Room was tiny (although clean) as what you would expect in Japan. We can open only 1 luggage at a time as it's very tinyyy! We also have a bulky stroller that blocks the very little space we have. But I wouldn't mind staying in this hotel as there are so many restaurants around the area and it is very close to Kinshicho station which was very convenient to go to different parts of Tokyo. If you want to leave your luggage for a day or two and should this hotel can't accommodate your request, Kinshicho station have coin lockers for your convenience. Very very clean and i love it! Our child have small toys and we didn't notice that some fell on the floor. Upon coming back to the hotel, we found the toys all lined up in the headboard. It's so cute and thoughtful of the housekeeping staff. Also, I have to take note that (for me) their toothbrush is perfect! I usually don't use hotel toothbrushes cause they're usually stiff or too soft, but theirs is Japan-different. Hahaha!

Exceptional hotel in Kinshicho”
This was my first time in Tokyo and we wanted a hotel with good location and budget (in Tokyo means) price. Paid 430 USD for 7 nights and were more than satisfied. Location is perfect - a little bit far away from Tokyo's hustle but very convenient in terms of transportation and services in surrounded areas. Very quiet area but close to transportation hub and numerous eatings around. Parco, OIOI, Olines shopping malls just a few step away, Kinshischo station just in a few minutes walking. The room is small but very tidy and clean, free tea and coffee amenities, ice machine and microwave oven at second floor. Important thing - direct cheap train from Narita to Kinshcho (1340 JPY per person) - not an express train, but very clean and comfortable - 1 h 20 min from Narita. Overall highly recommended for a short Tokyo stay. We will surely come back sometime.

Tiny but Wonderful”
Came here for our honeymoon, first time in Japan and the staff were wonderful. They're rather strict on check-in time so make sure you make provisions for that. As with all comments, the rooms are small. My husband is 178cm tall and average-sized body whilst I'm 155cm, more on the heavy side. We managed to meander our way within the room but with 2 large luggage, we always had to rearrange before finding comfort. When we first entered the room, we had a personalised card to welcome the newlyweds (us!) - we still have it till today. Loved their services and the location was superb. Not too near the city, yet all the popular destinations were within the next few stations. Would love to come back again for a second honeymoon!

It was our second time to stay at the hotel, the first time being in October 2018. This time we stayed a total of 6 nights and we were able to cover much more ground in Tokyo because of being more familiar with the transport system and knowing where to go. The hotel's location and proximity to the trains and subway really helped us a lot. Moreover, one can not complain about the super clean rooms, bathrooms and corridors and the great staff that helped us in many ways. Beds are comfortable and help one sleep well. Compared to most hotels, the rooms may be a bit small, but the advantages far outweigh that item, because most of the time, you will be out and about in Tokyo anyway. Next time I will be in Tokyo, I will still chose to stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn at Tokyo-Kinshicho.

A great recommendation for everyone”
We have stayed at the hotel for 9 days as a group of 4 people in 2 rooms. The staff is really friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and appropiate in size for the budget/tokyo in general. Also if you stay for a longer period and don't need your room cleaned daily, you can opt for a eco friendly clean, which is a very nice option in my opinion. In the lobby you can help yourself to various bathroom amenities (facemasks, showercaps, bath sponges etc.). On the second floor are some vending machines with drinks and a microwave for your late night cravings, if you don't want to step outside. The washing machine and dryer are very helpful if you need them. Near the hotel is pretty much everything you need some convenince stores, supermarkets, restaurants and the next train station is just a 5 minute walk away.

Perfect hotel 🏨 ”
This hotel exceeds my expectations! Pros - reasonably priced compared to hotels beside it as well as as those in popular districts like Shibuya. - less than 5min walking distance to kinshicho station which will connect you to other parts of Tokyo - 3 shopping centres near the station. More than enough to meeting shopping and restaurant needs. A 24hr supermarket is also Available in one of the shopping mall. - very clean rooms and pyjamas provided - friendly staffs. - front desk with coffee dispenser, a counter with free face mask, bath Salt etc. Cons - Nil

great hotel”
Stayed here for 5days and 4 nights and it exceeded my expectations. Veey near train station, mall and restaurants. Staffs are great, rooms are very clean. Upon booking i told them that i need a quiet room because i am a light sleeper and i wake up easily when i hear noise. And they gave me a very quiet room indeed. Pillows and bed are super comfy. They have everything that you need. Will surely recommend this hotel to friends and family. And i will stay here again on my next visit to tokyo

Awesome!”
The hotel staff was awesome! The hotel room itself was a bit smaller than what we are used to but it was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and they had a lot of useful items at the front if in case you needed something. The staff was very friendly and always greet us with a smile. Keep up the amazing work!

good location and excellent service”
We stay in different hotel around Japan but this one is my husband favourite. The room a bit small but very new and clean and comfortable.My husband very enjoy breakfast in the hotel and nice view to see Skytree. It is very convenience transport to go to airport and Tokyo station.We will come back to stay here again.

