Lots to do, several swim beaches which is rare in the keys. Heated pool which again is rare down there. Lots to do and close to several great restaurants

FABULOS ESCAPE”
My husband and I came to Pelican Cove for a getaway. We had a beautiul King size ocean front suite. Property is beautiful and staff is great. they had complimentary bikes that we rode Saturday to Lazy Days waterfront restaurant and to Brunch on Sunday to Square Grouper. Relaxation, exercise and Post card Inn is a beautiful place to enjoy cocktails and activities. Pelican Cove had beautiful beach and watersports. Great Location.

Soooo Relaxing”
This was the prefect getaway. Just what we needed. Not crowded so relaxing. I loved that we had access to the other properties. Post card Inn was very lively. There were 2 pool parties for the Labor Day weekend which were so much fun. The sunset cruise is a must. That was everything So romantic. The Mr loved ever moment. I highly recommend.

Two beaches, two bars, a couple restaurants and tons of free stuff to do. Place was amazing and I definitely recommend to any couple or family.

Didn’t get room I booked through Agoda and both Agoda or Pelican Cove made effort to compensate”
I booked an Oceanfront King Room, but when I checked in they gave me a non view king room. I showed them my confirmation email, they said that it meant nothing, and insisted Agoda did not reserve for me an Oceanfront King Room & they did not have one. They offered me a Queen “oceanfront”, which you could only see a sliver of water over rooftops and trees standing on toes, besides it was very loud room, being over a bar hosting a wedding . I had little choice other than to accept the non view king, as Pelican Cove refused to refund, repeating that I had to take up any issues with Agoda. So I spent 2 hours, many disconnected calls, attempting to resolve through Agoda, but they only gave me same options Pelican Cove did. The resort was nice, staff (bar, water sports, housekeeping) was friendly (other than front desk), & amenities were good. The non view room actually had a side view, but having gone into an Oceanfront King room, it was NOT what I booked and paid for through Agoda.

We have been visiting PC for about 20 years. Alana, Duke and Gayle were awesome. A couple of the front desk staff not very good. We extended our stay and our keys not updated. After a day of fun in the sun we had to go back to the office to have our keys reprogrammed. Also heard foreign travels told about free shuttle yet no Americans offered this at check in. Change is happening and not for the best.
