Excellent place to stay in Kyoto!”
Hotel is just across Kyoto main station. It is very much accessible through hachijo east exit. There’s avanti mall with don quijote and lawson convenience store beside the hotel. Limousine bus terminal to the airport is also one block away. Rooms are very clean. Facilities are great! Staff were very nice and helpful. You’ll be provided with toiletries and lots of dhc products at the lobby. Will stay again in the future!

Good location, Comfortable bed, I will stay here again!”
Stay here for 4 nights.. room is pretty spacious, but lack of hangers in room which we cannot understand why they never provide since there are so much space in the room. Location is great - Lawson is just downstairs, next building is Avanti Shopping Center where there is a Don Quijote that we really visit everyday ☺, airport transfer busstop just outside Avanti, and this hotel is just 5mins walk from Kyoto Station. Bed is comfortable and big. Highly recommended!

Great Location, Well Planned Room, Hospitable Front Desk”
Stayed here for a night and this is the hotel I’d highly recommend as a base if you’re making day trips out to other regions from Kyoto. Pros: - Great Location (5 minutes walk from Kyoto Station, Donki/Clothing stores are located at the Front, Convenience Store next door, Food can be found within Walking Distance at different price points) - Well thought out room (Luggage Rack is provided for (without calling Housekeeping for it), dedicated air conditioning+heater, in room phone charging USB (Micro Usb, Type C and Lightning and plug)) - Hospitable Front Desk that is fluent in English. - Complementary Amenities such as Cleansing Oil, Toners, Face Mask, Body Lotion, Teas available at the Lobby - Free Coffee from Teatime to Midnight at Lobby. Cons: - You may get lost while figuring your way to the Hotel from Kyoto Station as the Station has multiple exits. Tip is to get to the Bus Station near Avanti.

Excellent hotel...”
We stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel is very near to Kyoto Station, there is a convenient store downstairs. Staff were friendly & helpful, speak good English. Room were clean & all amenities looks like new. Wide range of toiletries, skin care, tea to choose from the counter. One thing to remind is that they are very strict on number of pax, pls do mention your child during booking, else may incur additional charges when check in later.

Near Kyoto Station, we walked with our luggage, easy. Looks very beautiful when you see the building from the outside and keeps getting better when you're walkin in. Rooms are beautiful, not small and clean. Has a warm feeling and was really a joy to stay here. Breakfast is also fine, would be better if there were more choices. But big space breakfast room. Loved it.

EXCELLENT LOCATION”
Walking distance to Kyoto station is within 3 mins. Reception staff is very friendly and helpful and speak good English. Very thoughtful of them to provide facial mask, body lotion, bath salt and many more for the comfort of the guest which I don't see from other hotel which I stayed during our holiday in Japan. Ice cubes are available from level 1 which is great for a iced cold drinks.

Great Location and Clean Room”
About a 5 minute walk south of Kyoto Station. Very clean and minimalist style. The room itself was clean and they give free toiletries next to the elevators before you head up. (This came in handy as I booked this room last minute and didn't have any toiletries). Comfortable stay and conveniently located.

Great location, exit from the Hachijo Exit at Kyoto Station and the hotel is a 3 minute walk from the station. Lawson convenience stall downstairs. Friendly staff who speaks excellent English - communication not a problem. Very clean and spacious room. No complains at all.

From the day I booked this hotel thru Agoda, the staff has shown great efficiency by responding immediately to our requests and queries. Great location, as the hotel is just a few minutes walk from the Kyoto station as well as the limousine bus stop. There is a convenience store beside the hotel. Amenities and freebies were well provided. The room is bigger than the other hotel that we checked in, with almost the same price range. Checking in and checking out was a breeze. They also provide a few discount coupons to Avanti mall. I loved it!

Very convenient location”
The Inn has a couple of conbini nearby so you won’t have to worry about getting hungry in the middle of the night. There’s a donqui nearby too. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. There are actually extra toiletries(bath soak, face mask, cleanser, etc) at the lobby area. I realised it too late but it was a pleasant surprise.

This hotel was very well situated close to Kyoto Station and the Avanti shopping mall which offers cafes, restaurants and shopping. The staff were truly lovely and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. A very pleasant experience. Thank you

Great boutique hotel”
Location was central just a 5 minute walk to the Kyoto Station. Hotel is very clean, spacious for Japan standards and the staff are very polite and helpful. There are free ladies amenities as well like face masks, moisturisers, lotion which are very helpful especially as it was cold during our visit

Very nice hotel”
Very near the station. Bigger than the usual hotels in Japan so we enjoyed the extra space and there's even a small coffee table and chair at the corner of the room. Very clean hotel since it's a new hotel. I hope this will be maintained. Will definitely book again if I go back to kyoto

It's very close to Kyoto station. Hotel is very new and bed is comfortable. There's a coffee machine in the lobby providing free coffee after 3pm. And also you can get free DHC skin products in the lobby every night.

Room is more spaciousness than many other hotels in Japan. Good breakfast. Free amenities for ladies was especially useful when I ran out of make up cleanser. Clean coin operated washing machine and dryer.

Extended our stay an additional night at this hotel because we liked it so much. Hotel was conventionally located a few blocks from the Kyoto station, where there is a plethora of shops and restaurants. Staff were accommodating with late check out (1000yen/hr until 2pm), and kindly helped us forward our luggage to our next destination. Exceptional service!

The hotel is very close to Kyoto station. Only takes about 5-7 mins from the hotel. The room is super spacious and clean. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!
