Dirty and rude staff”

The entire property is generally dirty, elevators look like they’ll break down any moment, bathroom counter tops are broken and are hanging by a thread, staff had attitude when trying to clean our room. We waited 3 days for them to tell us we had to request a cleaning even when we did they say prior. They told us we have to wait for the following day, although it was their mistake because they cleaned the wrong room on the day we requested cleaning. Everything about staying there just felt dirty and unprofessional.

Rooms smell really bad, roaches all over bath room. Breakfast only serve milk and juice

Total Sewer”

This was the nastiest hotel I’ve ever been in , it is a total sewer !!! when I arrived and discovered the deplorable condition the room was in I called the front desk and explained my concerns and dissatisfaction and the lady at the front desk said it is what it is , I would never stay at this hotel again or any hotel connected to this chain.

Staff are nice, location is great, breakfast is okay but building is old and there is an odd smell inside the room. Pet fee is $25.

Loved that it is close to beach with pool, free breakfast and a safe walkway to the beach, which is beautiful and clean

Pet friendly and ideal location”

My wife, dog, and I enjoyed the stay. Check in / check out went smoothly and the hotel is clean and in a great location. There is a boardwalk next to it that takes you to the beach. Highly recommend for a family that wants to go to Miramar Beach at a reasonable price.

Pros - Close to beach - Friendly staff Cons - Sub par breakfast - Expensice for current state of Hotel - Phone in room did not work - Loose screws on headboard (which fell while we were out for dinner) and towel rack in bathroom and bathroom doorknob. - Pool did not look clean
