Old City restaurant is very good. Airport limousine from hotel is very convenient. Unluckily, my child has lost his plush Olaf. He left his Olaf under the blanket in the room in the morning, but when we returned to our room. Olaf was nowhere to be found. The hotel staffs searched the linen room and our room too, but didn't find our doll.

Awesome hotel, with a Starbucks and 7-11 just down the street. 5 minutes walk from a subway station (Daimon) that gets you to all the major stops within 15 minutes. The room was spacious, by Tokyo standards and provided everything we needed (toothbrushes/paste, hairbrushes, shampoo/conditioner, blow dryer, slippers, sleeping gowns, coffee, tea, biscuits). Minato was nice & quiet at night, which is what we wanted, but if you want more action & nightlife, you may want to stay near Shinjuku/Shibuya. The hotel has coin-operated laundry, so we were able to pack super light. All in all, a perfect hotel!

The location is superb, near Daimon station and JR yamanote line Hammatsucho station. Nearby so many eateries. It is very near to Tokyo Tower. The hotel is also very clean and spacious. Good for family with kids.

Great stay with Family at Shiba Park near 2 subway stn”
We are family of four with 2 boys (10yrs and 5yrs). Easy to locate Hotel from Narita Airport by subway using google maps. For heavy packers: check other transport (Limo bus or private transfer) if you are not used to drag luggages around as the trip by subway train tend to be a bit of a challenge with few escalators ups and downs also a few steps up - out of A6 exit Daimon stn but we survived it 5 big luggages :) Reached hotel about 11pm and hotel staff are nice. We were indeed very glad to see our room to be cozy after a long day. Family were hungry and happy to see Family mart and Lawson just beside the hotel, 711 also a few steps from the place. Also, a 24hr Mcdonalds nearby. Hotel area has places to eat and a nearby drug store. Tokyo tower can be on foot 750m from hotel in cool weather. Near 2 subway stns for easy commute around Tokyo. Hotel has coin operated laundry and a microwave oven which is helpful. Overall great stay and our first choice for next tokyo visit.

Shiba Park hotel will take care of you”
Thank you so much to the staff of Shiba Park Hotel. Everyone was so attentive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. We wouldve extended here but sadly we booked a non refundable hotel so we have to leave. Location was great. 3 convenience stores outside the property. Train station about 5-8 minute walk.

Exceptional”
Great location with lots of amenities around the area. Convenience store is just beside the hotel. Foods and public transport (JR) is 10 mins away. Hotel is cleaned, staffs are professional and the room is spacious. Also if you like to travel light, you will like the laundromat facility.

Stays here for 2 nights at the annex building. The rooms and facilities are well maintained. Room was very clean, and it was spacious than average tokyo hotel's room. The staff service was friendly and helpful.

Depend on you are in new building or old building ”
New building name 155 rooms are all new and modern. I was giving a room in old building 1st , it was dated and the cleanliness was not up to Japanese standard then I was giving an option to stay in new building but need to pay $5000 yen per room. I took the option.

Large rooms and great location”
The hotel is in a quieter part of town, which is nice for escaping the craziness of Tokyo. We stayed in the 151 tower are the room was very new and very clean. The hotel is less than a 10 minute walk to the JR and subway stations making it very convenient base for exploring Tokyo. Be warned that the booking sites say that you can sleep 3 adults and 2 kids in the STANDARD triple, but this assumes the an adult shares a Single bed with one kid. If you have a family of 4, you will need to book a DELUXE triple to be able to sleep 2 adults, one small , and one big kid (if you don’t mind sharing beds).

Strategic location and yet peaceful at night..”
Near 3 train stations, with a handful convenience stores downstairs and eateries a slight walk away. Stayed at 151 building. Very clean rooms, nicely designed rooms and decorated lavatories. Staff was friendly, polite and empathetic to our needs. Launderette which serves a functional need.

What I like most is that Shiba Park is in the list as pick up points for airport transfer, tour, etc. More convenient though train st. also 5 mnts walking. Many dine in places around. Perfect for vacation

Hotel is a bit off the shopping haven of shinjuku, but still convenient. And the whole shiba park is peaceful, not like the bustling shinjuku. Hotel is great. Ample space and very clean. Staffs are great

Comfortable stay ”
We were offered the option of moving to a different room with softer mattress as the original room has mattress which were too hard for us and this enabled us to get good sleep. Staff are very friendly n and helpful. Didn’t try the breakfast so cannot comment on that, location is perfect for the train, within walking distance. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonferful place”
This place is in the middle of Tokyo. It is close to the train station. For our first hotel it was a great place to start. Right next to the Shiba shrine and close to Tokyo Tower. The staff were very nice. They were able to speak English and they had different events you could pay and register for. The room was a very nice size, but because we were in the older building the room had a but of a musty smell to it. It has all of the amenities you need. Lots of body soap, shampoo, conditioner. It also came with small razors, tooth-brush and paste an a few other things. It is right next to a 7/11 and a family mart at the corner and they come in handy if you are trying to keep your food bill light.

Well located, good facilities, cozy neighborhood”
Pros. Well located near Daimon station (subway) and Hamamatsucho (JR station) with lots of facilities. Quiet and cozy neighborhood, just behind busy areas of Hamamatsucho, Tokyo Tower and Shiba. Seasoned organization (70th anniv!), great staffs and newly renovated rooms. Amenities eg coin laundry room. Lots of supermarket and restaurants around. Limo bus route from-to Narita and Haneda. Good biscuit, decent coffee. Con. Can't think of much. Maybe a complimentary bottled water and a gym room.
