Excellent Location ... Brand New Hotel”
1. Entrance to access Ueno Train Station is located just beside the hotel. The underground access also leads you with a 10 minutes walk all the way to Kesei Skyliner Station to connect the express train to Narita Airport, no exposure to sun or rain if you walk the open overhead walkways. 2. The room is clean and brand new, good size for a central Tokyo hotel. 3. They even provide a Face Steamer and Air Cleaner + Humidifier in the room. 4. Ameyoko Market with lots of food + shopping is directly opposite the hotel. 5. The 24 hours Family Mart and a Ramen Restaurant is also directly opposite the hotel. 6. Umbrellas are provided at lobby when it rains, you dont need to bring or buy your own umbrellas. 7. There is a nice coffee shop just beside the hotel. Will return again in future.

Great location. Opposite JR ueno and next to metro exit 1 . Very comfortable to stay. I stayed for 12 nights. Rooms equip with hair dryer, face/hair steamer and hair curler for ladies traveller. Very clean. A very convenient place. Walking distance to family mart, 7-11, shopping malls, Ameyoko walking streets ( lots of eatery places and things to shop)

Staff very friendly & helpful. Close to Ameyoko Street and restaurant all around. Price is reasonable and rooms are clean and comfortable. Will consider to stay here again on our next visit to Tokyo.

Nice Hotel in Ueno Area”
This hotel is very nice maintain even I used to stay here in last few years before. The location is quite near from Keisei Station (about 5 minutes walk) and Ueno Station (about 3 minutes walk) and also to Ameyoko Market. You can find nice restaurants easily including convenience stores. I would like to recommend this hotel and will be back for my next visit.

The staff are polite and good at English speaking, the room is clean, there are heat curling iron and humidifier provided, and the location is near the JR station and subway, very convenient, if I go Tokyo next time, I will choose this hotel again

GREAT LOCATION AND SERVICE”
Excellent location across JR Ueno and beside some Tokyo subway lines. Just 10 minutes walk to Ameyoko shopping street, Takeya, and department stores Marui and Matsuzakaya. Most staff speak good English - even helping us have sunglasses left in our Osaka hotel shipped back to home country. Clean and good-sized room and bathroom (with bathtub) for Japan. Comfortable bed and pillows and guest-controlled aircon. Not a stop of the airport limo bus, so we took a taxi to an airport limo bus stop so as not to carry our big and heavy luggages through train stations/trains.

Near to station, very short walk, so convenient to mom at the age 67. We visited on rainy days and feel no obstruction. UENO is a compact station with Metro (various lines), JR and NEX, so it's very convenient to go anywhere. Meaning to go to ginza, marunouchi, nihombashi, takeya all by metro easily. My Suggestionis to have airport pickup option by agoda, and NEX for Narita is one of the best option staying in TOKYO.

The hotel locates near Ueno Station, no matter JR or metro. The room was clean with plenty of facilities, even can massage and treat the hair. Yet, the price speaks for itself.

This hotel is located very close to the Ueno Station, which is at the end of the Keisei Skyliner express train from Narita. It’s clean. The rooms are decent sized for Tokyo, and the staff are great! My one complaint isn’t I was given a smoking room and the smell was definitely in the room. I was there for one night so decided not to make a big deal out of it, but if you’re sensitive to smoke smells, be sure you don’t get in the wrong room.

I like the coin operated laundry mart located at 2nd floor of this hotel , short walking distance from Ueno station but you have to know where the elevator was around Ueno station if you don't want to carry your heavy luggage walking up staircase , direct train to Narita airport , a lot of restaurants to choose from around the hotel so as shopping .
