Excellent Staff, Location, and Value!”
Stayed 8 nights, 2 nights extra because our flights were cancelled due to Typhoon Hagibis. Grateful it didn't hit Tokyo hard and didn't affect the hotel in any way. Check in was quick and easy. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Thankfully, rooms were available when we had to extend our stay. Sensoji Temple is less than a 5min walk. Many restaurants and shopping right outside the hotel. The 1st-4th floors of the hotel bldg also have shops and food. Tokyo SkyTree and the Asahi Beer Bldg are about a 15 min walk. Had a standard double bed room, which is basically a queen size bed. The rooms are small compared to hotel rooms in the US, but that was to be expected. Inconvenient when you have lots of luggage. A small closet, but no drawers, night stand, etc..to store your clothes. Nice bathroom amenities and comfy pajamas. Room cleaned every day as requested. Good breakfast buffet served from 6:30am-11am. $25, but worth it. Always left stuffed. Would come back!

Great friendly staff and excellent location”
We are a family of 5 with 3 kids from teenagers to junior and we Loved everything about this hotel. Great value for the price point , excellent fun location, very friendly and polite staff, great building with 4 floors below with restaurants and stores and steps away from the shrine and more shopping!! Room is cozy but you usually end up sleeping right away after a great day out! Love the Japanese bath and western mix! Laundry on sight and again have to give a shout out to the staff. Even forgot my daughters eyeglasses (.Prescription) and they are sending it today! We would definitely book this hotel again!

Great hotel, good location”
Had a wonderful stay at the Richmond Hotel Premier in the Asakusa area of Tokyo. They even let us leave a luggage bag for 2 weeks prior to our stay with them while we went around Japan, so we could take a smaller amount around with us (we'd been travelling in a colder climate before Japan). Great service, very helpful, clean, comfortable, good views from rooms, close to lots of local eating places and sights. Subway very close by and a market place for shopping, although more for the tourists these days, but good for a look. Would definitely recommend and stay at this hotel again!

Great value for money and excellent location”
We’ve been travelling round Japan for 3 weeks and stayed in a few hotels now. This one is great value for money, really good sized room, with fabulous views of Asakusa. Everything you need in your room and space to move around and stretch out your legs when sitting in the chair. Immaculately clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Great location for getting around Asakusa and Tokyo with subway only 10min walk away. Lots of restaurants, shops and places of interest within walking distance. Would definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Excellent Hotel!”
Location was great and easily walkable from the railways. View was amazing, beds very comfortable. Easy access to street markets and a temple. Desk staff was very helpful in calling and communicating with cab driver for us and we were able to store our luggage with them while we did more exploring and waiting for our flight. Also, since it's one of the tallest buildings, it was easy to find ;) Highly recommend.

great place!”
great location for shopping, subway, restaurants. nice, clean hotel w/washer and dryer. for two people/couple, best to reserve the "twin superior room", for more space (and better view). our friends "regular twin room" was so small, they could only open their suitcase on top of the bed (no floor space) and no view. free welcome beverage is not an alcoholic beverage - just a small coffee/tea, soda or juice.

Best hotel in tokyo ! Spacious clean room with a wonderful view of the temple and tokyo skytree. Hotel was located 3 mins from the shrine 5 mins from asakusa station and 1 minute away from don quixote !! Staff were friendly and helpful. Front desk yoshioka san ? was wonderful and accommodating.

Great location!”
Great location to the temple. Very clean and breakfast was excellent. Fresh squeezed orange juice was the best! Wide selection of dishes for breakfast. Lobby was clean and they provided coffee self-service from morning till night. Would recommend to anybody wishing to stay near the temple which is the main attraction in the Asakusa area.

One of the best hotels in Asakusa”
The rooms were very nice, clean, spacious. The breakfast buffet was simply amazing: roast beef, exquisite cheese & good bread, exotic fruits, freshly pressed fruit juices – and so much more. Just fantastic! Thank you very much to all the personnel!

Reasonable price with a very good location”
This hotel located in a very good location. There are many convenience store near the hotel. Right beside the hotel is Don Quijote that open for 24h. There also one mall that have gong cha too. The lobby is on the 5th floor. In 1-4 floor there are many resto available. And one is Halal named Wagyu Panga Dining Asakusa. I travelled with my big family, I went with my nephew & niece and they’re still 4yo, they love the hotel because the bed was big.

Fantastic location - friendly staff and facilities”
The location was fantastic near Asakusa station and the beautiful Senso-Ji temple and surrounding markets and restaurants. The staff were friendly, the room facilities well appointed, clean and more spacious than most Tokyo hotel rooms. The wifi was reliable and did not drop out.

Nice surprise”
We did not really know much of the area or hotel, but both ended up being good. Great location (very close to restaurants, markets, shops, subway). Hotel was clean, spacious enough for us - we were 4 in a room, one child shared our bed (they were big enough) and one bed was set at the end). Would recommend.

Excellent Location”
Its a great hotel with good size room. Its excellent location, near the train and shopping. There's GU/Daiso and Don Qiote. There's a halal wagyu beef reataurant, Panga that serves wonderful wagyu beef.

Accessible to Izakaya and Don Quixote”
I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I got to walk around the neighborhood and the hotel is very accessible to every establishment and even the most famous landmarks around Asakusa. The hotel is very clean and smells good.

Loved this area and this hotel was right in the heart of many attractions”
Not only was the hotel really nice, clean with all amenities, it had stunning view from lobby and restaurant. This location was my favorite after staying in the Ginza and Shinjuku districts. It had a good breakfast buffet, but a tad pricy. The location was the best. Right next to Sensojii Shrine, (which is magnificent), a bustling market area and so much more. I would stay here again next time I should travel to Tokyo. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful, answered all our questions and helped us figure things out.

Fantastic location - in the fabulous Asakusa district central to markets, shopping, restaurants, close to the SkyTree, Asahi head office, temples, etc. Small but clean room Friendly and helpful staff Excellent buffet breakfast Handy to train station

Great hotel - located close to great food, many sights, and shopping, as well as the Tsubaka Express Station for Asakusa. We stayed here twice in our trip - the double room was rather cramped, but the good view twin room was the perfect size for two, and had a great view of the temple and sky tree!

We LOVE this hotel! Would definitely recommend! The rooms are on the smaller side, but that was not an issue for our family. The location was prime being close to shrines, skytree etc. But also such a beautiful traditional area with a lot to discover. The breakfast was devine also. The washer/dryer facilities are available, but the dryer was not as efficient as we would have hoped.

Perfect Location ”
hotel was perfect location near under ground , shopping, Asakusa temple. the room was clean, quiet, big for 2 . the breakfast was nice . the front staff perfectly speak English.

Very Good”
Near Sensoji Temple.At night can walk through this temple to see night light. Room is clean and comfortable. At 5 floor have little garden to relax and this point can see Tokyo sky tree.
