The greatest thing is this hotel has a room for 6. Connected to station and easy access toTDL. ”
There are other hotels with lower prices in this area but I chose this one for location. Connected to Shin-Urayasu station so no need to wait for shuttle bus to get hotel or long walk. Save time and energy. There are cafes and fast foods in the station and Lawson, convenience store is on a main floor in the hotel. Very nice, clean and good room size. Free Shuttle bus to get TDL and TDS more than twice in an hour. Takes 15 mins to get there. You can purchase passes but the careful at the front desk, they only accept cash. Better purchase on line in advance or they have Disney shop that sells passes just next to the front.

Waking up for an early Disney experience before heading to Disney Land.”
The Oriental Hotel at Tokyo Bay was a very nice pitstop before heading to Disney Land and a great lounge for relaxing after returning from a long tiring, but fun, day at the park. The Disney store inside the hotel had a few items we were eyeing in the park but did not buy because we didn't want to carry them around all day. We ended up buying the merchandise at the store in the hotel after returning from the park, so that was a plus. Room was very nice and clean. Although my room set up was not what I had requested - I requested one king size bed and we were given two full size beds - but no real worries or concerns. The morning buffet had a wide variety and the food choices were fresh and delicious.

FAMILIES!...STAY at THIS HOTEL for Disneyland / Disney Sea!!!!”
THIS is the place to stay if your family is planning on going to Disneyland or Disney Sea! First off, this hotel offers a free BUS every 10 minutes directly to Disneyland AND Disney Sea! No need for trains or expensive monorail that takes a while to arrive at Disney Sea! Take you directly to both! Saves so much time and expense! Free bus service run to and from all day long! Crazy! Upon Entering: Fun, large, open, relaxed and classy atmosphere but with a children's twist Customer Service: Top notch. The person who checked us was sincere and kind. Wanted to make sure our kids were happy. Offered free rental items: books, baby toys, baby bath, etc. There are 2 floors in this hotel designed by moms just for families. They range from 25 sq meters to 40 sq meters. If you have an infant go with the 40 sq meters if possible with wide beds linked together (safer for babies) and lots of crawling room. Amenities Room (NEW): Go into the room and grab the things that you need - shampoo, toothbrush, sponge, q-tips, etc. Just so much stuff provided for you to get for free before heading up to your room! Insane. Lounge area with complimentary drinks and cotton candy maker for the kids! What? A cotton candy maker? Whoever came up with putting a cotton candy machine there is a genius! Kids LOVE IT because they'll probably never get to make cotton candy in their life until they stay here! Staff said it's difficult to clean but it's for the kids! The staff are friendly and took good care of us. Any issues you can reach out to them to help you out anytime. WE WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE EVERY TIME WE PLAN A TRIP TO DISNEYLAND/ DISNEY SEA! Beautiful, exquisite hotel that caters to families.

This is a really great hotel! Worth your money. Staff is very friendly and understand English which was a plus for my family.There are always willing to help. Food is great. Location is great, very convenient with the train station a walking distance. Also there is a super market near by, a shopping mall with a food court, and a McDonald’s! The hotel was very clean! I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Japan. Highly recommended for a family with children or a couple! Thank you for your great service Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay!

Excellent Location and Entertainment”
The hotel is just a sky-walk away from Shin-Urayasu Station, and 3 minutes walk to Airport Limousine Bus Station. The location is really excellent. My kids were immediately attracted by the interactive cartoon projection, and getting more excited to see the Disney Resort Store. Then we got into our spacious quad-bed room - the bedding is very comfortable, although through the corridor outside the room it's easy to tell the hotel is quite old. My compliment also goes to the breakfast - unexpected excellence in quality with such price! Overall, this hotel is perfect for family with kids!

Great place to stay at to go to Disneyland/Disneysea.”
Location was great! It is right by a train station, and easy to access too with a bridge leading directly to the hotel. There was even a mall/grocery store by the hotel in case convenient store food gets too boring. The greatest part is there is a free shuttle to Disneyland and Disneysea for those people who is looking forward to go there! The only downside was we stayed at the time when there was a field trip for kids in school. So it was really noisy in the hallway in the middle of the night when we were trying to sleep.

