Good if you are not expecting much”
For a simple place to stay, this isn’t the worst. The only major disappointing things were the lack of security latch on the door (was just a push button lock), a filthy toilet, and no clock anywhere in the room. At least the bed was clean and the staff were normal.

Impeccably clean, and the room was cosy and thoughtfully designed! Stayed here for a night while transiting in Tokyo. Lots of convenience stores and eateries nearby, Takahashimaya and Isetan just a short walk away.

Overall stay is good. Everything is provided. The room and bathroom is small but i guess it’s the same for all the hotel with this price and location. It’s within 5 minutes walk to convenient store, restaurant, subway and mall. About 10 minutes walk to Shinjuku train station which have JR and Bus to the airport.

There are 7 stories talll and around 6-8 rooms each floor. the rooms are generally quiet although the rooms are really packed each other, which is better than my expectation. the room is really small and it is not suggested to bring large luggage case.

The hotel location is near to subway and the room although is small but have everything inside. The staff is so lovely and friendly help us to carry the luggage as there is a staircase in front of the hotel. Recommended for Shinjuku area.

If you are inteding to drink at Shinjuku 2-chome, this is definitely the place to be! Affordable and right by the metro, but the room was tight.

About 10 minutes walk from JR Shinjuku Station. If you have heavy luggage, can be quite a distance. Hotel rooms are really small, but for the price -- I guess its ok.

Good location, but super tiny room. We had 2 luggages and no more free space in the room. All amenities were extra charge - but that it was okay. No free water. Staffs were so so - not so good English
