The room was nice and very clean. At the hotel reception, checking in and out were quick and easy. The staff greeted us and were attentive to our needs. When we first got to our room, the safe was locked. Seconds after calling Reception for help, someone knocked on our door to unlock the safe. Another example: I happened to see a maid in the hall and asked in my woefully paltry Japanese to swap the Medium size set of pajamas for Large. She pleasantly responded and brought the Large PJs as requested. (The PJs and robes were very nice!) Highlights: Comfy bed; the view; modern hotel & amenities (laurel soap & shampoo, quiet A/C and bathroom fan); convenient location. The toilet & bath facilities deserve their own rave: The toilet is in its own room, separate from the bathroom (tub/shower and sink). Toto Washlet, I miss you and your special abilities, e.g., to detect that the toilet room door has opened, whereupon you raise your lid, and to sense that it is time to flush. All nice!

Clean, comfortable and welcoming ”
We had a lovely stay with our one-year-old. The room had nice views of the city and great blinds to keep it dark at night. You can watch baseball during the day from the lobby windows, with cheerleaders and everything! Nice cafe downstairs called Stadium Cafe, which does a generous portion of breakfast - brilliant pancakes or eggs and bacon. Convenient walk to Harajuku and Yoyogi Park and the shrine next to that - such a mix of forested areas and big city. Cool playground a ten minute walk from the hotel, you have to pay a few hundred yen to get in, but our daughter had a lot of fun. There’s an art gallery near the playground with paintings of the Meiji Restoration. Good area, comfy room, free bottled water, and very helpful hotel staff. They helped us send our luggage to the next hotel in Kyoto, which saved us carrying our big suitcase on the trains.

I was very happy that the front desk team give me a warm surprise. I booked the room with a high tech toilet, this is my first time I use the remote control to control the toilet lid and other functions without using my hand to touch it, I feel very clean even I had not washed my hand. The room is clean and provide with air purifier. They were attentive to provide a tea bag plate, you did not need to throw into rubbish bin, it feels good. The location of this hotel is far away from train station around 10 - 15 mins by walking, there are no noise. In spring, there are many tree with yellow leaf, it is very beautiful. I like this hotel very much.

Hidden gem in a quiet part of Tokyo!”
Loved this hotel! The rooms were spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We were on the 11th floor and we had a great view of the baseball stadium. The staff was also very friendly and attentive. We needed some last-minute packing materials and they were prepared with everything that we needed–boxes, bubble wrap, and packing tape. The location is also great because it's a nice walk to the train station. If you enjoy walking, you can also head to Omote-sando and walk all the way to Harajuku, which we did! I guess the only downside is that when the trains are closed, the taxi rides back to the hotel are a bit on the expensive side. But nevertheless, everything was stellar!

I stayed their for over a week, the hotel is extremely new, the room is comfortable and spacious compared with all my other Tokyo hotel experiences. The staffs were helpful when my luggage was lost by the airline company, and helped me print out the documents. The Metro station is in vicinity and the convenience store is just downstairs. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay, and would highly recommend to those who wish to find a clean, simple, elegant and spacious room in Tokyo. Would come back again for sure!

Awesome Stay”
I've stayed in a number hotels in Tokyo, and this one has become my favorite. About a 5-7 minute walk from the metro station. The view from the lobby and the rooms overlooks a beautiful baseball stadium. The room is spacious considering Tokyo standards, and very clean. The staff is awesome and incredibly helpful and accommodating. I would 12/10 recommend this hotel and plan to stay here for all future trips to Tokyo.

Very Modern and Up to Date Hotel with One of the Best View in Tokyo, especially if you Love Baseball”
Room Is Kind of Small for Family traveller, best for Couple or Single Traveller. Despite the Small Room, other Things about this Hotel is Faboulus!! Nice and Modern Room. Very clean and Super Friendly english Speaking Staff. Lots of Restaurant and bar around the Hotel. Close to Yoyogi Park and 2 Station away from Shibuya Station!!! One of the best value for Money Hotel i have ever stay in Tokyo

This is a very nice hotel with a lot of little luxuries that add up to a very pleasant experience. The staff were wonderful and had great late night restaurant recommendations for me after a very long and tiring journey from the States. The room was very nice and comfortable and included the most high tech toilet I've ever used! The public bath on the 10th floor is excellent for a hot soak. Location is a short bus ride from Shibuya. Highly recommend this hotel.

