Very Happy Stay, Will Come Back”
We stayed here for two weeks. The hotel is located just outside of the busiest areas of Tokyo but since it’s so close to the subway, getting around was not an issue, plus there is subway from Heneda Airport without having to transfer and the limousine bus from the airport also has a bus to Tokyo Skytree which is across the street from the hotel. The hotel staff are all very friendly, had no issues communicating. The room is always sparkling clean and there is a supermarket downstairs which is very convenient . I love how the elevator lobby always has a fresh lily in the vase, the space is so calming when I get back from a long day out.

Very Close to Sky Tower”
Very nice hotel, room was lovely and elegant. The room was well equipped with its own smart phone for browsing, VOD was for the most part complimentary apart from very new movies. There was an ice machine and the bed was very comfortable. There is a Sizzler on the 5th floor (reception floor) and we dined there for dinner. We had the ribs with lobster and prawns which was really nice. A very short 1-2 minute walk to the Sky Tower and shopping mall. Would recommend to friends and family.

Great location for visiting Sky Tree”
The hotel is just across from Sky Tree and related shopping area. It is above a big and convenient supermarket. The hotel staff could speak English well enough to handle my needs and were very helpful. The hotel was clean and had lots of amenities. The bathtub was also full size. It was a great staycation! When friends or family visit Tokyo in the future I will recommend this hotel highly. I was more than satisfied!!

Nice clean hotel close to the train station. Comfortable beds and great views from our upper level room. Did not try any food options from this hotel, but there is a supermarket on the ground level and plenty of food options at Skytree/Solamachi next door. They even provided umbrellas when it was raining. Not located in the heart of Tokyo but easily accessible. Highly recommend!

Worth every penny despite size of room”
The only downside to the room I stayed in was the size but I’m told this is quite typical of japanese hotels. But the room was exceptionally clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom was top notch. Even got a phone with free internet to use while I stayed at the hotel and the location right next to oshiage station makes it a very convenient base to explore the city

Great place to stay!”
The hotel was super close to the train station (literally right in front of the hotel entrance) . There’s an amazing 2 story grocery store with lots of options for cooked food, snacks and alcohol right below the hotel. The check in and check out process was super fast (took 5 mins) and the staff was always super helpful. They also offer you a cellphone with data during your stay.

Very good hotel, located just right at the bottom of the skytree, convenient to take 1-shot train to Narita airport of to city center. Room is clean, staffs are good, nothing to complain !!

Nice hotel - across street from train station, next door to grocery store, half block from Sky Tree. Local restaurants and convenience store on same block. On outer edge of touristy area so not too busy. The rooms were very clean. We had three twins and was pretty spacious. Sink and dressing area was separated with curtains from bed area which made it nice when getting ready to go out. Toilet was separate room from shower. Front desk staff spoke some English and were very helpful booking a cab to hotel. Only restaurant was Sizzler which we didn’t try. Did have coffee and tea in room though.

Everything was perfect, location, the hotel is absolutely immaculate, the rooms are beautiful, everything is sparkling clean, the staff are friendly and the location is great, what else could you ask for???

Friendly staff and service, best location to meet Tokyo skytree”
We choose Richmond Hotel to stay for our first wedding anniversary. When we come into the room, staff already prepared card for celebration our anniversary and my husband’s birthday , it’s really surprise and feels warming. Thanks for Richmond hotel, the best staff, location and room service.

Great Hotel and helpful staff”
Staff were helpful. Front desk helped to keep our luggage without checkin, so that we can check in late at night (after 11:00pm) after sightseeing. Location is great. High street within walkable distance. (less than 10min) Also easy to get a cab or get on tram, in case you dont prefer to walk.

We booked a triple-room and it was spacious enough for 3 beds plus luggage. Could take direct train to Shibuya in 30 mins, and other popular destinations like Tokyo, Ueno, Harajuku, Akihabara etc. by changing once. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

We stayed in a superior twin room for tow nights. The room is big, well-organised and very clean, it made our stay comfortable. If I have to pick up one thing that is bit disappointing, our room did not have a view of Sky tree. The location is great! It's just next to Soramachi, which is a huge shopping centre with lots of restaurants, clothing stores, cafes, and souvenir shops. The closest station is Oshiage station. You can use three different lines (Metro Hanzoumon line 東京メトロ半蔵門線, Toei Asakusa line 都営浅草線, and Tobu-isezaki sky tree line東武伊勢崎スカイツリーライン). Each line has easy access to both of two international airports in Tokyo, Narita and Haneda airports. It would have been better if they had a better restaurant for breakfast. Overall, highly recommend for both international travellers and Japanese tourists :) スーペリアツインルームはとても綺麗で広く、過ごしやすかったです。 ソラマチそしてスカイツリーはすぐ側にあり、押上駅からは徒歩2分程です。空港へのアクセスも非常に良く、大手町駅へもメトロ一本で行くことができます。 朝食のレストランはとりわけ素晴らしいとは言い難いですが、お値段を考えると十分なクオリティと言えると思います。

Awesome hotel!! The staff is superb and the check-in/check-out process is incredibly simple. The rooms are a good size and the location is very convenient with the train station across the street, and the LIFE Supermarket downstairs. We would definitely come again.

Perfect stay in Tokyo!”
Location is excellent - just across Oshiage Station and Tokyo Skytree Town. The hotel is located in a bit more relaxed area of Sumida. There is a Life Supermarket beside the hotel and a Family Mart nearby. There are also restaurants around the area. The staff provided superb customer service! The room was well equipped with all the things we needed - toiletries, TV (would be great if there are more English channels), chargers, ref, etc. We were even provided with a complimentary Handy smartphone during our stay which helped in our navigation and getting tips on where it's best to explore around town! We would love to stay here again!

Excellent location, clean and reasonably sized rooms”
We enjoyed our 6 nights stay here. Location is simply excellent with the Oshiage metro station literally at our doorstep. The double room is decent sized for Tokyo standards and we love that the laundry room has quite a number of washer dryers. And.. that we can check the status of our washing/drying on our TV screen! It’s just so considerate and convenient. We would definitely return to Richmond Oshiage on our next trip to Tokyo.

Large, well appointed room with nice amenities. ”
Great location, close to Skytree shopping center with many stores and restaurants. Room was excellent, clean and large. Comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet has limited western food options but was sufficient for our stay. Very few English speaking television channels. We were on the 10th floor facing the Skytree and could hear the trains every few minutes. Nothing too loud but if someone is sensitive to noise there may be other rooms which don't face the tracks.

Really liked the hotel and its location near Skytree. (Room was small but well appointed and clean.)Easy to get on subway (literallyacross the street) to explore other areas of Tokyo. The hotel is above a large market called Life which has everything you could need- ready made foods, eating area, alcohol, pharmacy, grocery store. Super convenient! There are also restaurants (izakaya,etc) within walking distance.
