It's a HOT place”
It's hot! It's a special place to stay with new concept combined with commercial buildings and several buildings for staying. I enjoyed the time. Till the midnight I enjoyed drinking local beer at the pub and early in the morning I had fantastic coffee and bread in the coffee shop with cool mood. The guest room is rather small but comfortable and clean. Considering the price, the staying there was best choice. When I go back Jeju I must go there again!

PLAYCE CAMP WAS AMAZING ”
Really loved staying at playce camp, there was so much to explore just within the complex - restaurants, cafe etc. There were free self service laundry provided in one of the buildings. We booked the standard double plus room - which had an amazing view of Seongsan ilchulbong and could view the sunrise from the balcony. The only downsize was that the room was pretty small for 2 person and little space to lay out the luggage. Nonetheless, would definitely love to stay at Playce camp again! P.S: please go and try spinning wolf!! Loved the food and the vibes there

Like what they said, it was ‘not just a hotel’. The place has such a bold concept and personality! I love everything about this place, from staff, to facilities, cleanliness and the community downstair! The only downside was that I was not aware there is the other building your room get to look at Seongsan Ilchulbong! Plus the bed was super SUPER comfy.

Very special hostel concept”
The hotel decorated their place into a small town kind of feeling whereby it is a GREAT place for any backpackers. They have self run restaurant / bar / laundry room / vending machine / photozone / merchandise shop etc...Moreover, their location is kind of strategic which place them in the middle path of most of the tourist points around it. The room wise is kinda good and sexy (the toilet is all transparent glass with just a curtain to cover it LOL). So bring your couple and enjoy the most of this hotel!

I really enjoyed my stay there. It's a pretty cool place to stay. Great location, very close to Ilchulbong Peak, Seongsan mountain, Udo Island. You can rent bikes and scooters. And the camp itself always has an activity going on every night so you'll always have something to do!

Simple and nicely designed, have shops and restaurants within the premises. Thank you for the discount coupon to eat fried chicken at the restaurant. Also received free gifts from the shop. Would stay here again if I come to this part of the island. Spacious ground can be developed into something else to introduce other activities.

Worth the stay! ”
The hotel is not just a simple hotel but the surrounding compound is nicely built. There have bar, cafe and a few shops lot inside the compound. The view is beautiful during nighttime with lights on. The hotel room also looks amazing!

I really recommended this place to all traveler. Clean, good environment, nice decoration, very helpful staff. My suggestion, please add other facilities kitchenette and self service laundry because mostly backpacker guest bring less clothes. Please keep maintenance the same quality in future.

Quiet and comfy place”
Stayed for 4 nights. Booked the standard double room. Superb view of Ilchulbong from the room. However, the room can be too small to open the luggage. Location is a away from the city, will recommend to have a rental car.

Worth for money & Good location”
7 mins drive to Seongsan Peak. The hotel staff are very helpful and able speak english. Definitely worth for money we paid. The room was little bit small but good enough for our 1 night stay.

A really nice and clean hotel. Kinda felt like I was in Europe. Very comfy beds, nice black out curtains. restaurants, cafe and bars on site. Staff spoke good English. Walkable distance to Seongsan peak (30 mins). Good base for exploring the area. Would recommend. Only thing I’d change is for there to be a mini fridge in the room.

Awesome View of Seongsan Ilchulbong”
Booked the standard plus room and got exactly what I wanted. An unobstructed view of Seongsan Ilchulbong from my room! How cool is that? The hotel is as pictured, really nice and fun industrial design and vibe. Bus stop is 3mins walk away and you can easily get to Seongsan Ilchulbong and Seopjikoji from the hotel. They provided toiletries and big towel (which I'm really grateful for after all those small towels in other hotels in S.Korea). Room is a little small but it was okay. Will be back here if I'm visiting Seongsan Ilchulbong again!

Playce Camp was located very near from Seongsan Ilchung Peak, and it was quite accessible to various Oreums. Bread from the bakery was delicious, convenience store was not in the complex but within 3 minutes away. You can walk to Starbucks in five minutes. Used bunker-beds this time, I felt it was not stable, when I came up it moved and the ladder moved and tilted as well so I was being more careful. But, overall it was great facility and willing to visit again.

Convenient location and hip experience”
A unique and convenient stay, just a short drive from the sunrise peak. Although the rooms are on the smaller side, the design is very nice and the complex you are on is fun to experience! There is no refrigerator, but there is a water and ice machine on the floor. Many of the rooms show bathroom with the glass wall, but there is a curtain that can be pulled around to cover both the toilet and shower.
