Overall ok”

Overall everything is fine for us.. location is good near to JY line, but the breakfast just so so, i stay for 5 nights there, the breakfast never change, i saw review says night time got free ramen, but i dont find any free ramen here at night. But is ok, outside the hotel got a few restaurants, cheap and food is ok. Overall is still worth to stay

Book Smoking Room but Request to change into Non Smoking Room & they have it!”

We are group of 6 took 3 rooms but 1 of it was Smoking Room because non-smoking wasn’t available anymore. But when check in they could provide us with all non-smoking! Perfect! 👍🏽 thank you so much! Minus only there wasn’t bottle water provided in the room.

Location only 200m from Mejiro station (JR Yamanote Line)”

2 mins from Mejiro station (station has elevator when coming with luggages) exit station turn left and go straight, the hotel right on the right side! Easy to go everywhere especially when you have JR Pass (JR Yamanote Line free no need to buy ticket when your JR Pass still valid). Hotel provide free MASK for guest! Perfect for us after long walk & want to get rest in the evening. Unfortunately, NO MINERAL WATER in the room.

Had everything we needed”

Check in and check out was smooth. Room size was sufficient. Breakfast was almost entirely the same for our 3 nights there but it was the most delicious among the other hotels we stayed at in the same price range. Staff never failed to greet us anytime they saw us. We used their washer and dryer however our clothes were still damp, even after drying twice. That was the only downside. Aircon and heater worked well, easy to figure out. Bed was comfy. Room was made everyday, and a new set of pyjamas were given each time. Bathroom amenities were plenty as well. We were so sad when we got to our next stay in another area that we looked to see if they had another chain there but sadly, was sold out. Great stay, I'd stay there again. Easy to find and near the train station.

Good location”

Nice hotel in a good location. Only 1 or 2 minutes from Mejiro station. The station is small and not crowded, so it is very convenient to go around main spots of Tokyo. It's 3 stations from Shinjuku. There are convenient stores, tax free shops, and restaurants near the hotel. I would come back again to this hotel if I visit Tokyo.

The hotel is located in Mejiro which is a few minutes walk to the train station. It is very clean, all the staff are very nice, polite and helpful. All my inquiries prior to arrival were responded well. A mobile phone with data is provided throughout our stay. A phone is very important to know your way around Japan. Breakfast is good and you can swap your vouchers for dinner in case you can't use it. There are several facial masks, face wash and lotions given away. There is a microwave, vendo machine and washing machine in the basement. Mejiro is a nice area. Not too busy and crowded. There are several restaurants around. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel in a good location. Hotel is very close to mejiro station, less than 5 mins walk. Many restaurants near the hotel. There’s a really good gyoza place near KFC, worth a try. Sorry I forgot the name. There’s also family mart nearby, open 24 hours. Checkout was fast. Rooms were clean. The rooms with double bed were small, but rooms with twin/triple beds were in good size. Breakfast was great. Food was tasty & they provided enough choices for everyone. Granted, you might get bored eating the same thing everyday. But we didn’t. We loved the breakfast buffet. Hotel staffs helped us to send our luggages to Osaka. They filled the forms for us, which was very helpful because the forms were in Japanese. We paid the hotel & they arranged everything. Our luggages got to Osaka without any problem. We really enjoyed our stay here. Would be back.

Pleasant stay”

Very good location: just 3 mins walk from Mejiro station (1 sta. away from Ikebukuro & 3 sta. away from Shinjuku). There are Family Mart, drug store and restaurants nearby. Check-in/ out process is fast and simple. Hotel staffs are very courteous and helpful, they speak simple English and trying their best to communicate with us. The room is clean, and spacious by Japanese standard. Laundromat available, and we may check the machine availability/ completion time from the TV in our room. Would be great if they provide bottled drinking water or water dispenser.

Location was great as it was a short walk from Mejiro station. But I'm not sure if the room was dusty or not as I had allergies and kept sneezing and having to blow my nose while I was staying there. But apart from that, everything else was great. Staff were friendly and the bathroom was clean.

Clean hotel, close to public transport”

Hotel is about a 2 minute walk from railway station. Staff were polite, rooms were small but adequate. Hotel is very clean and is a=in a good location easily accessible to the transport system. Breakfast was nice and well presented. Hotel recommended

Absolutely loved our stay especially because we were able to get a good bargain on the room rate. The size of the room was perfect. Only con was that there was no drawers in the closet but good to be able to use the window ledge as additional storage place for clothes. Hotel was so generous in providing toiletries and the 24-hour reception was extremely helpful especially since we arrived late in the evening and we also had to do an early morning checkout to catch our flight. Matsuya is a 24-hour gyudon chain right beside that is extremely affordable and good. There are also a good number of 24-hour convenience stores in the area. Just a 2-minute walk from the Mejiro JR Station which was a definite plus for getting around Tokyo. Would definitely consider staying here again in the future should we decide to visit Tokyo once more.

hotel room was spacious and clean. hotel provides all the things needed including pajamas, bath gel, shampoo, shaver, hair clip and mask! hotel price is slightly on the higher side but location was just 2 mins from mejiro station and with lots of eatery (rice bowl, curry katsu, family mart and bakery nearby)

Good location - very near Mejiro Station. Room was cleaned everyday and size is adequate. Breakfast buffet was great. We had it for 4 days and enjoyed it especially the grilled salmon and mackerel. A change in one dish everyday could enhance the breakfast experience - something to look forward.

Booked Non-Smoking room but got accommodated to Smoking one. Regardless, the room was odorless and a bit bigger than other double room we booked. The staff are very helpful and speak english very well. Very closed by Mejiro station.

Reasonable price hotel”

The location is not exactly at the centre in Tokyo but it’s just few mins walk to subway station so it’s absolutely not a big deal. The room size is reasonable in Tokyo according to its price. Stuffs are all friendly and their English is quite good too.

A great hotel in an excellent location”

It was not far from the Mejiro JR station, only 2-3 minutes walk. Next to the hotels are a few restaurants. One of them is 24 hours, across from the hotel is a nearby convenience store. I really like this hotel, and I recommend to guests who are considering this one.

it is important to note that the location is very close to a train station (mejiro), however, it is not that close to Shinjuku's main points of interest; it is easy to get there (7 minutes train ride). the staff were great and attentive, and we also received cosmetics in check in (sheet masks, moisturizers, etc.)
