A great experience for our first stay in Tokyo!!”
Nice location in a quiet street full of restaurants and minimarkets. Our double room was "Tokyo-style" small, but perfectly organized, extremely clean, and quiet during the night. The bed was comfortable (wonderful pillows!). WiFi worked perfectly. Breakfast was a delightful surprise! Plenty of japanese and continental foods in a family atmosphere (we really enjoyed the relaxing background music). The staff was very very friendly and kind, always smiling and willing to help us. We enjoyed the Onsen (hot bath) very much! Location might appear not so central in Tokyo for most people, but if you are willing to walk you can arrive to Shinagawa station in just 20-25 min, and from there you can take the Yamanote line with no extra cost (if you have JR Pass). Alternatively, the Shinbamba station is closer (only 5 min walk), but you have to pay the ticket to take the Keikyu line (private company).

A very different experience”
This is the first hotel that I've come across where you get to pick your own pillow (and for female guests, 5 gift items per night stayed. Consisting of flavoured teas, face masks, mouth wash etc) You also get perks for not using the toothbrushes provided on your room (free gift from reception) a free bottle of water if you don't get your room cleaned. Very modern room card (pin code for your room) The hotel really did try and promote being environmentally friendly, reducing waste where possible.

The room was small as most are in Japan. It has all that I needed, a mini refrigerator, desk, tv, air con, tiny toilet & shower, and a bed (bunk bed should have a travel companion). even had a charging cable with various connectors coming out of the desk. You use a code to enter your room, no key or card to lose. A simple Japanese breakfast buffet to get you started. and a public bath to soak in after a long day, unfortunately it was disappointingly not hot. Overall a nice clean little hotel with friendly staff, and a 10 minute walk to Shimbamba train station.

We Love Super Hotel”
Super Hotel focuses on sleep. They have optimized the rooms for the best sleeping experience. We wake more rested than sleeping at home. They have considered the materials they use down to even the paint on the walls. Their breakfast is made fresh on-site and their soups have fresh-tasting vegetables just like homemade. There only drawback is the rooms are a little cramped--but it is Tokyo.

Enjoyed my stay”
Spent the weekend in Tokyo and I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The hotel staff were friendly, there were many accessories available to you, you can take more pillows if the ones in the room doesn't suit to your needs. Location was convenient as it would take you 20-25mins to get to Shinjuku and Tokyo Disneyland from Tennozu Isle station. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

As superb as the hotel's name”
Beside the wonderful Japanese breakfast and amenities, the location is absolutely convenient for trains to Tokyo as well as airports. Love the neck and head massager in the room. The neighborhood is historic, quiet and quaint. There is a great supermarket within a few steps. I love this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Super Hotel very much. The lady staff was very friendly during check in and made us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! There is also a supermarket just across the street. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends!

This was a great little hotel. We stayed for 6 days the rooms were small but fine for what we needed. The hotel was located 7 mins from the local subway and 15 min walk from the main Shinagawa station. Shinagawa was the station we used most of the time to catch a train around Tokyo or to day trip out of Tokyo.

This feels like the room is 20% less in size than a typical business hotel in Japan. Super cramped.

Great and simple hotel”
Hotel is clean, new and located in a quiet district below Shinagawa Station. The room was tiny but totally sufficient for the purpose. There is also a hot bath on the first floor and the employees are charming. Would definitively recommand this place.

Family friendly hotel!”
Typical Japanese hotel room size. Located at very quiet street. Close to Haneda airport and Yokohama. Nice breakfast and public bathroom.

Nice, clean, cozy Hotel with a beautiful Onsen”
The Hotel was super nice, with a beautiful Onsen, and a nice cozy room. A bit small for two people but the breakfast is nice! The only "downside" was the poor english of the staff

Solid but small budget option”
Booked a double room, got a double plus a single above it as a bunk bed. room had just about enough room to put two suitcases in stood up and walk past them to the bed. En suite, everything worked, everything a little cramped, but as expected for the price. Location was quite a trek from nearest JR station, but close to other local transport links. Some limited sightseeing in the area, but largely you'd want to travel to somewhere more interesting (we were only there one night, so no issue for us). Check-in was not possible until 3, they are strict on this, with no option to pay to check in early. Japanese breakfast buffet was ok and all you can eat. Overall a good, clean, hotel with nice staff, but if I planned to spend any time in the hotel other than sleeping I would go for somewhere bigger and more fully featured (and expect to pay more for that).
