Nice host”
The host is very nice and helpful. He brought us to our room and explained about usage of facilities. We can contact him with a phone provided at the front door. However, sometimes he is not around there. So I recommend that you ask him to understand clearly about how we can contact him in the case of emergency.

The place is great. Owners take care of us. People is a little noisy after 10PM but you know this is a backpacker guest house 😉

The Apartment is quite Very Good, the only thing for me is that in bathroom it's better if they have bidet to use but anyways overall impression with regard for the value of the money,comfyness,accessibility, and cleanliness is subarashi.!

I love the atmosphere at the apartment. Cozy and homey. What I love the most is the view of the Tokyo Skytree! It feels surreal.

Cheap room! Quiet far from city centre ”
We stayed in this room for 2days just recently! The host was very friendly and he helped us out showing around the room. The room itself was ok, we had enough space to leave our luggages on the floor. The kitchen could have a bit more equipment to be honest..we went to the shop to buy some bread and some watermelon but we couldn’t slice the bread or the melon as there was no knife in the kitchen which was a bit disappointing. The building has very thin walls so you will hear everything from the other rooms. I would highly recommend the host to wipe the air conditioner as there is a lot of dust on it on top and it stinks when you turn it on. Overall i think it’s a good price to stay in Tokyo!

Funky Neighborhood ”
Though you never actually meet anyone, the customer service is great through email. They helped us check on sumo watching by making a call for us. The room has the highest loft I’ve ever seen but the room, though small, has everything you need!

When we arrived we were very disappointed because a lot of bags of garbage were stored in front of the door, maybe since several days because there's a bad smell..... But anyway the room was very clean, and clear large enough for the luggages. The owner is kind and apologised for the garbage....

Dear, Thank you very much for choosing Tokyo Sakura Apartments, your stay is our great pride. First of all, sorry to say sorry, we did not handle the garbage well. Garbage disposal is a feature of Japan, not every day can be very convenient to discard them, there is a prescribed time, there are provisions of the place, to discard the provisions of the items. Therefore, we can only temporarily store near the house, because of the weather, and smell it, really very sorry. We will work hard in the future to improve, hope that the next time you come, there is a new experience. Tokyo Sakura apartment look forward to your next visit.

Pro: basically an apartment with your own bathroom and kitchen Con: does not have most of the facilities they claim to have on agoda, particularly no wifi, among other things.

15 min walk to the JR station, cheap, bit o laundry”
With this you'll have a cheaper apartment with clean room, private bathroom, and amenities. However, you have to walk quite a bit from the nearest JR Station and no laundromat around the neighborhood. This is quite irritating because no washing machine in the property. If I'd go back to Tokyo, I'll prefer looking for another place, however this is an O.K. place after all.

房子很乾淨但房東不回應我傳的訊息”
使用agoda傳訊息跟房東，房東都沒有看，直到入住的前一天都還沒給我入住的資訊，我只好聯絡agoda客服，催了兩次客服才終於拿到入住資訊。之後沒有衛生紙了，使用agoda訊息詢問是否有衛生紙可備用，還是沒回。 我看了其他評論，才知道原來跟房東用微信會比較聯絡的上。 但是我就是沒有微信，而且我也不想辦（有隱私問題，誰想把自己的隱私在不知情的情況下傳送給中國呢😊） 我認真建議房東辦個line帳號，方便跟旅客聯絡。 除了聯絡方面讓我很不滿以外，其實入住體驗都很好，房子跟被子枕頭都很乾淨，浴室也有可乾燥衣服的空調。距離車站走路約15～20分鐘，坐公車走路約5分鐘。
