ужас, ужас, ужас. Начиная с персонала отеля и заканчивая воровством. В отеле воруют и потом нагло смотрят в глаза, говорят мы решим вашу проблему-а потом говорят -извините это клининговая компания виновата, это не мы. Начну по порядку. Заехали в отель, информация,что дети проживают бесплатно до 7 лет, в итоге , увидев детей практически выпинывали их с отеля. Бронирование отменить я уже не могла, кричали о полиции, типо идите, детям бронируйте другой отель. У меня шок -и это Япония. Отношение к Японии поменялось полностью. Такого я даже представить не могла. Оставалось только доплатить, за номер с теми же кроватями. Номер грязный, палас простите воняет, там правда освежитель стоит, чтобы побрызгать. Но в конце этого у нас крадут наушники Airpod, ребенок оставил на кровати, пришли и нет. Жалею, что не вызвала полицию. Но работница отеля заверила, что они разберутся, и решат нашу проблему. В итоге ничего. Даже элементарно не предложили трансфер до аэропорта.Ни ногой туда, никому не желаю там останавливаться. Если не верите-проверьте сами)))) horror, horror, horror. From the hotel staff to theft. They steal in the hotel and then brazenly look into the eyes, they say we will solve your problem, and then they say, excuse this cleaning company is to blame, it is not us. I'll start in order. Good location but other than that nothing is good, there is no 24 hours reception”

The hotel location is good, train station is just within walking distance and there are many shops, restaurants nearby. Room is too small, there is no place to open up your luggage, we put our luggage on the table otherwise there will be no room to walk. Toilet is not good for elderly, the bath tub is high, it is hard for the elderly to get in and out. Toilet ventilation is bad, there is musty smell. Toilet is too small for bigger size person, you will hit the wall when u bend to use the basin. The reception only opens at certain hours. They are closed from 10am to 3pm and 12am to 6am. You will have difficulty in checking in if you arrive at these time. Our flight was 5pm, we wanted to leave our luggage there and go out for a walk but we were being told that the reception will be closed at 10am, we cannot leave our luggage there. End up we have to go to the airport 6 hours earlier just because of this. The cleaners took our things from our room. We lost toothpaste and towel.

Nice hotel near Ueno Station!”

We stayed here for 3 nights. The room is fine. Even if it’s small, it’s just what you can expect from hotels in Tokyo. They offer japanese style breakfast where you can get something like soy-sauce marinated mackerel, stir-fried chicken, meatball served with steam rice and miso soup. You can also get a small variety of bread and coffee from coffee machine. The hotel even provide different types of pillow for your preference and also pajamas. Very convenient. However, everything seems nice at the hotel, just one tiny thing that they don’t provide drinking water in the room. You’ll need to buy bottled water. Anyway, still recommended for travelers

Great Hotel”

Close to Ueno Metro station (within 10 min) and Keisei Ueno Station (within 15 min). Very close to JR Ueno Station (within 5 min). I chose the super room with a bunked bed, size of room is small especially the bathroom but all facilities are well designed that i can still find space to put two 26" luggage in the room without blocking the passage. Room is very clean. The window can be opened a bit and the aircon is cold enough (traveled in May). Breakfast is okay, the soup is delicious. Staff are very friendly, helpful and able to speak simple English.

10mins walk from Ueno station. The hotel will be closed during 10:00-15:00. No bag drop is allowed during this period which is very inconvenient to guest! For those who has arrived earlier than the check-in time, they can only take the luggage hanging around but cannot get into the hotel! What a poor experience! Anyway, the breakfast is good and the room is clean.

Arriving late, we've got the last, larger room. Definitely a lot of space by Tokyo standards. This Superhotel is a bit more worn than other hotels from the same chain I've stayed at before. However it is still clean and comfortable, and has a decent breakfast (though no hot pastries, which some other Superhotels have). Overall would stay again given the price and the location.

Good location and only few minutes to JR station, skyliner to airport only takes about 40 minutes. It was very strict that between 10 am to 3pm no checking in or even drop off the luggage.

