Excellent value for money, wonderful customer service”
At this price point, Oriental Hotel is the best value for money hotel that you can find near Hakata. - Near Hakata station, just a few short steps. if the weather is bad, you wont be having difficulty accessing the hotel as it has a basement access from the subway - room size are adequate, you can open your large size luggage and still have room to walk around. the toilet and bathroom are exceptionally clean. - at this pricepoint, the hotel has a 24 hour gym (you can borrow gym clothes for free at the reception) and an enoughbuffet breakfast spread. it also has an executive garden at the 5th floor with free overflowing coffee. - service is excellent! the front desk speaks great english. they are willing to help in anyway that they can.

A Hotel with Best location”
Pros : it's located just next to hakata Station, where restaurants, convenient stores, foot kiosks, souvenir shops, malls are surrounding it. Ichiran ramen branch is just 5 minutes walk from the other side of the station, we can easily spent a whole day browsing what is inside these facilities. We stayed in the standard triple room which is considered big in Japan, it's super clean, comfortable, and it has so many phone charging stations at the wall. The staffs were nice and polite. We were very happy staying in this hotel. 👍 Cons : none

perfect hotel to stay”
New hotel just 1 min walk out from Hakata station, close to shopping malls very convenience. room a bit small but new and clean. facilities are great. staffs are friendly and really care about customer. i order some food ingredient to send to the hotel, and they keep it in the fridge for me even i didn't ask for. this hotel is beyond my expectation with this price. really recommend.

It is located in the best transportation (Hakata Train Station, Bus Terminal, Subway Station) and commercial areas (department stores, electronics stores, shopping malls). It has clean facilities through remodeling. Your staff has a high level of service. Breakfast is also good in the morning. I think it's the best hotel for travelers and travelers.

Always the first choice to stay in Fukuoka”
wonderful stay ! Awesome staff are very kind and sweet. It’s a rebuild hotel and all facilities are very nice and classic . Just need to take 20 secs and you will reach all the departments, station, convient stores, drugstores..... . You are in the centre of Fukuoka! If you are travel by car, there is a Parking lot which can park over night 24hrs,¥2000, just need to ask hotel staff for the parking tix. We will definitely come again !

The hotel is just beside Hakata station, which is the central station in Hakata. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel and our room is clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They have a luggage room where you can leave your luggages for safe-keeping after check-out.

Clean, close to train station, breakfast is good, but with many stores nearby, there are many options including a Starbucks on the ground floor. Easy to get train to and from the airport as well as to nearby cities such as Hiroshima and Nagasaki! Worth coming back! Rooms are clean!

Clean and great location”
The hotel was clean and new. Typical size of a Japan hotel room, generous in providing the bath necessities. The facilities were great, level 5 has a drink machine that provides free drinks, the gym is superb. There is also washing machine and dryer at level 5. Fantastic hotel.

Location is perfect if you are on a food trip and shopping trip - everything is just in the train station ! You are just 1 minute walk to the station . Rooms are small but complete ! Super clean ! Will book again in this hotel .

We had a great one night stay here. Room was clean and provided everything you needed, staff were friendly and it was right by the main Hakata station. Breakfast was excellent - big buffet with lots of choice. Highly recommend!

It is easy access from Hakata station, like 2-3 minutes walking. The hotel is very well decorate, modern and cleanliness. The room has provided all facilities. The stuff is friendly and very willing to help. very impressive.

Nothing to complain, very clean, stylish, very good location, just next to Hakata station. Just one minor thing for improvement - the music playing in the corridor is a bit loud at mid-night, we could hear the music when we were going to sleep

Location - Easy Access to Everything ”
Located right on top of the Hakata Subway, there is easy access to everything, including to the airport/shopping/souvenirs. Very clean and new hotel too though rooms are not the biggest of size.

Location is the best, 20 steps from Hakata station. Hotel staff are friendly and professional. There is a small gym on the 5th floor which is quite private because no one uses this facility (24hrs.). Inside the room are above standard: comfy bed, nice smell, bathroom' size. Due to open in mid of this year 2019, you will get amazing experience and valued the money.

Right at Hakata station, the room is clean although is small in size. lots of F&B options. easy travel to the airport by subway or shinkansen to other parts of Japan.

Hotel choice in Fukuoka”
Oriental Hotel was very good in many aspects, location to train terminal, cleanliness, and service. Only the rooms we had was small and not much room to move around in, the usual type for Japan.

Thank you to the excellent staff at Oriental Hotek Fukuoka!!! Our initial room was tiny where we could not open our suitcases. Fortunately we were able to secure a larger room for the next three nights which made a world of difference. Clean hotel and room, great breakfast buffet and coffee!
