Close to beach”
Unfortunately I only got to spend one night, but I was greeted with a very friendly clerk at check-in, my room was clean and the breakfast was simple but good. The pool looked nice as well. Will definitely stay there again.

great location”
Staff was very nice and helped us out each time we needed anything. Just a little slow when u check in. The elevator went down had to climb steps but they got it fixed really quick. Great location for the excess to beach and restaurants around u. They need to get all the construction done that was the only real down fall. Everything was super nice and would definitely stay there again.

Nice place close to the beach”
We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is nice and clean. I really liked having a balcony. The area felt safe. We would go on walks at night and always felt perfectly safe. The hotel is close enough to the beach that we could either walk a bit or take a 2minute drive and park at the beach public parking lot. The staff was friendly. We did not wake up early enough to try the breakfast, but there are plenty of options in the area to try out. I will definitely be coming back and staying at this hotel! Very nice place!

Vacation”
We stayed here 4 nights. Great place, staff was friendly. We had no problems. When we need anything they were quick to respond. Enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Close to the beach and other surrounding events. The kids loved the 2 pools and we enjoyed the hot tub. Would stay there again.

This hotel was the cleanest hotel in our month of travel. I NEVER go barefoot, but in this room I did. Breakfast was varied and fresh. We would definitely stay again.

Our first time as a family of 5 traveling with the younger all younger then 5 & Summer place fit us perfect , it’s in the middle of everything & the breakfast they have in the mornings saved us from having to rush up every morning to find something for everyone to eat ! It’s absolutely beautiful I loved everything about it we’re definitely making this our every other weekend getaway

Pleased with the hotel and the location ”
The internet needs to be upgraded. I had to work while on vacation and was not able to use the wifi. The signal was 1 bar most of the time and I could not connect at all. Other than that it was a very nice hotel.

EXCELLENT... I never write reviews. This is the only place we will stay in Destin. Ocean view from balcony. Clean, easy parking, close to everything, stylish. An Awesome place

Very clean and friendly staff”
Very close to the public beach access. Rooms are very clean and have the necessary amenities: fridge, microwave. Mine had a balcony and we had a nice time there. The breakfast had waffles so I appreciated that too. Also, walmart and restaurants are nearby. You could walk to them basically and to the beach too.

Eventhough the hotel is not on the beach, it is only a short ride or walk to get to the beach access. If you are looking to save money this is the hotel for you.

Clean, quiet, friendly”
Stayed here for 4 nights for a beach wedding. Hotel was very nice. For a sold out hotel, it was extremely quiet. Room was clean & staff very friendly. Free Breakfast was nothing extravagant, but served its purpose to get the day started. Free Wi-Fi & lots of cable tv channels. Refrif & microwave in room werent expected, but clean & i used them. Next door to giant arcade/go kart/fun park, pefect for kids. Cons: nothing to do with hotel- The road construction is a disaster. I'm not sure who the city planner is that approved this mess, but they need to find another job. It's a huge problem. Very dangerous for pedestrians. No safe crosswalks & nearly impossible to walk across to other hotels where my friends were & the beach. Plus, the construction should be day & night to get the project done. Especially night since it was near 100 degrees in daytime. I saw no work being done for 3 days. Just blocking roads & zero productivity. Drivers said it's been ongoing 3 years & a nightmare.
