Perfect place to stay”
This is the perfect place to stay when you visit Jeju. Hotel is right in front of Gwandeokjeong Pavilion, beside is Underground shopping mall, there is also CU convenience store on the right side, near NH bank atms, left side is a very affordable souvenier shop. It is also near dongmun traditional market. Jeju city hall is only few minutes bus ride where you can enjoy the night life or 30mins walk. The facilities is super great! We booked a double room but they gave us a triple room since the room we booked isn't available that time. Free parking lot, very clean shower room, housekeeping visits everyday to clean the room, change the towels everyday and give waters everyday. The staffs are very accomodating. Overall, this is the best place to stay in Jeju. I'll definitely stay again here. Super thumbs up!

Stay here”
We stayed here on our first night ever in Korea and gave us a very favourable impression. The location is very convenient for exploring the town - the underground shopping street passes in front of the hotel and Dongmung market (not to be missed) is close by. Very comfortable stay in a clean quiet room with a view of the Gwandeokjeong Pavilion. Buses stop 50 m from the door. Recommended.

Central location with usefull facilities for my family”
Pro Central location, 1 minute walk to the entrance of the underground shopping mall that connects to Dongmun Market. Opposite the hotel is an important heritage site of Jeju. Free delicious water from the 24/7 water dispenser. Self-help washing machines and dryers. Improvement Could provide English explanation or instruction on the use and buttons of the washing machine and dryer.

Good for price and convenience”
It's located near the big street market, 10 minutes to the airport via taxi, near a bus station that allows for long travels and has a lot of nice side cafes and shops to visit near it. Great place if you want to travel the northern part of Jeju. Go for it.

Value for money, for solo, group and family.”
Good hotel for travelers who are going outside instead of staying in the hotel. It has good location where a bus stop to airport is nearby. For shoppers, it’s close to Chilsungro Shopping Town, Jungang Underground Shopping Centre and Dongmun Market. Make use of the luggage storage service if you arrive too early for check in. Staff is nice to help. Keep the card for claiming baggage. FYI, There’s no Gym room and swimming pool inside hotel. (There is coin laundry yet I didn’t try it). Further, only one key card for one room is provided (requested but no additional card even for 2 people checked in). Also, there is shower gel, shampoo, towels, glasses and comb in toilet but not the toothbrush (so, bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste).

Recommended”
Location is prefect. Jungang Underground Market is just 50m away from the hotel. The room is in a good condition, well maintained and spacious. The staffs are helpful, they even help me call for taxi to the airport. Overall, it is recommended for others!

I went to Seoul, Busan and Jeju. And this is the best hotel out of the three cities in terms of overall. The bed, the toilet. The receptionist is so helpful in getting us a private charter everyday. Cheaper than in Klook rate.

it's very close to 동문시장. So we can enjoy buying lots of foods. 객실룸안은 정말 쾌적하고 깔끔했습니다. 직원들도 상당히 친절했습니다

The hotel location is great with the underground shopping next to the hotel. The bed is comfortable. Friend & helpful staff who could speak English. There are free carpark with a guard. He was very helpful when my car battery died. He helped me to call the rental company.

Nearest to most attractions places at downtown jeju. Can excess all the places by walking through underground shopping complex. No hassle.
