I really enjoyed my stay at Sakura Fleur Aoyama Hotel! The room was a decent size for Tokyo compared to other business hotels I have stayed at in Japan. I wouldn't call this a business hotel at all, but just mention it because it is in that price range. I thought the vintage European design was really cool. It made the place feel warm, unique and less sterile than your normal hotel interior design. It felt like I was staying in a room in a house or something rather than a hotel room, which was nice. All the amenities were provided and more in the room. The bed and pillows were SUPER comfortable and it was very quiet at all times. I couldn't hear any outside noise or anything. Staff were really kind and spoke good English. Great location, minutes away from the Shibuya. I really can't say enough good things about this place. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again. Plus they have a cute cat mascot named Magenta :)

So Pleasant and Quaint”
This was my second time staying at this hotel since I had such a lovely experience the first time. The staff are so welcoming, efficient and speak English very well. My favorite staff member is Msao- he is so kind, helpful and always has a smile on his face! Whenever we had special requests like needing extra pillows, he immediately and personally brought them to our room. The staff are quick to offer complimentary bottled water whenever we get back from being out for the day which I greatly appreciate. The rooms are extremely clean/tidy. My friend and I were able to pack our large suitcases simultaneously in terms of how much space is available in the double room. Location is convenient. I recommend taking the Airport Limousine Bus from Narita Airport to Cerulean Tower Hotel then just cabbing from there (5 minute drive), especially if you have lots of luggage/belongings. I highly recommend this hotel. You can’t go wrong! I look forward to staying here again in the future.

My Go-To Hotel in Tokyo”
This is my third time booking this hotel in the past year and it never disappoints. It is located so conveniently near Shibuya Station (JR and Subway), usually a ten minute walk and there’s a Lawson and Family Mart even closer by. I shared a double room with my friend and besides it being impeccably clean, there was enough space for us to pack our large suitcases simultaneously. Air conditioning worked just fine for the warmer weather. The staff are always super friendly, accommodating, efficient and speak English very well. What I also appreciated was that when I informed the front desk prior to arriving to the hotel that I have allergies and asthma, they put an air purifier in my room with no extra charge. Complimentary bottled water and various toiletries are readily available at the front desk too. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Excellent customer service ”
Rooms are standard size as per Japanese hotel. Clean, comfortable and fantastic location. This is the second time we have stayed here. Of particular note is the customer service- always on hand with a bottle of water and smile. Nothing is too much trouble. We asked if it was possible to book a taxi that would carry us and our large bike/luggage and the staff stood on the street to hail us a cab and converse with the driver about getting us a larger cab. Can not fault them

We really enjoyed our stay at Sakura Fleur. The staff was so kind and accommodating and helped with calling restaurants to make reservations. They were also kind enough to store our baggage before check in and after check out. Location is very convenient with only a 5-8 minute walk to Shibuya Station. Air conditioning worked, spacious room with spacious bathroom (a rarity in Tokyo) and a lovely stay overall. Would recommend to anyone planning a trip to Tokyo and especially those who want to stay in Shibuya in close proximity to great restaurants, bars, and nightlife!

Everything about this place is amazing from the minute I walked in until the minute I checked out the staff is so extremely helpful and friendly and amazing I would highly highly recommend staying here it’s so worth the money everything was close by and I felt like I was a welcome to guest

Amazing!!”
Toiletries are all provided (shampoo, body soap, facial/hand soap, toothbrush/paste, hair brush etc) they even provide pajamas ! What amazed me the most is when I hung up the “do not disturb” sign, the housekeeper actually left a bag of stuff for us like towels, more toiletries and pajamas. Other hotels i have been to have never ever done that. Really like that touch. Front desk also gives bottled water whenever we return from our trip. Entire stay was peaceful and quiet except when someone opens the door to leave their room on the same floor but besides that, no noise at all! (We were on the 8th floor)

Lovely quaint hotel near shibuya big rooms ”
I love this hotel and it’s quaint and quirky decor a la Victorian era with a modern twist - floral wallpaper, chandeliers, bedspreads and comfy big rooms (for Tokyo). Great and helpful staff, bottled water everyday. Have stayed before and like the location to shibuya, scramble square and the Tokyu food show. Pricing is pretty good for Tokyo which is generally expensive. Shibuya is a great location to see Tokyo highlights and is near Omotosando, Meiji Shrine and Harajuku. Also one train stop from Shinjuku and the Nex train to Narita is direct from Shibuya.

Perfect location in Shibuya. Excellent budget price. Facility is great and enough for a comfortable stay. Bathroom was very clean. Compact hotel room with everything you need. Staff are polite, kind and welcoming. I will come back next time. Thank you Sakura Fleur Aoyama Hotel.

Great value and prime location”
We stayed for 3 nights and was very happy with everything. The room was big enough for me and my wife, they provide bottled water and all the toiletries you need, staff were great, cafe downstairs for breakfast was decent, access to Shibuya Station is just across the road. Not too far from Shibuya crossing, many great restaurants and shops nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Hotel with Exceptional Service ”
We had a wonderful stay at Sakura Fleur. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect near Shibuya Station. I especially love the little thoughtful touches, pleasant welcome surprises (disposable slippers, nightgown, etc) and well-designed space features, in spite of the small room size, that make a traveler’s life easier. I will definitely stay here again.

ILove the place it was near to Shibuya, the staff was very kind, the room was so clean, I really love Japan, will book this hotel again on the next travel because we didn’t enjoy our time because of the typhoon but it’s okay the important this was we are safe.

Rooms are very big for Japan. Staff are very friendly with great English. Traditional Japanese meal was delicious. Nice location with view of lake and close to watefall.

Comfy room with two beds ”
The room was spacious and comfortable for 2 people staying in. As a bonus room had a kettle with some teabags available and a fridge. Everything was working as expected. 10/10, would come again

The staff was so polite and helpful. They lent us umbrellas when it was raining. The amenities were great (we love the fresh pajamas every day). The location is a short walk from Shibuya Station and there are lots of places to eat in the area. Also, the room is spacious for Japanese hotel standards. I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed for two night at this hotel with my friend. We really enjoyed to stay there and my friend extend more night! I know Japanese hotel room is very small normally, but the room was big enough to stay for two persons. Room was a bit dark, but everything was good and all staffs were so kind and communicate in English well.

If you want to live next to the Shibuya crossing, you should book here. This hotel is just 5 minutes away from the Shibuya Crossing. Staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the vibe of the hotel - Victorian-style. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely consider booking here again.

Excellent staff, good location ”
Excellent service, friendly staff throughout my stay, no complaints about house keeping. Location about 10 mins to shibuya shopping area, however need to cross overhead bridge. Alternative route without climbing will be much further. Small eateries nearby, convenient stall available.

Can't be beat”
We are still here at Sakura fleur Aoyama in the heart of shibuya ( 5 min walk to the heart )...very convinient place to stay, served as a great base camp to explore Tokyo!..no complaints, staff are travel friendly, gracious and helpful..will stay here again if ever we are back in Shibuya !..

Great little hotel”
The staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough to help you, loved the fact they offered us ice cold bottles of water when we came back after a hard day sight seeing!!! We had room 312 which was excellent space wise, clean, comfortable we just couldn’t fault it!!! Location wise it was right near the train station literally 2 mins from shibuya crossing!! For us there were no cons the hotel was great.
