A great place to stay for a group of backpackers”
It was our first time to stay in a hotel when in Japan, as we have small children and seniors during our travel. The place is very near the train station. It is also near convenient stores, aka your lifeline. Rooms are cozy, clean and has the basic things you need. Hotel has vendo machines (like any place in Japan), ice maker, microwave - all in our floor, and even have laundry rooms in another. Checking out was breeze, unlike any other hotels we've been to. Since we're in Japan, everything is automated, even checking out! All you need are you room cards. Oh, did I mention they have freebies right at the hotel lobby? Will definitely book here again when I visit Tokyo.

As for transportation, like you mentioned, it takes only 1 min to get our hotel from the station. What's more, Tokyo Metro Tozai-line has very easy access to the central Tokyo area so you can get to Ginza for shopping or Otemachi for Tokyo imperial palace in 10-20 min! (It only takes 30 min to get to Tokyo Disney land in Chiba!) Also, thank you for mentioning about our check-in service! We have started running 2 auto check-in machine since this May and it's been amusing many guests from overseas!! Also thank you for mentioning about the room size and housekeeping service! The room is clean and neat. Best stay so far in Tokyo. Travellers can take ride to Narita Airport around 1 hr to reach.

Good location is near Toyocho exit5 then arrive hotel Easy to go everywhere. Hotel is new and nice room and clean but a little small. Everything all good. Recommend guys. Next time I will again

This hotel is a bit out of central Tokyo but it was good to have the subway right outside the hotel. And because it was out of Tokyo- it was a nice and quiet stay and not a whole heap of people on the trains. Nice hotel.

Booked this hotel for its location (right next to Toyocho station) and price (cheaper than other business hotels i looked at around Tokyo area). Pros: clean, close to subway and multiple convenience stores, quiet neighborhood, more affordable than comparable hotel chains, adequate heating, fast check-in and check-out Cons: room is small - no space to lay out suitcases, no closet, no free bottled water Toyocho is about 30 mins to the city center - quite a distance but we didn't mind, we quite liked that the area was quiet and not full of people

i didnt thought that my stay would be so pleasant , the hotel bed at first got a bit of 'sand' but overall the facilities are just great! i stayed with my 10,7 and 4 yo kids, and the bed was spacious for us , i can share the bed with my kids! but as you know, the hotel in japan are tiny and cramped, however this place proven otherwise. plus , the Toei Line is just 1,2 minutes walk and the bus limo to the airport just 3 mins walk. we only used buses when we went to disneyland and miraikan. the kids loves the bus more than their efficient train! haha we are muslim, hence halal food are very limited but there are Lawson and Family conveniently nearby hotel. definitely we will book this hotel again when we visit tokyo again!

А normal hotel in Tokyo with some japanese rules”
The rooms are ok for Tokyo (small, but it's common for Tokyo). We've got for every guest (even for a baby) keys and lost one of the card-key and had to pay about 20 euro. There's a microwave and some vending machines with snacks and drinks the guests can use. And there're coin washing machines (about 500-600 yen inkl. drying). The location is really good. There're many supermarkets, the metro-station is a few meters nere the hotel. The stuff was polite, but as we came with a baby and a toddler after 15 hours flight one hour before check-in-time, we couldn't get a room. The room was ready, but the policy of the hotel is, that you have to pay to check-in earlier (i think, it was about 20 euro/hour). This was very unusual and unpleasant.

1. APA Kiba is old 2. Hotel Route Inn Grand is new but price is more high So this hotel is the best hotel around Toyocho

Good but not great”
I travelled to Tokyo for 7D 6N and it was our third time going to Japan. The rooms were cheap, the subway is literally next door, many restaurants and grocery stores nearby (family mart and OK mart) and not too far from the tourist attractions. The offered the basic amenities such as soap, shampoos, shaver, water boiler, mini fridge, pajamas and slippers. However, the room was cramped (expected for this price range in such a location), no buffet breakfast option, TV channels were all in Japanese and the subway is part of the Tokyo metro. If you bought a JR rail pass, you’ll still have to pay money to get to the JR stations. That being said, I would still definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and would certainly go back there.

Value for money with easy access to metro station ”
We had 2 triple rooms for our family of 6 and found them to be very comfortable and spacious enough to accommodate us. Super close to metro station so very easy to travel around Tokyo. Very easy check in and check out procedure and the Saizeriya restaurant in the basement was an added bonus!

Very near to Toyocho Station (Tozai Line - light blue colour) Exit 5 with escalator or Exit 1 has a lift and five minutes walk to a bus stop for coach to Haneda Airport.

Spacious room ”
I booked the triple sharing room and size is spacious for the 3 of us. Bed is firm, just pillow a little hard. Location not that fantastic but right about train station. Access to Haneda airport is easy but a little challenging to Narita. Overall good stay in this spacious and clean triple sharing room.