Very convenient and comfortable”
- Our party arrived late and tired so it was very convenient for us that the hotel entrance is a stone-throw away from the train station and that the check-in is fast and easy. - Noticeably though, there aren't any bellboy around to help us with our luggage when we arrived. - The room is spacious for a group of 4; we can freely move and arrange our bags even with 4 beds, a couch, a coffee table, and a few extra chairs around. - Little details such as extension cord, humidifier, and foot massager are a blessing for tourists like us. - Basic bathroom necessities are available, towels are clean, and drinking glasses and mugs are provided. There is a refrigerator inside the room although, there aren't any free bottled water. - Housekeeping is also very thorough in tidying-up our room and refilling bathroom supplies as needed. - Check-out is very easy and fast. - Overall, our experience in this hotel is very pleasant and I highly recommend this place.

Great hotel”
We stayed here for only 2 nights, but out of all the hotels we stayed in during our trip to Japan, Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay was the cheapest, the nicest and had the biggest rooms. There is a Lawson attached to the hotel and the train station is also a very short walk (undercover). Loved our stay and highly recommend it when visiting Disney Tokyo. There is also a free shuttle bus to the Disney parks :)

Excellent Choice for family holidays”
Very good location, closed to atre department store and train station. Lawson opened 24 hours in the hotel. Convenient and good choice for going to Disneyland. The room is big with 2 bunk beds for 4 kids and twin bed for 2 adults. Staffs are friendly. If we would go to Japan again we will consider staying here.

Best value ”
I’ve been staying at some hotels around Disneyland but that one was my favorite. Spacious room, a konbini on the first floor, free shuttle service to Disneyland. The lobby is gorgeous and you can feel the Disney magic from the very first step you’ll make there. If you’re going to Disney you need to stop there!!

Stayed here after going disneyland. Free shuttle to the hotel from Disneyland, however, we waited quite long for the shuttle. We got a free upgrade to a bigger room that night, room is clean and spacious. Convenience store located at the hotel.

Easy check in and check out, Very near JR station, lawson just downstairs, free shuttle back and forth Disneyland, super clean room, comfortable beds, spacious room, family friendly hotel.

The staff were very helpful! Rooms are clean, food was great! Hotel is near a train station and also near to tokyo disneyland and disneysea! There is also a shuttle service going to disneyland and back to the hotel!

Fantastic stay with great staff and location”
Will definitely be back. So convenient with shopping and food just next door. There is a shuttle bus every other 15 mins to Disney Best of all are the employees here who go out of their way to help! Thanks to Roman who helped us with our bags, booked our taxi and refused any tips!!!

Next to JR Station”
Super Spacious rooms. Very clean and hygienic. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Near Seria100 yen store. Supermarket sashimi just opposite hotel was cheap and fresh. Free shuttle bus to Disneyland.

Kids friendly hotel”
Location is easy to find from train station. There is link directly to the hotel from train station. Thus save the trouble of carrying lugguage up or down the stairs. There a bus stop nearby that goes directly to airport. Clean room. 12pm check out time was good. Free bus to Disneyland and Disneysea was good.

This is the second time our family has stayed at Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay. The spacious and comfortable accommodation is perfect for the whole family. We enjoy the high quality service provided by the hotel.

Very convenient Disney hotel near to station with reasonable price for family members ”
Convenient to nearby eateries and also regular bus to Disney Sea and Disneyland . Very friendly staff and will bring necessity needed within short call . Nice breakfast at Grand Cing and also tried to excellent buffet dinner at Mihama Japanese restaurant within the hotel . Highly recommended .

Accessible to Disney Resort, Station and Malls”
Very spacious for family. Has convenience store inside the hotel. Has a foot massager which is a NEED after a long and tiring day at Disney. Surprisingly, they have amenities and toiletries for children which a ++++ when traveling with young ones! Smooth online check-in and checkout.

Suitable for big family”
Came with 4 kids and chose a room with 2 twin bed and 2 bunk beds that could slept 6 of us and had rooms to manoeuvre around. It is linked to shin Urayasu train station and is One stop away from Maihama station which is the nearest station to Disneyland. The hotel also provides free shuttle to Disneyland. The limousine bus station back to Narita or Haneda airport is around the corner. Our departure airport was Narita and the journey took us 60 minutes. There are 3 shopping Malls linked to the hotel. There is 2 supermarkets, a drug store as well as a GU and a Muji store. As for food there are many choices including the usual MacDonald. There is a Saizeriya restaurant which our kids loved and it opened till 2 am. But the mall closed at 9 pm so entry via the hotel side would be closed. There is a Lawson convenience store within the hotel and another days new in the train station for some late snacks.
