Location was good, considering we had a car, and it was easily accessible by car without much traffic along that street. Reception was polite, although there was a small mistake with the room allocation, it was solved within a couple of minutes and they were really apologetic about it even though it was a small issue. We hardly used the facilities of the hotel, but the amenities within the room were sufficient for our stay.

The room give you chilled vibes. The shower head is too weak. The room is quite spacious.

this hotel is self-check in hotel with all instructions in Korean language. Not suitable for foreigner.

Where is everyone?”
Everything is done by computer. You will not see a single staff and if you need help, help is not guaranteed. They don't pick up the phone when you call and actually, there are no phones even in the rooms. It is self-explanatory, but if you need help and call, it is hit or miss they will pick up the phone.

Be aware, self check in hotel with no staff”
Upon arrival we were shocked as prior booking online it wasn’t mentioned about the pool being out of order and hotel being self check in. The self check wasn’t even available in English and you also have to have a Korean number to do so. We wasted so much time just to get into a room, and once in room there was no phone to contact the staff for a non working A/C, we almost died with 31 degree being in the room. The carpet had so many black hairs on it we had to walk with sliders.. the whole experience was just awful and I wouldn’t recommend staying in this hotel if you’re a foreigner, wasn’t worth our time, nerves and money.

Perfect for travel with friends”
Overall, I was so happy with this hotel. At first when I was looking over the detail of this hotel on Agoda, I doubt hotel’s value because of too reasonable price. But as soon as I entered this hotel in Jungmun, Jeju, I realised I made a good choice. Perfect hotel for travel with friends.

Pleasant stay”
Such a nice hotel, clean and new. Near to tourist attractions. Worth for money. Cons - they didn’t provide baht towel and toiletries. Bring your own . Otherwise you have to top up some money for it.

Convenient if you are driving because it is close to Jungmun Tourist Resort. Closest tourist attraction is Jusangjeolli Cliff.

Bang for the buck”
Pros - reasonable price, clean, good location Cons - since we are from Philippines, we had hard time to understand all the instructions written all over the place especially setting up aircondition :)

can't find any website of this hotel. the location is very far from the bus station. good for those come with car. but very inconvenience for those take public transport.

Very near ICC for our conference meeting, not far from bus station to go airport. ”
Pro Digital Toilet facilities , especially good during cold weather. Con Hardly find restaurant nearby at night, only a steamboat restaurant n café, day time can walk to ICC . But The receptionist can help to order outside pizza to deliver to hotel.
