My stay at Sakura Cross Hotel was extremely pleasant. Firstly, I received an upgrade free of charge. The room was spacious, modern and comfortable. The beds, yes multiple, were super cosy and the bedding and towels were of a high quality. Secondly, even though there are no staff, it was easy to contact the manager and he was very helpful and understanding. Thirdly, the location allows you to sleep! It was nice to be away from the craziness of Shinjuku but still close to the action (so easy to walk to the centre of Shinjuku!) Overall, the atmosphere was much less stale than your usual mid-price hotel and made for a more than satisfactory stay. I highly recommend it!

Excellent room with reasonable price”
The location isn't close to subway , need to walk 10mins but not a problem to us. The check in part is quite tricky, we took 20-30mins,highly suggest you to do it online before you are close the hotel. Our room is on 1st floor, 2 double bed with a great tatami tea table area which also provide a single mattress for 1 person. The double bed is bigger than other hotel we stayed and super tidy, staff was really friendly to us. We like this room a lot

Clean, updated”
This was a clean hotel and relatively reasonably priced for being in central Tokyo. However, there was a lot of walking in getting to the buses and or subway lines that took us to the tourist destinations we were planning on hitting up, so know that you will have at least a 15-20 min walk on the front and back end of each day. It is not smack-dab in the middle of Shinjuku. I think other reviews over-exaggerated how central the location of the hotel is. Also, there is no staff at this hotel, it is tablet check-in. I am a technologically savvy millennial and I had trouble checking in on arrival because they never sent the 6-digit reservation code. I think this may have been an issue between direct emails from the hotel and through the 3rd party Agoda. MAKE SURE you have your 6-digit code before you arrive. If you're lucky, you may run into some staff cleaning and they are more than willing to help out (one helped us get a cab in the pouring rain!)--just do not count on that.

Clean room, impractical futon”
The room was very clean with a hot shower and great water pressure. If you are traveling as a group, know that the one bed, one futon situation is NOT viable for 3+ adults. The futon is very small with bars running through it that are uncomfortable for a good night's rest. You may be able to get away with having a small child sleep on it. We switched to a 2-bed room partway through our stay (the 2 beds were not available for the full stay when we made our reservation) and that room was much better for 3 or max 4 adults. There was good value in this hotel, so if you're on a budget I would consider reading through reviews to make sure this is right for you!

Comfortable & Ambient”
The area was extremely peaceful & quiet. It is 5 mins away from a subway station & it has family mart 2 mins away. The rooms looks new & well maintained. We were lucky enough to be given a room on the first floor. Be mindful that the property has no elevator, it’s the only downside if you have a lot of baggage. Will definitely comeback, my family & I loved it!

Lacks amenities especially the elevator. Lacks other toiletries. No complimentary supplies such as bottled water, coffee or tea. Stayed there for 3 nights but no room make up/cleaning, trash sits in the room for the entire stay. Change towel for a fee. Not worth the price.

Strange”
The facility itself was okay and clean. Spacious comparing to other hotel in Shinjuku. Reasonable distance from the metro station. But there was NO ELEVATOR, we have to carry all the luggage upstairs. They made use of a self-service check in system but when I did it online, I saw other’s information. I did have concern to put a lot of personal information to the system. Moreover, the room can fit in 4 people but we are just couples. There was no choice to put only 2 people’s information and no one can help out there. At last we have to input our information once again to fit in those ‘extra booking’.

Lovely little find ”
Stayed for 10 nights. Perfect location, close to subways and shopping area with lots of restaurants. Owner was very accommodating. Nice clean rooms that will accommodate 4 people. Would stay here again 😊

距離東新宿站A2出口大約7分鐘左右的路程，交通非常便利，走出旅館約莫30秒就有一間24H的全家便利商店，後方是傳統的澡堂（東宝湯）澡堂隔壁附設投幣式洗烘衣！旅館沒有電梯需要自己搬行李。”

整體也很舒服,位置也不難找,但行李如果比較多或比較重要考慮一下,因為沒有電梯,我住4樓就要搬行李行4層樓梯。床褥很舒服,平常酒店會很容易醒,這個差不多都沒有醒過來,棉被也很舒服,下次如果再來,一定會再入住。

매우 깨끗합니다. 신주쿠역 주변이긴한데 걸어다니기에는 애매해요. 걸어서 22분정도... 4인가족으로 예약하긴 했는데 4인가족이 숙박하기에는 좁아요. 하지만 가격대비 만족합니다. 겨울에는 약간 춥네요.

가족단위로 예약했는데 호텔룸 사이즈를 작은걸로 예약해서 협소했던거 빼놓고 만족합니다. 역에서 위치가 아주 가깝진않지만 도보로 다닐만하고 관광후 숙소로 돌아와 여독을 풀기에 충분했어요

+) 편의점, 자판기와 매우 가까움. 욕실, 화장실, 세면대가 분리되어 있고 깨끗함. 침구가 좋음 -) 불편한 셀프 체크인. 코드를 요청해야 보내주고 인원마다 각각 정보를 입력해야 해서 오래 걸림. 방음이 그리 좋지 않음

신주쿠역에서 걸어서 20~25분 ,히가시신주쿠역에서 걸어서 10분정도 거리에 위치 깨끗하고 침대 푹신하고 티비크고 냉장고,라디에이터도 준비되어있고 다 좋은데 방음이 안됨 그대신 귀마개 있음 직원은 매우친절
