Price, room, staff was good but only thing is with luggage ”
Room is spacious with around 20m sq. Consider worthy of price paid. Staff is attentive & helpful. Room cleaning staff is great as although I placed Do Not Disturb sign, they will placed a note everyday without fail for us to contact the front desk to check if we need to change towels, need bottled drinks, toiletries etc. Just 2mins walk from a train station with food & shopping within basement. Family mart & macdonalds is just beside at the entrance of the hotel. Don Don DONKI, Jin Long Ramen & Ippuddo ramen is 2mins away. Kuromon, Dotombori, Namba station are 5-8mins walk away. Shinsaibashi is 12mins away. Only down thing is you can only alight from taxi or van 3mins away from hotel entrance as the road or pavement surrounding it is only meant for people to walk & only before 9am then vehicle can access. So if you have lots of luggages & first time then in Osaka, you will be rather pissed off as we get so used to convenience in Singapore.

As for the first timer that travelling to Osaka. Would recommend to stayed on this hotel. For those that took Nankai Express Train, once you exits it easy to find the hotel. Just follow the sign board or you can even see YouTube for your reference (that’s what I did) hahah ! Secondly, the environment is crazy with food, shops and also dessert ! A lot of Retail shops that sell affordable prices (eg: Nike, Adidas, Onitsuka Tiger etc) ! It so convenient as it not far apart from Dontonburi etc. Really nice place to stay. And for people who smoke, you can actually exit the hotel at the side of the hotel they do provide smoking room. Staffs is friendly ! Place is clean ! Really recommending this place !! Easy to find subway trains if you heading to Tokyo.

Great services”
The services is very good. I had forgotten and put the “do not disturb” sign outside my door and they leave me a message to make sure I leave the right message. Staff doing the cleaning are also very professional. Inside the room you have a free phone to use during your stay. You use bring it out, use the mobile data or call back home for free. Location is very good, walking distance to subway and train. So many great shop to eat and shopping. There also a mini mart just beside the hotel only. If you want to exchange Yen currency, you can use their exchange currency machine at the hotel.

Perfect Stay”
It was the perfect hotel for us. The location is very good, very accessible. Restaurants, convenience stores are just beside the hotel. The room is very clean, beds were comfortable, pajamas were provided daily, bathroom was complete of all your daily needs (there was even a body soak aside from the body wash for relaxation after a long tiring day), Handy (mobile phone with internet) which you can use for the entire stay was also provided at no extra cost 😍, water, nespresso and greentea were provided daily. We will definitely book again here when we visit Osaka.

Perfect location!”
Location was absolutely perfect. - Easily accessible through the Nankai Express and the subway system. - Food available within and right outside the hotel, fitting every budget from Lawsons to Mcdonald’s to conveyor belt sushi to Kobe beef. - Steps away from Takashimaya, Namba City, and Don Quijote (hehe). - Staff were very friendly and efficient, from front desk, to housekeeping, to the people who attended during breakfast. - Rooms were big, and amenities were well thought of. There was even pocket wifi (which we didn’t use because we had sim cards). Great hotel, especially when traveling with older parents who hate walking hehe. Will gladly recommend to everyone traveling to Osaka.. I already did 😊

Great location - 5 mins walk to train stations”
Few minutes walk to Namba station - all major subway lines, JR line & surround by eateries & shops. Yet its not noisy. Room is very well lit, new & clean. The chamber maids did very good cleaning everyday. Thats coin laundry&dryer machine in 4, 5 & 8th floor. I wil definitely stay here again when I visit Osaka. Wish the hotel can add a few more foreign tv channels to it.

Cheap hotel in perfect location in Osaka”
Our party of 3 needed a hotel for an overnight stay, room was nice and comfortable, heaps of restaurants literally outside the hotel. You won’t find cheaper or better than here, I looked at over 30 hotels in the area! Highly recommended!

Great hotel at a great location”
Value for money. Only about 4mins walk from Namba train station. No lack of food at any time of the day. Room is very big and clean. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if price remains reasonable.

Best Location to stay in Osaka ”
It's near everything because it's in the middle of Namba area. Train station is right in front of Hotel Entrance. Just 1 block away from Kuromon Fish Market, 2 blocks away from Guligo Building. When it's raining, we can just walk under the roof shopping along the way all day. During Hagibis storm, we have fun shopping under the roof safely. Lots of delicious food.

Great hotel in the middle of Namba”
Lovely hotel. Friendly service from reception. The rooms given to us was very nice and well equipped. The best thing about this hotel is the location. It's just a great base whether for shopping or eating in Namba and surrounding area, or for traveling to nearby areas (since it's so near to the metro and trains - Kintetsu, Hanshin, Nankai). Highly recommend staying here if coming to Osaka.

Superb Location”
Location is superb, shopping/ food street is just at doorstep. Subway is near and connected to underground shopping street which is just round the corner of the hotel. Room is spacious and clean, will definitely book this hotel again when we visit Osaka.

this hotel location is pretty clean and pretty spacious also. i love how we have variety of food options near by. and if you are looking play pachinko then this is the place to stay! (its everywhere on that street)

Excellent location and value worthy. The hotel is surrounded by shops, mall, restaurants and food stalls. Its location is very close to Namba train station, subway station and JR station. We can travel to any part of Osaka and Kansai area easily. The hotel is also close to Dotonbori area where the food and fun is awaiting. The hotel also offers family room where all of us can stay together. The room is nice and clean. We even have a local mobile phone and internet to use during our stay. We use it to search everything in the area - good restaurants, attraction and directions. We really have a good time there. And we will definitely consider coming back here.

Excellent location. Step out of the hotel and you're already in the sheltered shopping street. Very clean and new facilities. Comfortable beds and pillows. Short walking distance to train station and famous Dotonbori.

Excellent service and location at namba walk . Transportation tips for traveler , if go by mrt , exit namba walk B21 with escalators. If using Nankai train , main exit have lift to ground floor . Exit main door , Google : Edion mall . From there walk to hotel 3mins.

The best location ever in Osaka ”
We love the hotel simply because its location is awesome. Next to Mcds, Lawson and many shops and its sheltered. Also walking distance to the subway via Namba Walk. Love their laundry rooms in 3 floors however the dryer needs more than 3 rounds for cloths to be really dry though.

Ideal Location”
Location is perfect, close to EVERYTHING you need in the heart of Osaka! Rooms are very nice, spacious and clean. Due to central climate control, the rooms were really warm even during winter, you can ask the staff to help you open the windows, however if your room is located near/above the shopping street, the food smell coming off the exhaust fans can be a little comfortable and can be very noisy especially on a weekend. Staff are so friendly, helpful and multilingual. They catered perfectly well to our complex luggage situation. Highly recommended!

Hotel staffs were great help and friendly. Room is clean and relatively big. Hotel is located at where food and shopping area is so very convenient.
