpful. They provided me a lot of help to me when I wanted to arrange a shipment to send my lost item back to my country! Really grateful because without them I wont be able to get back my stuffs!

I have stayed here for 3 days, and i feel very comfortable with all.. the room is quite spacious with coffee table and chair, the bed, bed sheet was very comfy and clean also, pajamas was set, and the bathroom filled with full amenities and i loved the shampoo, conditioner, and soap.. the location also perfect, the combini just across the street, and there are finding machine inside.. If go back to tokyo, will definetly stay here againn.. Best luck and success mitsui garden ginza gochome❤

Excellent Customer Service”
Great location! Lots of shopping & eateries nearby. Direct line to Roppongi. Duty manager was very initiative and customer service focused when he discovered one of his staff made an error in our restaurant booking for Miyagawacho Suiren. She accidentally called another restaurant but wrote correctly on the hotel confirmation slip given to us. When we turned up at the restaurant, restaurant Manager could not find the booking. He was also very accommodating and courteous, kept apologizing & squeezed us in for an hour as place was full. Duty Manager at Mistui Garden Gochome pleasantly surprised by waiving the 6 hours extra room charge which I had already paid earlier for our extended stay as we had a late flight out the next day. Both the Managers are very impressive in ensuring customers interests were well looked after, unlike our horrendous experience at Ryugin, a 3 starred Michelin restaurant where manager is a disgrace to Japan culture of service excellence.

We are within 1 minute walk to the closest subway station and you could find the other various lines in 10 minutes walking distasnce. I have stayed in many hotels in Tokyo and for the price-range, this hotel comes out tops. Location is excellent. It is near to a couple of subway stations on different lines, and Ginza in itself is already a pretty central area accessible from many other parts of Tokyo and the airports. It took me around half an hour to get to Haneda Airport on the subway. I was with my elderly parents and we all absolutely loved the bath facility that mimicked a traditional open-air bath. It was a great way to soothe our bodies and legs after a day of powering through the city. The rooms here are also very spacious as compared to other business hotels in Tokyo offering rooms of the same prices. A very good-sized floor to ceiling window was in the Triple room and a very decent-sized seating area was also provided in the couple room I stayed with my husband. I will definitely stay here the next time I go to Tokyo again for the size of its rooms and the facilities.

Great location for shopping, eating, night life. Short walk to Airport bus stop at Marriott Hotel which is so convenient for us. Short walk to Tsukigi market where you can find fresh and delish japanese dishes. The large baths ( onsen) which is separate for male and female is also a big plus! I also love the fact that this hotel is just brand new ( opened Sept 2019). Very clean, quiet and overall cozy. Will definitely stay here again!

Hotel is very new and clean and very near to the train station. Not to mention the toilet is much much bigger than a typical hotel in Japan. To the start of the Ginza shopping district is about 7mins away by foot. I have stayed in various parts of Tokyo but I would say this Ginza area has a lot of good food and hidden quaint cafes. Highly recommend this hotel and location!

Location was excellent. Literally a stone's throw away from a subway station with two different lines. And just a few minutes away, another subway station with another line. So technically, there were 3 subway lines serving the hotel. We were glad to find out that there was a straight train to both Haneda and Narota Airport from the subway station. I've been Tokyo many times and I find that the room was very spacious by Tokyo's standards. My husband and I enjoyed having our breakfast in the room daily by the window and very comfortable coffee table and seats. Highlight of our stay in this hotel was the public bath. What a treat it was to be able to soak our weary bodies after a whole day out. Perhaps what could be improved was the quality of the housekeeping. We came back to our rooms with some of our rubbish not emptied. They also forgot to clean up our toilet on one ocassion. However, despite this, I ould still return to this very hotel on my next trip.

Very clean, just a few steps from the metro. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shopping. The staff was wonderful and always willing to help. Rooms bigger than normal for Japan. Will book again next time I'm in Japan.

We loved the location of the hotel. It was half a block from the subway, and tons of stores and places to eat nearby. The hotel itself was very chic, clean, and the staff were great at suggesting local places to eat.

The hotel itself is very chic and sophisticated. Great style. The fitness room and onsen were both great and we used them daily. The staff were very helpful and accommodating for our requests. And you can't beat the location, a 2 minute walk to Higashi-Ginza Station.

Newly built, everything fresh, can't beat the price. Small rooms yes, but no need to have bigger, only using the room for sleep, we are in Ginza, no need to be in the hotel. Extra bonus is the onsen, extremely nice. I'm very happy with this hotel, the service and the value is unbeatable

I enjoyed my stay here. Mitsui Garden Hotels has 3 hotels in Ginza so pay attention to which one you book as otherwise you might end up at the wrong hotel! Staff very welcoming - it has a much more "Japanese" feel than some of the big chains. For example they have a "public baths" which is more traditional. My room was small but very comfortable, with space to work as well. I didn't use the restaurant.

The triple room was of good side”
Pros: Good size triple room, clean, kind staff and management. Asakusa subway to Haneda airport. There is a limousine bus stop at nearby Courtyard by Marriot Hotel. Cons: Limousine at Courtyard by Marriot only starts at 8:55pm. Do watch out for rush rush if taking train on Asakusa.

Great location, nice public bath. We will definitely come back to this location again but we just hoped for limousine bus stop to Narita Airport just like other Mitsui Garden Hotel in Ginza.

Located right next to higashi-ginza station which makes it very convenient to hop around the city. You can easily explore Ginza area with just few mins walk. Limousine bus from and to Narita or Haneda airport is just a few steps away. If you're looking for a new, clean and quiet place to stay, this is the right hotel for you.

This hotel is in an ideal location, many shops and restaurants surround it. It is a reasonably new hotel so it’s clean, staff were friendly, ammenities are good and the room size was big for Tokyo. Would stay here again no problem.
