My third stay at The Grand and would definitely stay again. Location is perfect, staff very friendly and obliging, breakfast substantial, rooms very clean.

Double Twin room on top floor. Quiet, clean, and comfortable beds. Room is on the smaller size but ok for an overnight get away. Close to lots of food and refreshments and Showa Kinen Park. Helpful staff. Free loaner bicycles are a good idea. No hotel parking but 24hr garage right next door for ¥1600.

This hotel is very near the airport limousine bus stop. And, around hotel, there is a lots of nice restaurants and convenience stores.

Great stay with this hotel, comfortable rooms and beds. Convenient location- close to the train station and plenty of food options. Mini-fridge came in handy & robes were nice to have. Friendly service & no complaints.

Initmate and close to lots of shopping and eateries. Bic, Donki, lumine, isetan. Allows for variety of food budget. Near to Showa kinen Koen and also Mt takao.

Not a new property, but surprisingly comfortable. Staff are friendly and efficient. proper ice buckets would be nicer than paper cups. TV has no Bluetooth capability. Doesn't appear on Google maps, so hard to find.

Location is good. Bus shuttle from airport stop right in front of the hotel. Hotel staff are friendly. Hope more variety on breakfast portion.

Good for couples”
I stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 days. I would not recommend this place for business travelers as the wifi coverage is spotty in some rooms. The staff were really nice to give me another room with better wifi, but this depends on room availability. For leisure travelers this hotel will be great for the price.

Stayed here whilst visiting friends in the area. The hotel was in a good location for public transport, and the coach to and from Narita Airport stopped almost outside. There was a good choice of food for breakfast and plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Our only complaint was that the room was quite small and there was very little storage space.
