The hotel provides a free shuttle going to disneyland or disneysea. The location is near the subway and the bus station. Nice staff but was not able to point us to a laundry shop.

Good deal, but thin walls”

Convenient location to many things, including a train station (but a bit away from the center of Tokyo and you would endure some crowded train rides, especially when you carry large luggages), a variety of restaurants, a post office, & two supermarkets (one open for 24 hours). Very polite staff. They provide a bottle of water if you decline room cleaning (you can still change your towels, etc). I requested a room change from a smoking and non-smoking room when I checked in, and they did it gladly. Clean room with basic amenities, including a small fridge, TV, some cups/green tea powders, and a kettle. One big downside, however, was that I could clearly hear next door's conversations, coughing, and zipping up something.

Great location”

Nearby Kasai train and bus station. Easy to reach and walking distance from station. Have nearby 7E and lawson 100. Provide one way free shuttle to TDL/TDS 3 times per day. Eventhough room was clean, my daughter being bitten by bed bugs. Microwave on 4th floor. Iron can be provided upon request. Staff can speak english but very limited. It would be fantastic if they can provided coin laundry as many hotel with same rate have coin laundry. Cannot early check in but you can leave your baggage at hotel. Thank you, Pearl Hotel Kasai. Hope they can do something about bed bugs.

Good for a short stay”

Room is very small but tidy. Staffs are helpful. Nearby train station, shops, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Can go out to do some shopping at night.

Worthed Price and Best Location”

The Hotel is located near Kasai Station with 5 minutes walk and near delicious and cheap Teppanyaki restaurant.

Great Location”

Basic hotel with a great location. It’s definitely a good value for money. It is only 3 minutes walk away from Kasai Station and has a 711 and various eateries close by. I would recommend staying here if you are planning to go out and tour and not just stay in your room.

Recommended for those who will be spending the night for Disneyland and Disneysea”

We stayed in this hotel since we availed the 2day pass to Disneyland and Disneysea. We wanted to stay in a hotel which is near the said attraction and this hotel is a perfect choice. They offer free shuttle service going to Disneyland and Disneysea and back and forth. This is very convenient since the hotel is near Disneyland/sea which is a 15minute drive only. We only availed the free shuttle service going to Disneyland and Disneysea. On the way back to the hotel, we just rode a bus (Bus 07) at Bus Stop 13 outside Disneyland. The bus will make a stop at Kasai Station. The hotel staff were very accomodating. They have room service every day. If you opt not to have the room service, they will still even give you new bottle of water, hygiene supplies, towels and bath robe and leave them outside the door. The room is very clean. The restroom has bath tub and hot water if you want to relax after a tiring day. Free wifi is very fast. The location of the hotel is very near Kasai Station which is just a few steps away. There are also convenient stores nearby. The bus stop for the limousine bus going to Narita Intl Airport is just a few blocks away about 5minute walk which is very near. Overall, this hotel is the best budget hotel I've stayed so far. Very good value for money. Excellent service.

Good place to stay for Tokyo Disney Land”

To go to both land and sea, we stayed here. The place has good access and quite enough quality of accommodation.

There's free shuttle to disneyland. Great for those looking for a budget hotel option. The breakfast spread is quite good. Location is near to train station and discount stores as well.

Disney adventure ”

With the title, the Hotel provide free Bus to Disney directly (15-20mins) and very convinient. Compare to our other friend that rent in different hotel, it took them 1 and 1/2 hours late arriving because they have to ride a train and bus. We played until Disney was closed, the last bus will wait and 300yen to go back to the nearest bustop for this hotel. The hotel staff is helpful, we put our bag early because we arrived from airport around 10am. When we arrive late that night, they already carried our bag in our room. The Lawson store near this hotel is also cheap!! 108 Yen per all item (100yen +8% tax). The are able to accomodate group room and its cheap. The train and bus station is very near about 5-10mins walk. Recommended if your objective is to rent cheap stay for Disney adventure. But its kinda far to explore Tokyo.

Near Kasai bus / train station, 7-11 and restaurants. Friendly and accommodating staffs but speaks little English. Free shuttle to Disney resort. They'll provide instruction for you to get back to the hotel. Bathroom is small, Room space is ok. will definitely stay there again.

Dated hotel”

Hotel is dated & rooms are small. Convenient walk from Kasai station. Good for visit to Disneyland as you'll only need the room to sleep in & hotel has free shuttle bus to Disneyland. One of the cheaper hotels in the area. Free bottled water if you don't want your room to be serviced. But they'll still give you fresh towels each day.
