QUICK AND EFFICIENT SERVICE”
I recommend the fast and efficient service for the front desk. Though check-in and out are machine automated, still the front desk staffs would assist the guests if needed. My room was also always clean and made up. Looking forward to my return. Thank you .

Simple, Easy, Convenient”
Cons. It’s a single room and relatively small. The bathroom is cramped. Pros. Very convenient location. Right for the price. Though I just said the room is small, it was sufficient for me. It was also larger than I thought it would be. (I was fearing a capsule sized hotel room.). Close to the Shinagawa station (JR and Keikyu), it was easy to get to and from the hotel. All the amenities that you need (Toiletries, charging cables, tv, etc.), so you do not have to worry about packing all the small things. I prefer the other towers, but the price was 1/3 of what I found for the other rooms on a busy three day weekend. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was able to get by with simple English. I would recommend this hotel for the single traveler looking for a convenient location and not worried about having a large room.

Air condition”
Indoor temperature is hot and cannot open window. Hot whole night. Outdoor temperature is cold during the visits. if can open window or have air condition. that will be good. Thanks

Convenient location and shopping”
Within 5 min from Shinagawa station which is on Yamanote line, recommend to walk through back entrance with suitcase (more flat). Hotel have an access to shops, food court and convenience store. Single room was tiny, apart from that I enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Excellent location ”
Hotel is very accessible and convenient to do to everywhere. It is within a short walking distance to the train station and eateries. Hotel cost is a bit expensive but it’s definitely worth the price you pay in terms of comfort

Room is dirty”
The room is clean when you look but once it touch the bed then its dirty and the whole body is itchy. Sound blocking is not very good as I can hear people is running in corridor. Location is excellent, its exactly opposite to Shinagawa station and lots of facilities.

No AirCon + No Window = Sauna in Guest Room”
Housekeeping says they disabled air conditioner due to cold weather outside. But their window cannot be opened, so the guest room is very hot and no fresh air. They are kindly enough to borrow me a fan, or I almost can't sleep. I will never stay here again.

At check in girl with computer was really rude. I had reserved a non-smoking room but room smelled like smoke. Went back to the front desk got a different room commented on rude woman and got an "oh sorry." Elevators are all on one side of a long tall building and my room was at the other end of the long building. Quite a hike when you are tired. The room was clean... as much as the cleaning crew could do with such an old dated facility. The bed was confortable but the decor is very depressing mix of greens and browns like something from the 70's. But wallpaper was falling off and the shower/bath was rather small and hard to get into. It could be very dangerous to get in and out. I expect did not expect this LOW level from Prince group hotel. VERY DISAPPOINTING especially for such price. The only thing this place has going for is distance to the airport. But don't be fooled! There are much better places!

Old room. Old bed. Old bathroom and tiny by the way. Old table and old lamp. Old closet. Old carpet as never been vacuumed. Old elevator and old facilities. The worst, old reception desk with unfriendly staff. But for my business meeting, never would I stay and definitely will be the Last choice when it’s the end of world.

Bed smells. Old small closet. An uncomfortable miniature room with a very small bathroom and tiny window. What’s worse, unhelpful staff and unfriendly receptionists! It’s not worth the price at all...

If you don’t mind: Dust, tiny bathroom with old tank, dirty carpets, someone’s talking and snoring from next room, weird smell all around and, last but not the least, unfriendly staff people... Is it a 4 star hotel??? Liar😒😡

Disappointing”
Unfriendly staff. The room is outdated and smells. It smells even in the lobby. Whenever you walk through the lobby, weird and disturbing smells around....
