A Charming Little Place”
The room I had was *tiny* compared to an American hotel room, but that was easily adjusted to. After my initial surprise, I didn't think twice about it. The staff were unfailingly polite, charming, friendly, and helpful; one young lady in particular even took time to help me navigate the iPhone I'd rented. They also have fairly good English for those of us who don't speak Japanese. The breakfast buffet, at 1100 yen for a ticket, gives you access to a good array of food both Japanese and Western, including coffee, tea, and soup options. The cleaning crew always did a good job keeping things neat, too. I gifted the desk clerks with cookies at the end of my stay, and I will certainly recommend this place to most anybody.

Great hotel in a great location. The staff are always super friendly and helpful and the rooms and areas are always very clean. Very sad that they’ve had to reduce amenities in the rooms though, but you can still pick them up in reception.

Perfect hotel near Hamamatsucho station”
Within walking distance to Hamamatsucho station where you can take monorail to Haneda airport. As usual, room is cleaned and complete. Everything works perfectly. Nothing really to complain about. Perfect.

Comfortable hotel”
I had a candlelight dinner near the hotel near Tokyo Tower. This hotel is incredible. Close to the station, near the main road, tokyo tower, I'd like to stay here again if I o to Tokyo again.

It’s a bit out of the way from the major stations (eg Hamamatsucho JR) but conveniently near the Daimon station subway. Lots of convenience stores and quiet restaurants around.

Nice place for nice price”
I stayed one night and it was very pleasant. Staff very educated and helpful. The place was no easy to find because it is between a lot big buildings (it’s a “building offices commercial area” but the place is very quiet at night. Very Recommended.

Once one gets the hang of it. .”
Its in a small street and there are a couple of shibadaimon st. But once found its actually near daimon exits A6 A3. Mosburger is a good landmark. And when one gets the hang of daimon-hamamatsucho station combo Tokyo n beyond is within reach. Room small but double bed big enough and really firm, so were the pillows. No safe-deposit but not needed. Closet really needed. Tub nice after a day's walk. Check out 10am, room cleaning up to 2pm. But they considered 11 and called to ask about cleaning. PJ, slipper, kettle, toiletries available. No coffee/tea. Water if you go green. But tap water ok. No English channel. Coin laundry, ice and vendo available. Parks, Tsukiji n Tokyo tower a few minutes away. Many resto around special n pricy but lots of 7-11, Lawson, family mart around.

The room is pretty small but for Tokyo standard is really good value for the money you pay. The location is great, really near to Shimbashi and Hamamatsucho stations. The staff was super friendly and eager to help us. It was a good experience overall.

Clean, Free Coffee!”
Near train station, in a very upmarket area, staff very lovely, standard Japanese hotel room but it was the best of the three we stayed in, was very tidy the aircon worked well, the beds were the comfiest out of the hotels we stayed in, also free coffee!

Near to TOKYO Tower and public transport and Ginza is walking distance and a quiet surroundings area.

Good location and value (didn't pay full price), very small room, so-so breakfast”
Everything is average or better for Tokyo, and we got a great price (w/discount). Convenient location, without being noisy, crowded or dirty. Staff had a very good attitude, and special maps of nearby food and tourist locations were handy. First floor 'dining room' (location for breakfast) is great for chatting or informal meetings. Close to JR (Hamamatsucho) and subway (Daimon and Onarimon) stations, gives lots of options for transportation. Shimbashi is not far. Also close to Shiba Park, Hama Rikyu Garden and Tokyo Tower.
