Wow, we had a wonderful stay at Sequence! I had been in touch before our arrival and our room and view were amazing - thank you! The room was so spacious and well equipped - we especially loved the shower gel and shampoo! Such a convenient location, very close to Shibuya station and all the new shopping/dining areas in Shibuya. Our view was AMAZING and we loved the little 'Hi Tokyo' sticker on the window (which is now in our photos too) the coffee shop had a lovely atmosphere. We didn't use the bar, but we did have breakfast in the morning - which was delicious! Couldn't fault our stay at all....we hope to return again soon!

The location is just beside the Miyashita Park, where choices of shopping and food is within a few steps! A few steps and you’re in Shibuya Scramble square. It’s less than 800sqm to the Shibuya train station. Also very near to Harajuku! Good location and very cool check in process. Clean rooms and comfortable space.

A great respite from the hustle and bustle of Shibuya. Great location and awesome service. Miyashita Park itself has great places for you to chill when you need a break from the crowded Shibuya streets.

Great location, self-check in, lots of gadgets in the rooms, great views, very convenient, spacious room for Japan, very comfortable bed, great bathroom. Could do with bigger refrigerator, but Miyashita Park has ample coffee optikns and eateries. For a new hotel in the heart of Shibuya, worth a look, especially for weekender or international business traveller wanting something between the top end and budget range options.

The location is great. The fact that the check in and check out time is late allows you to hang out till late and stay in bed the next day without rushing out to check out on time. Many restaurants and bars inside the building where you can hang out without gettingn soaked during rain.

I gave staff a 4 star as with self check-in and out I had no contact. Not sure if that is a good thing for the brand but post covid it is probably a current trend we will see for a while longer. It was a great place to stay and I would stay again.

Two things from us. Space and privacy. The standard room has surprisingly minimal/tiny space. Yes, it is well designed and functional if you are able to set your mind to adaptation. My wife and I spent about an hour to organize our travel belongings finding limited spaces for 3 nights stay. It was fun doing it and well worked. Toilet seat is right next to your sleeping pillow divided by a sheet of shaded sliding glass door. Do not recommend to new couples or who has an elegant relationship. LOL Must discuss with your partner before booking. Besides that, the hotel got a cool location, modern design and TOKYO VIBES!!

wouldn't recommend if you want a good night's sleep ”
i arrived late at night and was desperate to sleep. however the room they gave me was on one of the lower floors (dont remember specifically) and the music from the club below was way too loud. knowing i wouldn't be able to sleep with all the sound, i requested them to change my room. however they said i would have to pay extra because all the rooms on other floors were more expensive. i was frustrated with this response because they never warned me that it was going to be loud. i would never have stayed here if i knew. however, in the end they upgraded my room for free and i was able to sleep peacefully.

And they do not clean the room everyday.The room is very very tiny.It is not an inn so i was expecting it to have more space.Bad layout of the room. I will not go back to this hotel nor recommend it.Sorry

Location was fantastic - very convenient with easy access to major tourist attractions/food/shopping. However rooms were filthy and extremely dusty. You can literally see the dust balls floating in the air everytime you move around - especially when curtains and rugs are touched. Rooms are also cleaned only once every two days - this only includes vacuuming, bed change, trash and towel replenishment. Not once were surfaces wiped down or cleaned.
