Convenient Location and better than expected”
This is my first time to Shinjuku area and first time booking this property. Location is close to Shinjuku station, and close to all amenities, everything is walking distance. Shuttle bus to Narita is available.Very close to government buildings and parks as well. Staff is great and accommodating, the rooms are very clean, there is a convenient stores inside and also restaurants. Overall, I would recommend and I will use this hotel again, in the near future.

Clean Hotel in Convenient Location”
Very clean rooms and helpful staff. Family Mart convenience store inside hotel (24/7). Express bus to Narita. Hotel is right next to Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, which offers free views of Tokyo from the 45th floor observation deck. Short 10-minute walk to Shinjuku Metro Station (may need to show passport if purchasing 3-day pass). Fifteen minute walk to Kabukicho. Small rooms but that is common in Japan. Prices are reasonable in comparison to similar hotels in the area.

Location was convenient- the airport bus stop was right outside one of the entrances to the hotel! A little far to walk from Shinjuku Station (10-15 min walk from the closest entrance) if you have luggage with you but not difficult to navigate to the hotel. There was a Lawson Convenience store and other shops in the hotel as well so it was very convenient if you wanted to get a small meal if you didn't have time to leave the hotel. Hotel was bright and clean. Hotel staff were very helpful, courteous and accommodating. The room I booked was the right size for my group to have space to put our luggage and have space to be comfortable in. The bathroom was a charmingly small but adequate- I believe the size was pretty much the standard for a hotel in Tokyo. All in all, a very enjoyable stay for a pretty reasonable price and would come back again.

Location clean lots of restaurants nearby”
This is our 2nd time to stay at shinjuku washington because of its location it’s a short walk to shinjuku station and expressway bus station and the restaurants in the hotel are a variety plus thre mini stop and family mart . Will surely come back when we visit Tokyo again

one of my favourite hotel in Tokyo. the room was clean and nice. do not except a huge room in Tokyo but I love it. 10 mins to Shinjuku station on foot. there is a convenience store down there. i'd love to be back again

Good location but not sparkling clean”
Hotel was located 10min walk away from Shinjuku Station so it was really convenient, also has an airport shuttle bus from the hotel (or you can walk to Shinjuku Bus Terminal and take one like we did). However, we felt like the bedsheets were dusty when we checked in so we requested for room service to change the bedsheets the next day. However, the sheets were still dusty the next day and it didn't seem like they were changed. The toilet also had a mild urine smell despite room service having cleaned it. Overall, the room was still very clean just that cleaning service could be improved.

Incredibly helpful staff”
Turned up with a damaged knee, staff found a wheelchair for me to use for the 24 hours I was there. They helped with my luggage to and from the room and were all very pleasant and nothing was too much for them. Thank you!

Friendly and helpful staff, clean, good location as it is just 5 streets from Shinjuku Station South exit, and there is underground passage directly link to the hotel.

Nice Stay for a night!”
The location of the hotel was great. Only 10min distance from the jr station and 4min from the sight seeing tokyo province governmental building. The size of the room was a little bit small but acceptable since most of the japan hotels are small in size. The hotel was clean, the workers were kind and there was also a convenient store on the 1st floor! I had a very nice stay here.

Room was cosy yet has everything! Walkable distance from Shinjuku station! There is everything you need in the hotel building including family mart! I love it!

nice hotel with full amenities ”
the hotel is great, nice and full amenities. by the air con not cool. The staff said we can borrow fan and heater if we needed. but we think is too troublesome.

Better than ANNEX”
Main building is better than Annex for me. Closer to convenient store and easier to go out to the main road. Room condition were same. Affordable in Shinjuku area. A bit far from Shinjuku station, but still walking distance.

Nice room and lots of culinary choices”
The room are nice and the facilities are clean and good. There are many restaurants located on the building and also there is a convenience store located on the ground floor opening 24 hrs. It may not be located right next to Shinjuku Station but it is only a 10-min walk with airport buses stopping in frot of the hotel during normal hours.

The walk from station to hotel was tedious with all the luggages and 2 kids. Directions to the hotel given was not clear, so we made a detour. But the good thing was that there was a direct transport to the airport. And the hotel is clean and the service is good. Overall is a good stay at the hotel. Will still go back again.

Location, access to airport transfers, train station, local bus, breakfast, and staff service were all great. The only issue I had was that the reception area and ground floor areas smelled of too much cigarette smoke that it gave me headaches whenever I had to wait for my companions in that area.

Recommended”
Friendly receptionist who can speak English. Good location for me who participated in the Marathon. Walking distance to Shinjuku Metro Station. There is a family-mart in level 1 and a few restaurants in Basement 1.
