Underated hotel it deserves 9.9 out of 10”
Service top notch. offering so many perks including skin care, free afternoon tea, wine tasting, and night time light meal. On top of that, free drinks and good coffee are offered throughout your entire stay. You can feel that the management has put a lot of effort to ensure you enjoy your stay there. Spotless clean room, shower and toilet are separate, spacious room with nice seating area. Location wise, it's so convenient about 8 min walk from central exit. Breakfast is a must try. It's amazing. Huge varieties and order to make items as well. I felt so pampered staying there. Definitely will return to this hotel in the future.

Clean, convenient and excellent!”
The hotel is extremely near to the Kyoto Main Station, as well as the Bus Terminals. It is very convenient to travel to different places of interest from here and to have great food around the area. The façade of the hotel is very welcoming and I was very impressed. The hotel is very thoughtful, and even provided mouthwash in the room. The room is very clean and comfortable. In addition, for every day that you do not require housekeeping for environmental efforts, you get either Richmond points or 500Y worth of Quo Card. Most VOD movies are complimentary in this hotel too.

one of the best hotel we stayed in Japan”
Easy access from Kyoto ttain station. Few 24hrs convenient stores nearby or alongside to hotel. Hotel is new, clean and cosy. Staff are friendly and courteous at both the front desk and restaurant. We had a great stay and enjoy the local dessert, drinks and supper which were pn the house which were provided base on the different hours. Everything is good about this hotel and will definitely stay again when i revisit Kyoto.

GREAT EVERYTHING!”
Great location, 5 minutes walk away from Kyoto station where BIGCAMERA & ISETAN are also located at. Staff is super professional and welcoming, easy check in with complimentary face-care products. Complimentary snacks and drinks are also provided at the lobby throughout the day. lobby area is very zen with a view of a kyoto style garden. Room is clean, new, and eco-friendly. Highly recommended to even picky people ;)

good location, good service, nice room”
hotel is just 5 mins away from the Kyoto station and the main bus terminal. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room are comfortable and newly renovated. Enjoy so much of the refreshment in the afternoon and supper at the night time. I'll definitely stay in this hotel next time i come to Kyoto.

Very comfortable”
My husband's favourite hotel! The lobby was beautiful and their hospitality was superb. The room was also big and we appreciate the rose salt bath given. We also love the free coffee and tea provided at the lounge. Wished we stayed here longer than just a night. Definitely our go to hotel in Kyoto!

A good find for us. It has a very very nice Japanese traditional design. A very nice garden at the lobby. I loved the room so much that I did not want to leave. Very roomy for a hotel room in Japan. The staff were amazing and very professional. We arrived a few hours early and they did their best to accommodate us. It is located maybe around 10 mins from the Kyoto Main Train Station (which is a very huge underground mall. It has everything. You can absolutely get lost in there). Will definitely go back there again.

Location ==> Excellent! Few minutes walk from Kyoto Station Breakfast ==> Wonderful Buffet Japanese Breakfast, American Breakfast, Salad and great Dessert etc. Staff ==> Very friendly, helpful and nice General Info. ==> Peaceful, clean and comfy. Surely, I will stay at this hotel again and again.

Great Place to Stay in Kyoto”
We have a great time at this hotel. Good ambiance with lot's of Greenery. Hotel also provide free session for tea in the afternoon and supper at night. This is such good idea for those late check in to take some light supper due to travelling. They also provide the facial skin care products for the ladies. The room is small but equipped with all the necessity we need. Thumbs up! Will definitely come back again! Keep up the good job!

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are nice and trying their best to provide best services. Food is excellent. Location is great. Just a few minutes walk to the JR station.

Excellent hotel, very new. Great lobby. Great service staff. Tried to make a booking at a restaurant, extremely appreciative of the young concierge on duty (10 Nov) who went out of his way to help us. Rooms are big for Japanese standards and comfortable.

My best hotel ever ”
I must give them 10/10 for excellent service, cleanliness, great location and reasonable price. Highly recommend to those who wants to stay in Kyoto. Hopefully they will maintain their standard till my next trip back to Kyoto.

Strategic location, around 5 mins walk to Kyoto station and Kyoto tower. The place is new, clean, and lobby is very classy for a three stars hotel and the price we paid. Value for money.

We really like the hotel it’s closer to all the places that we planned to go. Very clean and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Hotel doesn’t have a parking but the 24/hrs parking is really close. Very affordable price for a big family.

Very nice and clean hotel ”
The room was clean but a little small. For the price was hard to pass up for Kyoto. It’s close to the train station and bus stops. Most hotels were quoting $200 plus per night but for this deal under $100.

The room was very clean. We also liked the fact that the toilet and bath area was separated. The staffs are also very kind. The hotel is located near Kyoto station so it was very convenient.

Excellent services ”
The hotel is very generous to provide snacks. It made us feel at home. The staff including the chambermaids are very helpful and friendly. The bathroom, toilet and sink are located separately which makes it very convenient for a family of 3. However, it would be good if there is king sized bed as my son sleeps with us.

New beautiful hotel with super location”
The location is super convenient, after getting out of central gate of Kyoto station, turn right, going straight for 5 minutes and the hotel is there!! The rooms design is nice, modern and well equipped. The breakfast buffet is also very good. Have no complain and definitely book this hotel again if going to Kyoto.

The place is quiet comfy clean and staffs are welcoming and helpful. It’s easy to get to and the most amazing part is that they provide Japanese light meals and every now and then throughout the day.
