The hotel is clean,quiet , comfortable, conveniently located 15 mins walking distance to Tokyo station, 3 mins to shin nihombashi, both JR stations, good for the JR pass. Shops, supermarkets and department stores, restaurants aplenty around the hotel. Small rooms but adequate and well equipped, don't even bring a tooth brush, all will be provided. We would stay here again.

Ideal businessman hotel”
Right smack in the cbd and highend stores.I like the japanese breakfast that prepared me for the day.Clean.Friendly staff.Restroom not for big people.Surroundings typical cbd,a lot of people walking about in the morning to go to their offices and same office people having dinner and drinks in nearby restaurants and bars at night.Nothing really interesting but comfortable hotel.

Good value”
Good value for the price. Hotel is located in the pricey Nihombashi area. Everything about the hotel is great, especially the staffing. The hotel is located within 3 minutes walking distance from Mitsukoshi Department store and several of the train stations. Also situated in a small 'road' and it is quiet. I suggest having the breakfast which was 900 yen but if you want a good breakfast and have the time it is worth it. Smile Hotel is larger (rooms and wider hallways) than business hotels like Toyoko Inn so it feels roomier.

Excellent location at a great price ”
Great location and great pricing in the center of the city. Subway is 5 min walk away and there are lots of food places and convenience stores around. The room was basic but clean, no complains.

The hotel is very central, just 10 minutes walk to Tokyo station. 3 minutes away from Mitsukoshimae station (Ginza line and Hibiya line). There is also a mall nearby (Coredo) with plenty of food choices. The single room is cosy, and there's all the basic necessities you need.

The staffs are nice and kindness. The location of the hotel is quite good. It takes 3mins to the subway on foot. I really recommend this hotel.

Lots of extras such as toothbrushes, bottled water, wash towels, toothpicks and ear cleaners, and the laundry machines auto fill detergent so you don't have to buy your own. Staff is very friendly and top-notch room cleaners. Layout of the room is good, bathroom door doesn't open into the bed area like another place we stayed at. Near subway entrance and shopping, lots of food places around the block.

Great for Tokyo standards!”
You already know that hotels in Tokyo (budget ones) have very small rooms. Smile managed to offer even a desk and a small hallway. As a solo travel, I found that I have everything I need inside: warm water shower, a comfy bed, a heater to keep me warm during the night (I actually took advantage of it, setting it high, sleeping without a blanket during winter, hehe) You have a small fridge, if you are like me stocking up from 7-eleven. As for amenities, you have everything you need and more: toothbrush, soap, rinse, shampoo, tissues, tea, bottle of water, shoe shine kit! Cons: The location is good but not great. From the subway you'll find yourself walking 15 minutes and from the JR around 10 minutes. Not a lot, but it's worth to mention. I recommend you this place for sure!

I was a solo traveler and it was a small room. But it was perfect! Everything was convenient. My only issue was the mattress... pretty stiff. But my back wasn’t killing me, so I really cannot complain at all! ありがとうございました！

Great value and clean hotel”
This is a very good value hotel with clean rooms, easy process and professional staff. I appreciated they held my bag overnight while I took a trip elsewhere in Japan for one night. The rooms may be somewhat small by US standards, but they have everything you need and are great for someone looking to see the sights of Tokyo by day.

Front of Hotel,we can enjoy @Art Aquarium museum. It’s amazing!! We can enjoy to find long history’s shops. 5 minutes to metro. I love here.

the bed and rooms are quite ok, small but quaint for us! Even though it was updated the hotel is clean. However since this are is in upscale, there are no supermarket nearby, nearest was few convenient store. from the train station it was a quite a walk. For me, since I don't walk a lot, few hill step/stairs going from the train station (from the airport) to the hotel was a bit challenging specially I need to carry 23KG of bag. Pro's is that there is a direct line (1 ride) from the airport to the nearest station of the hotel. tokyo central is also a walk-able distance. The price is so much a steal for the shopping class district. (super classy neighborhood) Quiet neighborhood. Nevertheless I cannot complain with this place, ill be happy to stay again.

Near subway, Osaka station, has a lot of restaurant near there. Having a tempura restaurant near there, very delicious.

My husband and I stayed in a small double bed for 3 nights. It was comfortable and fit us both easily. The hotel was close to the subway and suited our needs perfectly. A great base when exploring Tokyo

This hotel has a good location easy walking distance from Tokyo Station and nearby restaurants, coffee, and shopping. Very friendly and professional staff and straightforward check-in, and baggage hold process. The breakfast is recommended!
