Perfect except lousy wifi”
Brand new hotel not too far from Namba. The only negative is that the wifi frequently disconnects in the room. The olny reliable signal is in the lobby.

Good hotel at good location”
This a new Smile Hotel located near Kintetsu-Nippombashi Station (around 5 min walk) and also near Shinsaibashi-Suji Shopping Street. The hotel is new and comfortable. Suggest for short stay tourists.

Located 10 minutes walk from Dotonbori, and Family Mart at the entrance of the hotel. About 15 minutes walk from the nearest Metro station. Location is great. Apart from that, everything else is just ordinary. Room is clean, smells good, and quiet. Note that they charge extra for room service. If you choose not to take room service, they will leave a fresh set of towels outside your room in the morning. Service staff can’t speak English or Mandarin well. They charge extra for late checkout after 10am. Ice machines are only available on some floors.

Bathroom has weird smell(like ppl pee inside the bath tub), so we call the staff to have a change for the room. But they only change the bath curtain, and the smell is still there! That’s the only thing I dislike the most, jr station is far away from the hotel.

位置跟交通都算滿方便的，這次選擇的是沒有客房清潔的房間，雖沒清潔但客房人員會將換洗的毛巾放在房門以供更換，美中不足的地方是，沒有髮夾跟乳液，所以如果有女生同行，建議隨身攜帶髮夾與乳液

入住二人只給一張房卡，提出要求推說安全理由！？早上10點退房，否則收費。要求很多，但是房間內有小蟲，厠所有飛蟲！立冬天氣怎麼會這樣？！
