Great hotel, great views, great location”
Based in Sannomiya, we were easily able to walk to Sannomiya, Motomachi and even Merikan Park. The hotel is a very short taxi ride from Shin Kobe Shinkansen station. The breakfast was great at 29th floor which offered great expansive views of the city. Room is of good size and I got a good rate from Agoda with breakfast. The hotel is recently built right above the train station so everything is new. Best thing is that the room comes with a massage chair which is a godsend at the end of the day, after walking a lot for shopping and eating. Good amnesties provided to the guests.

I was really impressed with this hotel. The location is amazing with plenty of food and doing options. The staff was very kind and patient with my attempts to speak Japanese.

Pros: Incredible view, nice bathroom, very clean, great location but a little difficult to find the entrance at first (need to take two elevators to your room) Cons: For such a new hotel, I was shocked that they didn’t have better soundproof equipment. The hotel is right over a busy train station, and you could clearly hear the trains, even on the highest floors. The room is smaller than pictured. Also very little space when trying to get through the main door of the room, good luck with large luggage!

Very Noisy !”
Pros : 1. Very good location 2. Great staff Cons: 1. Very noisy as you can hear the trains passing by all the time. I was on the 28th floor which is the highest floor but you can hear the trains loud and clear. I would suggest you to avoid this hotel if you are a light sleeper. 2. Room is much smaller as compared to the pictures. Do NOT go on the pictures. 3. They have absolutely no facilities. AGODA says it is a 4 star hotel but that is not true , it is a typical JAPANESE BUSINESS HOTEL with very very small rooms. More like a 2 star hotel. 4. Definitely not worth the price , very over PRICED.

Next to JR station and many restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful. Layout of the room is practical and functional which made my stay very comfortable.

Excellent location, nice room with good views of city”
Hotel is quite new and it has nice amenities. Each room has a massage chair which is a first in all hotels I've been to in so many years of travel! At the lobby are amenities like goat's milk lotion, eye masks, men's shaving set, plus all kinds of tea. Very comfortable size room. Good view. Front desk is on 17th floor. Hotel sits atop the Train Station making it very convenient to travel around. Lots of food and shopping around.

Room smaller than expected”
I cannot open my luggage without blocking the corridor. The most horrible thing is the sink is in the corridor! Although it has great location, great view and good service, I cannot recommend.