Stayed here for 8 nights, no issues or problems encountered. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel's location is very convenient as it's just a few meters away from a JR line and a Tokyo Metro line. This is really good as it gave us options on efficient and faster ways to travel to and from the hotel. It's not very near those touristy spots and major shopping areas but we liked how peaceful and relaxing the area was. It has a great view of the Tokyo Skytree too. The room though small, was comfy enough for our family considering we had our little boy along.

Clean N Neat , Friendly staff Hotel”
The stay were good. The staff were friendly and tried to answer to all the question we asked. The room were neat and clean. Location wise were near to the station which is 5-10min walk. Nearby alot of food and shopping. Overall we love the stay there and will be back again

Value for money”
Pro . 5minutes or less walk from station. Nearby food eatery & convenient store. Hotel amenities & even Air purifier with humidifier which is important during season change. Con. Eco cleaning with complimentary of plastic bottle of water which doesn’t seems to eco friendly. Early check out which is normal in Japan. Overall I would definitely stay here again

1. Strategic location for public transport; 2. Food enjoyment over this area; 3. Hotel staff courtesy. Well communicate; 4. Hotel cleanness is essential; 5. Self service amenities at the lobby is remarkable. The kids loved it very much! 6. Noise filtration between rooms are good.

Everything you can ask for, excellent value”
For starters, the location was perfect. Walking distance from the JR station and subway station and the area is littered with restaurants and shopping malls. Easy access to convenience stores and two supermarkets, one of which is open 24 hours. The room was small, but still had enough space for our luggage. Facilities were excellent within the rooms and additional amenities were available at the reception upon request. Would highly recommend to anyone going to Tokyo.

Best hotel we've been in Japan”
Best value for money. Facilities are awesome, location is very close to a JR line or Subway Metro station called "Kinshicho", the 3 days metro pass saved us a lot of money. Not only that, they have a lot of freebies like different skin care products for men and women, free coffee etc. Breakfast is awesome you'll definitely like it. Facilities looks high end. Definitely will recommend it and come back again. Staffs are very nice and friendly!

Good location from both JR and Subway Station”
The staff are well trained and could communicate in English. The place are very clean & comfortable to stay. There are also free ladies and men's amenities at the lobby for the guest to take. Free coffee from 3pm to 12am at the lobby as well. The location is excellent as it is very near to the JR Station as well as the Tokyo Metro Subway Station. Nearby there are lots of eatery, shopping mall with supermarkets and many more. If I go to Tokyo again, I will definitely stay here again. I also highly recommend this place to my friends. Another thing to mention is that there are only 2 washing machines & 2 dryers which are not enough. Hopefully, could add another 2 more for washing machines & dryers in future.

Nice Staff Good Location Excellent for Service mind”
Hotel nearly MRT and JR Line.Free for ice second floors (wash machine , Oven machines , water machine at Second floors) Hotel nearly 7/11 , family mart , yoshinoya , many for food shop and very near shopping mall. The staff hotel very excellent for services mind. Hotel nearly at Keawjai Shop(Thai restaurant)is very delicious and good taste and nice staff. We recommend.!!!

Best hotel ever”
I traveled to many countries with many hotel but this time I have to admit that this is the best hotel I've experienced. Nice room, nice location and especially PERFECT STAFFS. My wife got an ankle injury in weekend and they helped us very hard to have the wheelchair so we can go around in our 4 days at the hotel. Without it, our vacation could be ruined.

Best hotel for foreign travellers”
Location is great. You can almost travel every city in tokyo in minutes! Breakfast buffet is cheap and delicious. Place is clean Staffs are really helpful! They even lend us an umbrella when it rains

near subway and JR lines, very clean and comfortable”
Stayed at twin room for 5 nights in May 2019. Great location, near subway and JR lines. All staffs were very nice and helpful as well. The room was standard size for Japanese hotel, but very clean and comfortable. The only thing minus were the check in and check out time. Check in time at 15.00 PM was very late for us,, we arrived at the Hotel at 10.00 AM and needed some rest after a long trip, but we couldn't check in. Check out time at 10.00 AM was too early for us. It made us had to wake up early in the morning to pack our lugages. Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel during our trip in Tokyo.
