Great Hotel Near Train to Narita Airport”
Its easy to find the hotel,you just have to go out at west or north exit at Nippori Station turn left and walk straight you will pass by at yakiniku ginza where you have to had small shopping and food. Staff are great especially ayumi and daisuke,,you can leave your luggage prior or after check in and thats a plus to us. Its a self service hotel even your breakfast with coffee,soup and slice of bread with different jams. Its easy to go to different place from this hotel since its within the yamanote line in nippori station and metro in sendagi station. They have common shower and toilet but its very clean. You got to shower at the same time with different shower room so you wont have the hassle of waiting for others to finish so you wont be late in strolling around and no need to wake up early than the other To catch up in the shower. Stay here its great

It’s like living in a dorm”
Pro: the price, location and service, for around $20 a day, this hotel is definitely worth the price. There was on staff that spoke many languages which was great and majority of the services such as the cafe and counter were 24 hours. The location was perfect, it was a short walk to nishi Nippori station and an even shorter walk to Sendagi station. There are two seven elevens near the hotel, we went there everyday. Cons: the beds are futons, but as someone that is used to a soft bed, I got used to it after a week, rather I started to miss sleeping on the floor. They also provide an extra set of futon, blanket and pillow which really helps. Second, the bathroom is shared and the shower rooms are all in the same area but the fifth floor is only for females. I didn’t mind this because I was used to living in this kind of dorming style, rather it’s perfect if you’re traveling with more than one person because it meant that you didn’t have to wait for the other to finish.

Super Duper Helpful Staff”
Super convenient for traveller as the hotel is located near to both metro (Sendagi station, 5 mins walk) and JR train station (Nishi-Nippori, 10 mins walk). But the thing that impressed me the most is how helpful the staff is. On our last day, we asked the nice lady at the reception hotel to call us a taxi to the airport and unfortunately, my sister accidentally left her phone in the taxi. We were feeling very helpless as we do not know what to do and who to contact. So we contacted Sakura Hotel Nippori and they contacted the taxi company and track back the taxi that we were on. They even voluntarily searched our room even though we did not ask them to do that for us. And when the taxi driver found the phone and send it back to the hotel, they kept the phone safely for a while and send it to us all the way to Malaysia! From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much Sakura Hotel Nippori for the help. Would definitely recommend this and visit again in future <3

Clean Hotel”
The hotel is clean. Staff are nice, friendly, accomodating, and speak good english. I like the location of this hotel because it is near Sendagi station and Nippori station. It is also located in a quite neighborhood but there are stores, laundry shops, pharmacies and restaurants around it. They also have storage room for luggages. The breakfast option is not that many but good enough considering how expensive japan is. We had a good stay in this hotel 👍

Will recommend staying here again all because: 1) the place is clean 2) had friendly and helpful staff 3) very accessible to both subway and JR 4) strategic location to the city Other than having a difficult time going to the place from the JR station (all because of our heavy luggage) or no post office close to the area, I'd say our stay was perfect. Thank you!

our group love the place soooo much! the staffs were super friendly, the place was super clean and nice. it was the best stay and vacation we had. all of us keep saying that we will definitely going to stay there again whenever we come to Tokyo again.

The staff are super friendly and pretty good in English so communication is not a problem. Everything is pretty much set up efficiently so not much issues during our stay. Sakura Hotel Nippori is also very near Nippori Station where you can board JR Yamanote Line which passes thru major tourist destinations in Tokyo and the Kesei Skyliner which brings you to/from Narita. Best of all, it is super near Yanaka Ginza and Sunset Stairs so you have good food and great bargains every night!

The location of the hotel is the best. Everything that you need is just aroumd the corner. A great ramen house to okonomiyakis, a thrift store and knife store to drug stores with varieties of product to choose from! Great for solo travelers even with families with small children.

Exceeded my expectations!”
i really love the traditional japanese set up of our room. The location of the hotel itself is good too. Near 2 station which is Sendagi Station and Nippori Station. Easy access to the airport via the Nippori Station. My only concern is that the 5ft floor shower room is for women only but during our stay last March 07-12, 2019, I saw 2 hotel guest which are both men walked inside the shower room. I think the hotel needs to be strict and implement the rules accordingly.

Not much to complain about! ”
Friendly staff. Hotel rents out smartphones free for use. Accessible location, can be a tad hard to find at first but there are a lot of small authentic shops around the area. It's located next to Cat Street, but bear in mind the cats don't really come out during winter. Shared bathrooms on each floor, 5th floor shower room is women only but there is a shared toilet/sink for men. We had a good time!

Best value for money”
Good location and very accommodating staff. I love that its location has a direct train to Narita Airport. 👍 Also clean shared bathrooms and well-maintained rooms. Would definitely go back here!

Superb”
The place is very near to the jr stations and the direct rail going to the airport, the staff are very kind and helpful specially Ms. Imee, all in all we realy ahd a great stay, but it was suddenly shorten we panic because of the typhoon (Hagibis) but all in all out of 10 i give them 11, Thank you Agod And all the staffs of Sakura Hotel Nippori

Quiet and Good Location”
We stayed for 4 nights. Booked 2 rooms with 4 tatami style beds. Space is quite good, but if all 4 people has 1 big luggage each, it will be cramped. Nevertheless, it's a value for money specially if you're always on the go sightseeing and only stay in to sleep and shower. Will book again in our next group trip.

Comfortable stay during the winter season”
Traveled with 2 senior citizens We stayed in Sakura after spending the weekend at Fujikawaguchiko. The staff including the supervisor were very nice to all the guests. The hotel is situated within 13mins walk from NishiNippori Sta and 15mins from Nippori Sta. The location is best if you want to be near the line that connects you directly to Narita Airport. Simple breakfast was served- bread and butter/ jam plus tea/coffee and soup. The futon beds were really comfortable. More power, Sakura!

Cons - no baggage service to train station, which makes it difficult if you have several luggages to bring, because of elevated roads from hotel to train station. But if you have only one small luggage, it’s okay. Pros - very near to Yanaka Ginza, where traditional stores and restaurants of Nippori, japan are located.

Value for money”
Location is near 2 subway stations. It is near Yanaka street and everything is accessible. Staff is friendly and accomodating. Just had a bad experience on our first day because the air conditioning unit was not working and they cannot transfer us to another room because they are fully booked. The next day we were transferred and the rest of our 5 nights stay is seamless.

Value for money”
We stayed here for 5 days and we were very satisfied. There's free breakfast and free water for all. Rooms were wide enough for two and shower rooms and toilets were impeccably clean. The place is very close to Chiyoda Line at C15 Sendagi Station which is 2-3 mins walk. There's Lawson and a bus stop near as well. You will pass by Yanaka Ginza old town street of Tokyo if you are coming from Nippori Station.

Really good value for the money”
The location is really great, the staff were extremly nice helpful. Our son Alexis ( 1 year and half old) played and walked around a lot with many members of the stuff, especially Ayu whom he really loved it seems! Glad I reserved this hotel, the rooms are basic but the price and value you get for your money in return is really great. The breakfast is a good start to your journey, there is a small children park right out the door. Train and Metro stations are within walking distance etc. But again mainly thanks to the staff there, We'll deffinitely go back!

It's just a bit of a walk from the JR Nippori station, but you have the option to take the bus opposite of Ueno-Matsuzakaya, or a short walk from Sendagi subway station. I like that the place is clean and the communal showers and toilets are enough for the people who stay there. Will consider this again for our next trips to Tokyo.