Exceptional stay”
The hotel is beautiful and I enjoyed a great view from my room. The onsen is a nice addition, especially after you have been walking all throughout Tokyo! The bed was very comfortable and I had enough space in my room by Tokyo standards. The location is great as it is very central although you have to walk a little bit to get to the station (around 8 min) Over all an excellent stay and I highly recommend this hotel. It's definitely worth the price.

Awesome hotel, great staff, modern equipment”
Awesome hotel, very central but quiet at night. Close to 2 major subway lines (oedo, and ginza). Very clean room, razor, towels, shampoo soap conditioner renewed every day. Hotel itself clean as well. Lots of rooms with view onto the yakult swallows baseball stadium. All rooms higher then 9th floor. Perfect stay, best stay I had so far in Tokyo

Nice clean, modern hotel on a nice street”
Good sized room for Tokyo standards. Nice that the toilet is separate. Short walk to train station, about 6 minutes, which enables you access to other main lines after 2 stops on the Ginza line. About a 20 minute walk to Shinjuku Gyoen Park. Our room overlooked the ball park which was neat. Also, nice view out the window, not looking at another building but you can see far.

This hotel has everything that you would looking for. Convenience store and cafe at level 1 . And spa lundary at the lobby also smoking area. It's really new hotel so everything and everywhere were clean . Room was bigger than I thought . 5 mins away from station. Easy to go air port and around the hotel has the nice cheap restaurant

Home away from home”
We stayed in the hotel for 8 nights and i was travelling with my 1 year old baby and my husband. the place is perfect! far from the busy streets but walking distance from omote-sando and train stations. they were accommodating with my request for a baby cot even if the room i got couldn't fit the cot so they moved us to a room where the crib would fit. no issues at all. will definitely stay here again in our next trip to tokyo. ü they even assisted us in our bag transfers didnt know we could do that so our travel from hotel to narita was seemless. thank you very much!

Location was great for us with a toddler along for the trip. Quiet, peaceful, good size room for price, close to great coffee in Omatesando only a 10min relaxing walk away. Subway station close. Hotel staff were fantastic and helpful at every opportunity. Highly recommend. Would stay here again.

Modern and clean rooms (could see Mt Fuji from our hotel room!), FamilyMart on the ground floor of the hotel, 15 minute walk from Harajuku and Omotesando areas, right near the National Stadium, many nearby restaurants, ~7 minute walk to Gaiemmae Station... the list goes on! Thank you for making our Tokyo stay so comfortable.

Excellent stay for the price!”
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights during the first leg of our two week trip to Japan. Out of the 3 hotels we stayed at within the same price range over the course of the trip, Nippon Seinenkan Hotel was the best. The deluxe double room was pretty spacious for Tokyo standards and we had a great view of the baseball stadium. They were nice enough to put us on a high floor too so the view we woke up to every morning was really great. The room was very clean and so were the bathroom and toilet. The location was not the most central location if you are traveling a lot, but the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Nearest train station was 10-15 min walk away. Family Mart at the first floor was convenient. The drip coffee they provide in your room everyday was also very good!

Great stay”
The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the Ginza Line on the Tokyo Metro. Ideal for linking you to Shibuya, Ginza/Tokyo Station and Ueno. It's only a 20 minute walk to Harajuku, and a 30 minute walk to Shinjuku. The bedroom is the standard Japanese hotel room, small but with everything you need. The toilets are Toto Washlets with controls on the wall, and are separate to the bathroom. You get all the amenities you could need in the bathroom too; Shampoo/Conditioner, body wash, toothbrush/toothpaste, hair brush, and even a razor. The room was generally clean but there were a few things showing a little bit of a lack of care, and the bathroom appeared to have some 'splatter' on the wall with some questionable stains in the flooring too. Nothing too serious, but something that certainly was a little downside. The view from the room was also pretty good, however a new building being built may change that in future. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for family with young kids”
This hotel offered a three bedroom room which was extremely convenient with young kids and not easy to find in Japan. It was so clean, the staff was very friendly and everything was efficient. Would go back in a heartbeat as it was also an excellent location. :)

Great hotel in an interesting neighborhood ”
Loved our stay here. Wonderful staff. The sento was a great benefit after long days of walking around Shinjuku and Shibuya, as well as giving a taste of the tradition of public baths in Japan. The neighborhood is fun — on Tokyo Yakult Swallows game days the crowds are great for people watching. Konbini on ground floor is convenient. Totally recommend!
