International-standard hotel”
This hotel is stylish, well run and has excellent facilities. The rooms aren't particularly large, but they are well designed and the fittings are excellent. We loved the lounge and huge onsen on the top floors with views over Osaka. The best thing is the staff, who were all lovely and extremely helpful.

Great location and excellent service from the hotel staff. Stay was pleasant and enjoyable with a nice view of the canal. Will stay at the hotel again when visiting the area in future.

Really nice hotel”
Not the first time I've stayed at Mitsui Garden Hotel Osaka and won't be the last. The room is really nice and spacious and the staff is really friendly as well. Looking forward to my next stay.

Nice and clean hotel with wonderful staff ”
Beautiful water view spacious room with helpful and attentive staff. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk to a subway station. We definitely will stay there again when in Osaka.

Overall is good except for the location ”
The hotel is bit far away from Osaka station. It wouldn’t be easy to walk from the station to the hotel particularly at winter and night time as there are no shops on both sides of the road. The road is quite quiet and dark. The last hotel shuttle bus departs at about 9.40pm from the station which means you better finish dinner and take the last bus back. The hotel is more suitable for family. The hot bath is very nice and clean. The Japanese restaurant on 2nd floor is a must try.

Pro: Free shuttle service to Osaka Station, clean room/bathroom, comfortable bed/pillow, good bathing facility on top floor, and excellent breakfast buffet. Con: None.

Great Hotel !”
Located not far from osaka station. Free shuttle van provided to & from the station. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel look very luxurious and exclusive. However, the room is too small compared to other Asia countries with the same rate. So please travel light if you going to stay here.

The only thing I could ask for more is to have the check-in time earlier and check out later. Other than than 100% satisfaction (and I travel A LOT and usually not satisfied with my hotels).

I've never been to top floor, onsen but enjoyed jogging by the river around hotel. Most of all, superb shuttle bus to go to umeda area is cool and convenient.

Location is good as the nearest subway station and restaurants are only 250m away. Location is not rated excellent because to travel to tourist places like Dontonburi, Namba Walk, Kuromon Market, etc is not that near. Hence longer travel time. Room is spacious and clean.

This is our third visit to this hotel. It is a very good hotel with good service and helpful staff.

Best part is the public spa”
The hotel best selling point for me is the public spa located at the top floor. It really makes my day and washed away the tired feeling from walking around all day. The rooms are decent and clean but relatively basic. There is convenient stores close by and offers great fast food. The free shuttle bus driver is amazing. He is a real life example of working to dedication. He literally make the shuttle bus spotless and clean.

Good hotel for the money but the WiFi is terrible ”
Pros: - Staff is awesome, as usual, because it’s Japan - Great location - Clean Room - Laundry service Cons: - Phone in the room doesn’t work, nor does the one in the hallway - WiFi is terrible - No room service to speak of

Family Vacation at Osaka”
The hotel have very friendly and accommodating staff and the rooms are clean and spacious. It would have been a perfect stay however I was really disappointed with the hotel's internet access. It was just horrible. At this day and age and specially in Japan, this was just un-acceptable. It was a good thing I had a pocket wifi with unlimited data which I had to use during my entire trip.

Terrible service and hospitality ”
Walking in to the room was very disappointing, it felt small, used & old. Put it aside, go in only to find, there's dust everywhere, on the stand under the TV, on the TV, the floor under the chair there were small balls of it, on the bathroom top small makeup bin, you could swipe your finger your finger would leave a clean trail with dust on your finger, unless the curtains were grey, they looked like they had not been washed in years, they were grey not white. We ignored it and killed some time by going up to the 16th floor lounge which we had access to, nice concept but coming into this room you could now see this hotel was dated, the couch was stained, under it was ripped, nice room to relax in but it felt dirty to sit on the lounge chairs, they looked dated and dirty. Asked reception to clean our room while we went out for dinner, got back, only parts had been cleaned, but over the next two days the same dust balls stayed. Will NEVER stay here again, WORST part of my trip.
