you will checkin with a machine and the machine takes your face photo. If you wear a mask, the machine tells you just an error to call staff, but does not tell you the reason of the error cause by wearing mask. You will know it only when hotel staff appears in front of you after waiting a couple of minutes. Waiting time & doing check in process agains are unfriendly and waste of time.

Thank you for staying with us and your feedback. We have self check-in machine instead of front staff to get more time to focus on cleaning hotel facility and trying to provide the place where guests can stay comfortably. For a security reason, we have to take a photo to let you check in. We are sorry that you had error call and had to wait a few minutes. We need to take a photo of whole face so wearing masks, glasses and hat will affect to do it. I apologize that We put cautions of those 3 things on the screen when you take a photo but it might too small to notice. We are trying to change some systems to make check-in easier so your feedback will help us a lot. Thank you again, and we are looking forward to seeing you next time!

Recommend for Solo traveller! Will stay again🙌”
around 7 min walk to Hakata station. While u walking on the way to/ from Hakata station, u will pass by drugstore, 7-11, izakaya, restaurant n car rental shop. Self-check in was bit troublesome in the first place, as there’s no staff at the hotel entrance, but only self-in machines. So customers are clueless about how to use the self-in, and end up calling and wait for staff come to help. Everyone will get own cabinet to store ur luggage and stuff, the cabinet can only be opened with ur access card (a QR on it, scan QR code). For each night stay, u will receive new towel and pajamas to change (of cuz u hv to return back, but the pajamas is one-size. Bas the pajamas don’t fit my size 😂, i wear my own clothes) and toothbrush + hair comb + disposable slipper package (free and can bringback home) Every morning around 9am, they will do announcement to remind customers to wake up as customers have to get out of the places (room, cabinet area and bathroom area) by 10am, cuz they hv to do cleaning. Good thing is there’s a public area next to entrace, where u can relax and eat ur food there and it got usb-cable charging port and normal plug point at each seat. As u are not allowed to eat things in the room, so normally ppl will eat n finish their food/ snacks at this area, before heading to their room. When check out, just drop ur access card and towels + pajamas at the designated bin. Then off to go, very easy. The hotel got quite a number of branches at other main cities, they do hold up their standard m quality. Will stay again if i visit Hakata.

Very close to hakata sta. Just 5 mins waking. The capsule is big enough and comfortable. I will stay there next time for sure.

No English speaking staff, confusing check in system”
They didn't have English speaking staff. Also, the check-in system using the machine near the lobby door is quite confusing, and it is cashless only. Ps. It's not their fault but, if you are unlucky your roommate will be so noisy as to not obeying the "quite please" rule.

I think the oner don't want to pay for front staff. Actually, Many people come to this capsule hotel. But I don't know why they decided to manage unmanned. When we check in, we should do by myself. They never explain about this accomodation. Sometimes I had met some staff, they weren't friendly. Even lounge's wifi doesn't work. They couldn't help about that. And QR code system was really uncomfortable. And I had really hated that if I want to go to the outside, I had to go to the 9 floors.

Common area is cozy. Pod is functional. Shower room is spacious. Staff's communication is bare minimum.

Wouldn't stay here again”
The qr code cards they give don't work most of the time, the capsules are only closed by a curtain and you can hear everything, there is no staff on hand if you need anything, the lounge is library quiet yet the capsule rooms are insanely loud - no one follows the rules, I couldn't sleep because people were stomping around, packing, talking.. not a restful stay and I would rather pay a little bit more to just stay at a hotel. Plenty near the station.

Good location near Hakata Station”
Easy to reach from hakata station. Near starbuck and easy walk to canal city area. Capsule is clean. One usb, and one socket. Happy here and will be back.

Stayed one night. Good location - just under a 5min walk from JR Hakata station (exit from west gate). Pod and facilities were clean. Overall a good stay!
