Great hotel, convenient location”
The hotel is conveniently located just across the street from JR Nikko Station. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable and quite roomy. The buffet breakfast was really good and I would recommend opting for it if you stay here. The hot spring, artificial or not, was a really relaxing way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. If I find myself in Nikko again, this hotel would be my first choice!

Suited my needs perfectly”
This hotel perfectly suited my needs as a solo traveller to Nikko. I found it extremely comfortable and well located. The staff were very friendly and the included breakfast was excellent. I also enjoyed the onsen facilities.

Great location ”
This hotel is superbly located across from the train station. We arrived too early for check in so left our luggage there,,whilst we explored. Staff were so friendly and helpful On our return much later the new staff member on duty wasn’t friendly or helpful checking us in, which is why we deducted a star but every other staff member was lovely so maybe it was just that one persons bad day ! Hotel was clean and nice We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on food. Surrounding bakeries and restaurants in the area are nice We would stay again

The breakfast buffet was excellent. Nice onsen, clean rooms and great location. Will stay there again.

A perfect facility and especially convenient as it is close to either the Tobu or JR train stations. Also the start place for the Tobu bus services is between the JR train station and the hotel about 1 minute or less from each.

Room was a bit dated but nonetheless very clean and comfortable. Loved the onsen. Location is the best with the train stations opposite and buses too. Staff were very friendly and polite.

Right next to Nikko station, rooms were a lot more spacious than I expected, staff was friendly, onsen was great.

Best location in Nikko”
I had just finished walking the Nikko Kaido, and it was great to have such a convenient, central location. The hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious rooms and great facilities. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The best Nikko Hotel, have a delight dinner with long-foot crabs, and fine breakfast. Also have a nice hot spring and relative large room space

Nice getaway to Nikko ”
This hotel is right infront of the station. The rooms and bathroom are very comfortable. I only wish breakfast was included in the fee. We were able to get tickets for Edo Wonderland from the hotel.

My husband and I stayed while we explored Nikko. It is across the street from the train station so convenient for train travelers. They also have free parking for those who drive. The restaurant had a small selection but the food was very good. It is a little farther away from the sight seeing then what we expected but it was worth it. They have public hot springs (gender separate) included in the hotel accommodations and tattoos where ok! The English speaking staff was extremely helpful and kind. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.