This hotel offer a free breakfast, which is good cost saving. The location is quite far from JR or sub way (around 800 meters), thus not convince if you plan to use these transportations. The staff were nice.

Bed size is bigger than I expected but the whole room is barely enough to for 2 persons with 2 pieces of luggage. However, hospitality and hotel breakfast is so unforgettable. The location is good (in 10 minutes from JR station). The hotel worths every penny.

It’s value for money. Breakfast is included just avoid peak time 8-9 it’s over crowded staff couldn’t refill food in time. The room has enough space for 2people. There’s all necessary amenities that you need in the room. There’s selection of pillows for you to choose if you quick enough ( it’s always run out of choice). Last thing the location of the hotel you might feel a little bit far from underground after long day walk

Reception open time is really not convenience”

There reception only start at 3:00pm which is really NOT convenience, that mean you can’t leave your bag at the hotel if you arrive before 3:00pm. And the staff not nice. I know this is a budget hotel but just below basic not even standard.

Value for money, not far from Ueno station”

I spend 2-3 times at Super Hotel JR Ueno-Iriyaguchi when I visited Tokyo, and the hotel will be in my list. The hotel location is closed to JR Ueno at Iriyaguchi exit for 7 - 10 minutes walk. Even though the room is small but its Japan standard. Hotel staff are very service mind and hospitality. I would strongly recommend the hotel for solo, couple traveler or business man. But if you have children, the hotel may not suit for.

Check-in process was a breeze, staffs are all friendly and courteous. The front desk will be closed from 10am to 3pm, so arrive at 3pm to avoid waiting around. The room size fits two person snuggly. Hotel is conveniently located about 5 mins walk from JR Ueno Station, Iriya exit. Hotel provide free breakfast, it is recommended to avoid peak breakfast hour due to limited seating area and buffet table may not be refilled. The hotel room is access by PIN so no check-out process required. Overall a fuss-free, environmentally-friendly and value for money hotel.

Worth the money”

We paid for the same amount of money for air bnb and we got smaller room. The room is standard size in japan. Clean, staff are friendly and helpful. I’m happy. Definitely will come again and stay here

10 am to 3pm closed for cleaning”

This is the first time I've come across a hotel that's closed (even to guests) for cleaning from 10am to 3pm daily, no exceptions and they do not even entertain those who just want to keep deposit their luggage should any guests arrive before 3pm. What's more, location is FAR from any train station, and there's no sheltered walkway in case it rains. In summary, I'm paying to stay for the day, but in fact, the hotel claimed back 5 hours daily just to perform housekeeping.

What’s good 1) location: 5 min to the 不忍口 but then u needa walk like 2-3 mins to the gate , walkable distance to jr/ ameya 2) Breakfast: food is nice, they change the menu / recipe everyday ?? The room might be small that we can’t rly open our luggage , this is understandable as this is Tokyo Recommended for budget travellers and its rly important to have a full breakfast when u need to travel a day long

No luggage deposit”

This is the first time I hear a hotel counter can be closed during daytime! I don’t know what’s wrong with the hotel! Imagine your flight is 4 pm and you check out at 9 am, oops, if you want to catch your flight on time, you cannot leave you luggage there because the hotel is closed from 10 am to 3 pm! You have to find a large locker yourself to put your luggage. Or you arrive the airport at 9 am, when you arrive the hotel with your large luggage, you find that the hotel is closed! You will think what the hell is going on, what should I do? Bring the luggage with me in the first day journey, or find a locker to deposit it? Then where could it be? Who can I ask for help? Besides, when I checked in with my friend, we just talked with them in English instead of Japanese, then the staff took it for granted that we don’t understand Japanese and began to comment on us with another old male staff in Japanese… right, comment on us just in front of us.

It’s abit exhausted while we can’t drop our luggage first due front desk counter only open from 7am - 10am and 3pm - 12am. Please do inform all the customer who early arrive at hotel and wish to drop luggage first prior check in time 3pm. So customer able to walk around without huge troublesome luggages.

Walking distance of 10 mins to ueno station and ameyoko market. The room is clean and quiet even though it is facing the highway and road . Museums,zoo, ueno park are walking distance away from the hotel.
