Good Location, New Decor (March 2023)”
Great Location. It is about 3-5 mins walk to Daimon Subway Station where you could easily access Haneda (appr. 30-35 mins) or Narita airport (appro. 50 mins), Tokyo Bigsite Venue, and other sites in Tokyo. Hotel was clean and new when I stayed in March, 2023. Highly recommend.

Nice surprise”
I stayed 4 nights at this hotel. Was very surprised how spacious it was compared to the other hotels I've stayed in Tokyo. It was 195 sf compared to the others which were about 120 sf. And they're priced the same. The room was very well designed and user-friendly. E.g. the moment you enter the room, there's a wooden rack on the wall that allows you to immediately hang your multiple jackets. The location is great too, as it's just a 5 min walk to Hamamatsucho station.

The property is very clean and spacious and well organized. The price is good for the location. Very close to the Tokyo tower. There are numbers of eateries nearby plus it’s very close to the public transport, trains and monorails.

We loved our 4 day stay at Sotetsu Frésa Inn Daimon! The staff were so incredibly helpful and accommodating whenever we had any questions or requests. The facilities and rooms were all clean, fresh and new. The location is in a fabulous neighbourhood behind Tokyo Tower, close to shops, restaurants, Zojoji Temple and other areas of interest. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing somewhere to stay in Tokyo :)

The hotel’s location, room facility, cleanness, friendly staff and quietness are exceptional, additional view of Tokyo tower was real bonus! I will recommend this hotel to anyone who love to have a good sleep in a clean bed after busy day in Tokyo.

Easy to get to the hotel even with 29' luggage, with detailed photos for directions on their official website. Luggage could be opened flat even without the excessive space under the bed. Between subways to ginza, jr line, haneda airport etc. 24hr self check-in machine with language options (staff may come out to assist if you are stuck). Sufficient amenities at the first floor in front of the elevator. New construction with super affordable price. Definitely first option for my next visit.

3mins walk to daimon station A3 exit (no elevator on this exit) new building, small room but very clean. 1200 yen breakfast is worth paying. Some restaurants are near this hotels.

Clean, good location, all the amenities provided. The shampoo and conditioner are great! I liked the pyjama as well. The self check in/out is super easy and convenient! I had an amazing week. I can find only one 'fault' it's weird that the night before the "mandatory room cleaning" (because of covid they clean the room at least every 3 days) the staff slip a letter under the door with a message saying that you have to put the blue tag on the door so the cleaning staff can enter the room the next day. But the first time I got scared by the noise of the paper slipping under the door when i was in bed and everything completely silent, it was 1,30 am why doing it at that time?? Please consider doing it at an earlier hour. The room was always very quiet I never heard my neighbours.

I love this hotel, decent room size just good for 1 or 2 person , few minutes away from train station, very clean room , soundproof all good . Self check in and out counter . Variety of amenities take as you can just right beside check in counter.
