Great Hotel and Location”
This hotel never disappoint me. Stayed here for my honeymoon. Hotel even prepared a mini gift card with sweets (nicely wrapped) on the table way before our check-in to wished me and my hubby. Everything was neatly placed before check-in and after cleaning everyday. Room and toilet looks newly furnished. Everything looks new. Is quite spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. Great location, near Subway and JR Station. Opposite of hotel there is a 24hr supermarket with very fresh fruits/food. Will definitely stay in this hotel again when I visit Osaka. Thumbs up to this hotel!

Best Stay in Osaka!”
This is by far the best hotel we’ve stayed in during our Japan trip. Exceeded our expectations. The receptionist when we arrived is a Filipino which is a bonus for us. The room is very spacious and well-maintained. Their bed is indeed high-end as they claim (really soft and comfy). Sheets and pjs are replaced everyday even when we forgot to put the clean-up sign on our door. The location is perfect as the Minamimorimachi train station sits beside the hotel. Highly recommended!

New & Nice Hotel in Osaka”
Hotel is absolutely new and great decoration. Lobby spaces are roomy enough. At front of the first floor has great bread coffee cafe, which it's nice and tasty. Breakfast cost is reasonable. Room is new and clean. I recommend this hotel to stay in Osaka. It's also convenience for travelling with both of subway local line and JR line as next door. Nearby also have the street market open day and night times.

staff is sooooo nice!”
My friend's suitcase is accidently locked, she went to the front desk and a veeeeeery nice Filipino staff helped a lot. We are really grateful for his kindness of helping us until very late that night. And the location was perfect, the subway entrance is right next to the hotel and many shopping areas are within 2-4 stops. To Universal City, it takes a transfer bust still very convenient. There's a 24 hour super market and a convenient store around the corner. Within 5 mins' walk is a street full of restaurants and snack bars. Room's a little bit small but will all needed facilities. Definitely will recommend to others!

Amazing hotel ”
This hotel is amazing - from the location to the room and the staff...I cannot fault anything. There's plenty of restaurants around with a supermarket just across the hotel. You can buy food and use the supermarket microwave to reheat. The train station is right next to the hotel. The staff assisted us to send our suitcases to Hiroshima - they completed all the paperwork and even called the hotel to confirm our arrival. I will definitely book this hotel again when I come back to Osaka.

Great location and bilingual staff”
Amazing location right above the metro with an amazing and friendly bilingual staff. The hotel was very modern with a cool layout. Would recommend to anyone staying in Osaka based on ease of travel and central location for a hub. Best yakiniku in all of Japan just around the corner, but it’s a hidden local gem so ask around (sorry, I’m being that guy).

Convenient for metro and extremely comfi bed”
Would highly recommend this hotel to any travellers to Osaka. Its got a wonderful bakery downstairs with the most delicious bread. The bed is extremely comfi. Rooms are a good size and are right at a metro for easy access. Also a 7 Eleven downstairs for any emergencies so can't fault the hotel at all!

We stayed here for 4 Days. The hotel is very good. Good Location just outside of exit 2 in Minamimorimachi station. Many shops near the hotel if you wanted to grab meals during late night, many shops are open 24 Hours. Hotel staff are very nice and helpful especially the Filipino staff. We will definitely stay in this hotel if visit Osaka again.

The hotel very close with subway (Minamimoimachi Station) exit no.2 (100 meter by walk) but no elevator if you need elevator should be use exit no.6 turn right and cross the road. Opposite the hotel have Supermarket. Big Room and clean.

Love the breakfast, great location right next to the station and next to a shopping street. Dotonburi is just a few stations away! Room was clean and a good size for a Japanese hotel.

Wonderful breakfast included, Metro right outside. Staff was wonderful. Rooms are a bit small compared to US but very comfortable!! Would definitely stay again.

This place is fantastic. Right next to a subway entrance with multiple lines, a gorgeous building with a cafe, and good-sized rooms. Staff were really helpful when I needed help arranging airport transportation. For the price, location, and amenities, you can't do better than this.

Receptionist was able to speak english, conveniently location at the station exit( unfortunately no lifts, got to carry your luggage up the stairs) , we were also offered a good price for an upgrade which was fantastic. Breakfast was good. No complaints.

I got a bigger room - though the other part of the world may not think so; it’s fine. Location is good, with direct access to train / bus stations. Friendly and helpful staff as well as very clean room, somehow assumed as typical Japanese. While the TV - I rather prefer to have a BBC instead of the other one or two...
