Nice hotel with good service”
Hotel was near JR station, about 5 min walk away. nearest station was Otaru station, 2 min walk away. service staff was good and hotel was thoughtful. hotel provide gift bag for kids that consist of kids toothbrush and bedroom slippers and gave the ladies mask and sachet of lotions and cream.

I strongly recomand this hotel. good location, clean. and quiet~^^ Staff was really helpful and welcomming questions about bus routine or time table. They were well trained and ready to help guest anytime with welcoming smile~^^

it is very clear and all the equipment looks new, with a good location close to the station. also there is a women-only washing machine which makes me feel quite glad. moreover, the reception staffs are literally polite and nice! letting me store my luggage, really a good experience.

Great Hotel !!! Everything is as I expected.. Super close to the station which is very convenient to go everywhere and the room size is very good From the Sapporo Station you have to go to Subway side and find the Exit 23.. just turn left and the hotel is right at the corner.

Came back to this hotel after trip out from Sapporo, left my luggage with them. And when I checked it again, they actually put the luggage in my room again. Thank You, appreciate this help as I was carrying my shopping loots back thinking of I might need to drag my luggage up again. Walking distance to places I want to visit and it's clean and comfortable stay too. Will be back again next time round

Nice and comfortable stay”
Enjoyed my stay here as it's really convenient to get around. Comfortable and quiet stay. Will recommend this place. The nearest underground to get to the hotel is by Sapporo subway exit 22 but if you have luggage with you, it will be via Sapporo subway exit 23. Might be alittle confusing to walk underground if you're not familiar with it.

We stayed one night. The room was small to me but it might be considered a big room for a place in a Japanese city. The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly. The location was good - short walk to the main train station, buses and convenience stores. I would stay here again.

Just 2 mins walk from Sapporo subway station and about 8-10 mins walk from JR Sapporo station. Friendly staff and spacious room compared to Japanese hotels

Walking distance from station”
Awesome location, walking distance from the East Gate of the Sapporo main station and all the sights in town. Bonus that there is an entrance to the underground walkways right outside the hotel, which is very handy on days with inclement weather.

Convenient to go anywhere ”
We have a pleasant stay here. As we reached late evening, the staff was very helpful to teach how to park the car, carried our luggages and explained the map of places we wanted to go until we settled down. The hotel location was just right in the middle of JR Sapporo and Tanukikoji. So convenient if you just wanted to walked around in the city or getting subway. Highly recommended.

Great value, great location”
Conveniently located between Odori and Sapporo Station. We got the corner twin room and it was ample space for our family of 5. Staff were helpful, they had washing/drying facilities on site as well as vending machines and microwaves. All in all a great experience and would definitely come back!

Possibly the best in Sapporo”
This was definitely a winner in terms of value, location and comfort. Definitely my favorite so far and will definitely stay here again when I visit Sapporo next year!

Close to transport in Sapporo ”
This hotel is close to the three subways and JR station of Sapporo making sightseeing without a car relatively easy. The underground shopping complex next to the station is warm when the outside is at single digit or negative.

A very clean hotel at a good location. Just that there was nothing to watch for Travellers who only know English and Chinese.

Comfortable Hollywood room ”
Near to JR station and department stores, book shops etc. Big room with comfortable beds. No need to order breakfast.

Hotel's location is accessible, about 10 mins walk from Sapporo JR station, with plenty of food & shopping options available nearby. Hotel room is clean with all the necessary amenities. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, making the check-in process a breeze.

Friendly staffs. Easy to go to Sapporo station from exit 22 or 23 (lift). Comfortable bed. Hotel provided handy cellphone to bring out. Good location.
