The hotel is very near train station for about 2 min walk. There are also convenient stores nearby. ”
The receptionists and housekeepers are very accommodating and welcoming. They are very helpful to the guests especially us who checked out very early at 4:30am. We have a problem with transportation going to the airport and the receptionist gladly assist us on how to go to bus stop at Ginza station which is also near the hotel. We will surely stay at Quintessa Hotel again when we come back to Tokyo. We stayed for six nights and it was over all very nice and satisfying. Thank you and God bless.

Brand new, good location but quiet ”
Small room but thanks for the big queen bed, and comfortable chair to work. Love the size of the bath tub which doesn't take too long to fill up with water. Love the atmosphere of the check-in lounge. Will choose to stay here again.

Super convenient location”
Great little hotel, quite new, small but very clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent location in the heart of Ginza in a smaller street behind the famous Kabukiza Theatre. Convenience stores and reasonably priced restaurants very nearby. Swanky dept stores and restaurants also

Great Value”
Easy transport links and great value prior to the 'Tokyo marathon' which didn't take place. No discount having breakfast included in the price. Breakfast is served at the ground floor cafe

Clean and resourceful”
They have staff that can speak limited English but very sincere and helpful. The room is not very spacious but it was sufficient. The facilities are very clean and they provide many amenities in bathroom and even for cleaning shoes. They also provide sleepwear that isn't too rough on my sensitive skin. I don't find anything severely lacking so I'm very satisfied with the hotel.

New, clean, and comfy for a short stay”
I was surprised at how comfortable and clean this hotel was, given the low price. The room is so clean and new it looks like it was just renovated. Room is quite small (all bed!), so I wouldn't necessarily recommend for more than a night, even though the bed is very comfortable.

It’s a fairly good place to stay because of its location mainly. The hotel service request was very quick to response and the housekeeping service was satisfactory. The room were we stayed is a double standard and it is really a small one that can only fit 2 petite people like me and my daughter but as expected most hotels in Tokyo have limited rooms space. The only disappointing thing is the breakfast that they offer. We have chosen to get a daily breakfast with our 8 days accommodation but was extremely disappointed with the serving. On our first morning, we were serve a meager amount of a slice of toast, a very small portion of scrambled egg, 3 small thinly slices of ham, a small bowl of soup, a very small glass of orange juice and a choice of coffee or iced tea. It’s basically like a kid’s breakfast meal. On our 2nd morning, we were really surprised that they had served us that same kind of breakfast again. We realized that for the next 5 more mornings, we will be having that same kind of meal without any variation at all so we decided not to avail of it anymore in spite of having paid for it already. I hope that they would improve on that service and be more considerate of their hotel guests after all breakfast is the first meal of the day and we are paying some extra charges for it because we wanted to be energized before hitting the road.

Very strategic location!”
Compare to the other Tokyo’s neighborhoods, Ginza is actually my favorite. Not so crowded, yet it offers many touristy spots. Staying at Quintessa definitely a very good choice of location. Higashi Ginza is just around the corner where it connects to Haneda intl airport.

The hotel is nice and new with a very nice location. Many restaurants around the corner. When I was about to check in, Front Desk guy was busy reading something. I was already in front of him. He was kind of irritated that I was there and needed to assist me. Checking Out, I asked the Front Desk lady if she can assist me in getting me a taxi to Tokyo City Air Terminal. She was not happy at all. She told me afterwards that it was too busy, she could not get a taxi. Hotel should also put a note that when guest need to call Front Desk, guest should dial 9.

Great customer service, iffy cleaning”
Pros: - Decent sized room if you get a double bed, at least you can open your luggage - Provided pyjamas - Bed is comfy - Good selection of toiletries available (toothpaste+brush, comb, shower hair net, razors, wash towels, q-tip) - Black out curtains - Very close to Higashi-Ginza Station but the station/exit closes early (around 11pm) so if you’re out late, you will be walking ~10 mins back from Ginza Station - Fridge Cons: - Dusty. The fancy headboard lights have a layer of dust and the room causes dust-sensitive people to sneeze constantly. - No room turnover service daily. Came back to the room on the second night and the garbage and recycling was still there. Do not expect new towels daily. Ran out of tissues by day 2. - Either doesn’t vacuum or vacuums poorly. Found several long, dark, greying hairs that our slippers tracked from the bedroom carpet into the bathroom. - Can hear upstairs flushing their toilet/using water through the walls (pretty loud). - Bathroom water is shower OR sink, no both at the same time. - No bottled water provided.

Handy location, just behind Kabukiza theatre”
Nice cost hotel in Ginza, close to Tsukiji area where you can have a wide variety of Japanese seafood restaurants and sushi bars. Rooms are not spacious but clean and nicely maintained by friendly staff. This is my second stay and I am so glad to have this quality accommodation in bargain price.
